Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de composants préfabriqués en béton précontraint, à savoir des traverses en béton précontraint ou des traverses d'aiguillage en béton précontraint, dans lequel plusieurs composants moulés sont réalisés par coulée dans au moins un lit de moulage et le lit de moulage reçoit une multitude d'aciers de précontrainte (6), des caissons de positionnement (1) sont mis en place entre les composants moulés et dans les zones d'extrémité du lit de moulage, afin de fixer d'une part pendant la coulée des tôles de moule qui déterminent la position des aciers de précontrainte et la géométrie du composant moulé et de décoffrer d'autre part l'extrémité respective du composant moulé et de créer un espace libre entre des composants moulés voisins pour la séparation ultérieure des aciers de précontrainte, dans lequel
    au moins les surfaces du caisson de positionnement (1) respectif dépourvu d'agent de démoulage qui viennent en contact avec le béton sont pourvues d'un recouvrement (8) temporaire soluble présentant des propriétés élastiques, le recouvrement (8) possède des ouvertures ou des traversées pour entourer avec étanchement les aciers de précontrainte (6), le caisson de positionnement (1) respectif dépourvu d'agent de démoulage est étiré de façon connue après durcissement complet du béton et ensuite le recouvrement (8) adhérant au composant préfabriqué est enlevé, caractérisé en ce que
