Claims (15)
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie (1) comprenant :un rouleau de fixation (10) ;une courroie de fixation (20) disposée pour faire face au rouleau de fixation ;un élément de formation de pincement (30) disposé à l'intérieur de la courroie de fixation, l'élément de formation de pincement soutenant la courroie de fixation de sorte que la courroie de fixation est en contact avec le rouleau de fixation pour former une zone de pincement de fixation (N) ;une paire d'éléments de glissement (40) disposés pour soutenir les surfaces internes des extrémités opposées de la courroie de fixation, la paire d'éléments de glissement étant conçue pour tourner avec la courroie de fixation à l'intérieur de la courroie de fixation tout en soutenant les surfaces internes de la courroie de fixation ; etune paire d'éléments de bride (50) conçus pour soutenir de manière rotative la paire d'éléments de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, lorsque la courroie de fixation est mise en rotation par le rouleau de fixation, une première vitesse de l'élément de glissement qui tourne contre l'élément de bride est supérieure à une seconde vitesse de la courroie de fixation qui tourne à contre l'élément de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de glissement comprend
une partie de support de surface interne (41) soutenant la surface interne de chacune des extrémités opposées de la courroie de fixation ; et
une bride (42) formée dans une direction perpendiculaire à la partie de support de surface interne, la bride étant conçue pour restreindre le mouvement de la courroie de fixation dans une direction d'axe central de la courroie de fixation. - Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la partie de support de surface interne et la bride de l'élément de glissement sont formées comme des seaux séparés ou un corps unique.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la bride de l'élément de glissement comporte une surface d'entrée (44) qui est inclinée vers une surface (41b) perpendiculaire à la partie de support de surface interne.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la surface d'entrée comprend un plan qui est incliné d'un angle (θ) compris entre 15 degrés et 75 degrés par rapport à la surface perpendiculaire à la partie de support de surface interne de l'élément de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la surface d'entrée est formée comme une surface incurvée, et
une ligne droite reliant un point de décrochage (44a) et un point d'extrémité (44b) de la surface incurvée forme un angle entre 15 degrés et 75 degrés par rapport à la surface perpendiculaire à la partie de support de surface interne de l'élément de glissement. - Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la surface d'entrée comprend une surface incurvée convexe ou une surface incurvée concave.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un centre de rotation (O1) de chacun de la paire d'éléments de glissement est situé plus en amont dans une direction de déplacement (A) d'un support d'impression (P) qu'un centre de rotation du rouleau de fixation (O2).
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un centre de rotation de chacun de la paire d'éléments de glissement est situé plus en amont dans une direction de déplacement d'un support d'impression qu'une ligne médiane (CL) de l'élément de formation de pincement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de bride comprend
un corps fixe (52) ; et
une partie de support de glissement (51) s'étendant à partir du corps fixe et conçue pour soutenir de manière rotative l'élément de glissement. - Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'élément de bride comprend en outre une partie de réduction de frottement (70) qui peut réduire le frottement contre l'élément de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la partie de réduction de frottement comprend au moins trois premières saillies (71) qui sont formées sur une surface de la partie de support de glissement faisant face à une surface interne de l'élément de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la partie de réduction de frottement comprend au moins trois secondes saillies (72) qui sont formées sur une surface du corps fixe faisant face à une surface latérale de l'élément de glissement.
- Appareil de fixation du type à courroie selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la partie de réduction de frottement comprend au moins trois premières saillies qui sont formées sur une surface externe (41a) de la partie de support de glissement faisant face à une surface interne de l'élément de glissement et au moins trois secondes saillies qui sont formées sur une surface du corps fixe faisant face à une surface latérale de l'élément de glissement.
