Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Fördern und Führen eines multifilen Fadens gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- In Schmelzspinnprozessen oder Textilprozessen ist es bekannt, einen laufenden Faden mittels einer düsenartigen Vorrichtung pneumatisch zu führen und zu fördern. Hierzu wird innerhalb eines Förderkanals ein Druckluftstrom eingeleitet, der einen durch eine Fadeneinlassöffnung in den Förderkanal eintretenden Faden erfasst und zu einer Fadenauslassöffnung fördert. In Abhängigkeit von dem Überdruck der Druckluft, die dem Förderkanal zugeführt wird, wird eine hohe Förderkraft durch die expandierende Druckluft an dem Faden erzeugt. Bei höheren Überdrücken der Druckluft stellt sich innerhalb des Förderkanals eine Rückströmung ein, die entgegen dem Fadenlauf aus der Fadeneinlassöffnung heraustritt. Derartige Rückströmungen der Druckluft behindern jedoch das Einlaufen des Fadens. Insbesondere ist bekannt, dass einzelne gebrochene Filamente des multifilen Fadens aufgrund der Rückströmung der Luft am Eintreten in den Förderkanal behindert werden.
- Dieses Phänomen ist im Stand der Technik bekannt, wobei es verschiedene Ansätze gibt, derartige Rückströmungen im Förderkanal zu vermeiden. Aus der
DE 22 36 957 A1 ist eine Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Fördern und Führen bekannt, bei welcher der Förderkanal im Bereich unterhalb der Druckluftzuführung eine kaskadenartige Querschnittserweiterung aufweist. - Damit lassen sich zwar Rückströmungen der Luft zur Fadeneinlassöffnung vermindern, jedoch mit dem großen Nachteil einer verminderten Förderleistung.
- Aus der
DE 27 34 220 A1 ist eine weitere Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Führen und Fördern eines multifilen Fadens bekannt, bei welcher der Förderkanal in einem Einlaufbereich ein Blendenlabyrinth aufweist, das mehrere Expansionsräume bildet. Damit wird eine Drosselung der rückströmenden Luft erreicht, so dass nur verminderte Rückströmungen an der Fadeneinlassöffnung auftreten. Derartige zusätzliche Blenden und Drosseln im Förderkanal behindern jedoch den Fadeneinlauf durch eine Aufstauung der mitgeschleppten Umgebungsluft an dem Faden, die ein Austreten eines gebrochenen Filamentes in einer der Expansionsräume begünstigt. - Es ist nun Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Fördern und Führen eines multifilen Fadens derart weiterzubilden, dass bei hohen Überdrücken der Druckluft ein störungsfreier Einlauf des Fadens bei gleichzeitiger starker Förderwirkung möglich ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass in einem Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung und der Mündung des Druckluftkanals ein Rückströmungskanal mündet, welcher Rückströmungskanal den Förderkanal mit einer Umgebungsatmosphäre verbindet wobei der Rückströmungskanal und der Förderkanal im Mündungsbereich in Flussrichtung eine gerundete Übergangsfläche bilden und dass der Rückströmungskanal mit einer Neigung in Förderrichtung des Förderkanals mündet.
- Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind durch die Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen der jeweiligen Unteransprüche definiert.
- Die Erfindung beruht auf der Erkenntnis, dass schnelle Luftströmungen sich vorzugsweise an Wandungen anschmiegen und entlangströmen. Derartige physikalische Eigenschaften sind auch als sogenannte Coanda-Effekte bekannt. Insoweit wird das natürliche Verhalten der Strömung innerhalb des Förderkanals genutzt, um eine Ableitung der Rückströmung in einen Rückströmungskanal zu erhalten. Damit lässt sich die Rückströmung der Blasluft in eine für die Fadenführung unkritische Umgebung abführen.
- Um einen möglichst großen Anteil der Rückströmung aus dem Förderkanal aufnehmen zu können, mündet gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung der Rückströmungskanal mit einer Neigung in Förderrichtung des Förderkanals. Die Neigung des Rückstromkanals ist im wesentlichen durch einen Winkel zwischen dem Rückströmungskanal und dem Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung und der Mündung des Druckluftkanals im Bereich von 5° bis 40° bestimmt. Damit lässt sich die Umlenkung der Rückströmung aus dem Förderkanal heraus begünstigen.
- Damit der sogenannte Coanda-Effekt besonders ausgeprägt einen Großteil der Rückströmung erfasst, bilden der Rückströmungskanal und der Förderkanal im Mündungsbereich auf der zum Druckluftkanal gewandten Seite eine gerundete Übergangsfläche. Damit lassen sich sogar leichte Unterdrücke im Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals erzeugen, die zum Ansaugen einer Umgebungsluft aus der Fadeneinlassöffnung führen. Damit wird die Führung des multifilen Fadens besonders begünstigt.
- Die Effektivität der Strömungsablenkung lässt sich noch dadurch verbessern, indem gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein Zufuhrströmungskanal in den Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals im Bereich der Mündung des Rückströmungskanals mündet und bei welcher der Zuströmungskanal den Förderkanal mit einer Umgebungsatmosphäre verbindet. Die zusätzliche Luftzufuhr in den Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals begünstigt die Strömungsablenkung der zurückströmenden Blasluft.
- Um die durch den Coanda-Effekt bedingte Strahlungsauslenkung an der Wandung des Förderkanals im Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals zu verstärken, liegt die Mündung des Strömungskanals gegenüber der Mündung des Rückstromkanals, wobei der Öffnungsquerschnitt der Mündung des Zuströmungskanals kleiner ausgebildet ist als der Öffnungsquerschnitt der Mündung des Rückströmungskanals.
- Zudem wird die zusätzliche Zufuhrluft im wesentlichen quer in den Förderkanal eingeleitet, so dass der Zufuhrströmungskanals im Mündungsbereich mit dem Förderkanal einen Winkel im Bereich von 80° bis 100° einschließt.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist insbesondere geeignet, um unmittelbar in einem Schmelzspinnprozess Weiterbehandlungen des Fadens durchzuführen, da sowohl gebrochene Filamente als auch Schlaufen, die aus dem Fadenverbund herausragen, ungehindert die Fadeneinlassöffnung des Förderkanals passieren können. Insoweit ist die Weiterbildung der Erfindung bevorzugt ausgeführt, bei welcher der Förderkanal mit der Fadenauslassöffnung in eine Stauchkammer mündet, durch welche der Faden zu einem Fadenstopfen komprimierbar ist. Diese Vorrichtungsvariante wird zum Kräuseln von Fäden verwendet und bevorzugt bei der Herstellung von Teppichgarnen genutzt.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung wird nachfolgend anhand einiger Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezug der beigefügten Figuren näher erläutert.

- In der
Fig. 1 ist ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung schematisch in einer Querschnittsansicht dargestellt. In einem Düsenkörper 1 ist ein länglicher geschlossener Förderkanal 2 ausgebildet, der an einem oberen Ende mit einer Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 und am unteren Ende mit einer Fadenauslassöffnung 4 mit der Umgebung verbunden ist. Die Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 weist einen Einlasstrichter 15 auf, um einen Einlauf eines Fadens in den Förderkanal 2 zu begünstigen. Der Förderkanal 2 kann als eine Bohrung oder als eine Nut ausgebildet sein, wobei der Düsenkörper einteilig oder mehrteilig aufgebaut sein könnte. - Zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 und der Fadenauslassöffnung 4 ist in einem oberen Drittel des Förderkanals 2 zwei spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildete Druckluftkanäle 5.1 und 5.2 vorgesehen, die mit einer Neigung in Förderrichtung in den Förderkanal 2 münden. Die Mündungen 10.1 und 10.2 der Druckluftkanäle 5.1 und 5.2 stehen sich an der Wandung des Förderkanals 2 gegenüber. Mit den gegenüberliegenden Enden sind die Druckluftkanäle 5.1 und 5.2 über Versorgungskanäle 6.1 und 6.2 mit zumindest einer Druckluftanschlussöffnung 7 verbunden. Über die Druckluftanschlussöffnung 7 lässt sich eine hier nicht dargestellte Druckluftquelle an den Düsenkörper 1 anschließen.
- Die Mündungen der Druckluftkanäle 10.1 und 10.2 an dem Förderkanal 2 bilden die sogenannten Injektorzone 9, in welcher eine Druckluft mit einem innerhalb des Förderkanals 2 geführten Faden erstmals zusammentreffen. Der Bereich oberhalb der Injektorzone wird hier als Fadeneinlaufzone 8 und der Bereich unterhalb der Injektorzone 9 als Expansionszone 11 definiert.
- Um einen Faden innerhalb des Förderkanals 2 pneumatisch führen und fördern zu können, wird über die Druckluftkanäle 5.1 und 5.2 eine Druckluft zugeführt. In dem Abschnitt des Förderkanals 2 der Injektorzone 9 entsteht ein Blasluftstrom in Richtung der Fadenauslassöffnung 4. Zur Unterstützung des Blasluftstromes weist der Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals 2 im Bereich der Expansionszone 11 vorteilhaft eine Kanalerweiterung auf, so dass eine zusätzliche Beschleunigung der Blasluft eintritt.
- Durch den impulsartigen Zustrom des Druckluftes in der Injektorzone entstehen relativ hohe Staudrücke, die eine Rückströmung der Blasluft in Richtung der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 bewirken. Um die rückströmende Blasluft aus dem Bereich der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 herauszuhalten, ist in dem Düsenkörper 1 ein Rückströmungskanal 12 vorgesehen.
- In der Fadeneinlaufzone 8 ist in dem Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals 2 zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 und der Mündung des Druckluftkanals 10.1 und 10.2 der Rückströmungskanal 12 ausgebildet, der mit einer Neigung in Förderrichtung in den Förderkanal 2 mündet. Die Förderrichtung des Förderkanals 2 ist in
Fig. 1 durch einen vertikalen Pfeil gekennzeichnet. - Die Neigung des Rückströmungskanals 12 ist in
Fig. 1 durch den Winkel α gekennzeichnet. Der Winkel α liegt in einem Bereich von 5° bis 40°, um an der Mündung 13 des Rückströmungskanals 12 eine aus der Injektorzone 9 resultierende rückströmende Blasluft aufnehmen zu können. - Um das Ableiten der rückströmenden Blasluft in den Rückströmungskanal 12 zu begünstigen, ist an der Mündung 13 des Rückströmungskanals 12 eine zum Förderkanal 2 wirksame gerundete Übergangsfläche 24 ausgeformt. Derartige Wandungskonturen sind besonders geeignet, um die an der Wandung des Förderkanals 2 geführte Rückströmung der Blasluft durch den sogenannten Coanda-Effekt selbsttätig in den Rückströmungskanal 13 zu leiten. Hierbei bildet sich bei hohen Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten der Blasluft ein Unterdruck zwischen der Wandung und der Strömung, so dass die Rückströmung aus dem Förderkanal 2 heraus in den Rückströmungskanal 12 abgelenkt wird. Zusätzlich wird durch den Unterdruck im Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals 13 ein auf die Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 wirkende Ansaugung erzeugt. Diese Saugwirkung begünstigt den Fadeneinlass in den Förderkanal selbst bei multifilen Fäden mit gebrochenen Filamenten oder abstehenden Filamentschlaufen.
- Zur Begünstigung zur Ableitung der rückströmenden Blasluft weist der Rückströmungskanal 12 einen Kanalquerschnitt auf, der größer ist als ein Kanalquerschnitt des Förderkanals 2 im Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals 12. Damit lassen sich zusätzliche Querschnittserweiterungen zur Beschleunigung der Rückströmung der Blasluft realisieren.
- Das Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung nach
Fig. 1 ist geeignet, um einzelne multifile Fäden oder eine Fadenschar mehrerer multifiler Fäden oder eine Schar von Filamenten innerhalb eines Schmelzspinnprozesses pneumatisch zu führen und zu fördern. So besteht die Möglichkeit, dass der Düsenkörper durch zwei Düsenhälften gebildet ist, die zur Bildung eines nutförmigen Förderkanals gegenüberliegen. Damit lassen sich auch vorteilhaft Scharen von Fäden und Filamenten führen. - Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Fördern und Führen eines multifilen Fadens ist in
Fig. 2 dargestellt. Bei dem inFig. 2 gezeigten Vorrichtung könnt der Düsenkörper 1 ebenfalls aus zwei Düsenhälften gebildet sein, wobei die Ansicht der Darstellung inFig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf eine der Düsenhälften entsprechen würde. Unabhängig von Art und Aufbau des Düsenkörpers 1 ist innerhalb des Düsenkörpers 1 ein Förderkanal 2 ausgebildet, der sich zwischen einer Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 und einer Fadenauslassöffnung 4 erstreckt. Im ersten Drittel des Förderkanals 2 ist eine Injektorzone 9 mit den Druckluftkanälen 5.1 und 5.2 ausgebildet. Die Druckluftkanäle 5.1 und 5.2 sind über die Versorgungskanäle 6.1 und 6.2 mit einer Druckluftanschlussöffnung 7 verbunden. - Im Bereich der Fadeneinlaufzone 8 des Förderkanals 2 ist ein Rückströmungskanal 12 in dem Düsenkörper 1 ausgebildet. Der Rückströmungskanal 12 erstreckt sich zwischen einer mit der Umgebung verbundenen Rückströmöffnung 14 und der einer Mündung 13 im Förderkanal 2. Der Mündungsbereich der Mündung 13 sowie der Neigungswinkel α des Rückströmungskanals 21 ist im wesentlichen identisch zu dem vorgenannten Ausführungsbeispiel ausgeführt, so dass hierzu keine weiteren Erläuterungen erfolgen.
- Auf der zur Mündung 13 des Rückströmungskanals 12 gegebenüberliegenden Wandung des Förderkanals 2 mündet ein Zuströmungskanal 16. Der Zuströmungskanal 16 erstreckt sich hierbei zwischen einer Mündung 17 am Förderkanal 2 sowie einer Zuströmungsöffnung 18, die den Zuströmungskanal 16 mit der Umgebung verbindet. Der Zuströmungskanal 16 mündet im wesentlichen orthogonal in den Förderkanal 2 gegenüberliegend zu der Mündung 13 des Rückströmungskanals 12. Der Neigungswinkel des Zuströmungskanals 16 ist in
Fig. 2 mit dem Winkel β gekennzeichnet. Der Winkel β liegt in einem Bereich von 80° bis 100°. - Unterhalb des Düsenkörpers 1 ist ein Anschlusskörper 21 angeordnet, der in Verlängerung des Förderkanals 2 eine Stauchkammer 19 bildet. Der Anschlusskörper 21 ist beispielhaft als zusätzliches Bauteil zum Düsenkörper 1 dargestellt. Grundsätzlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit den Anschlusskörper 21 in den Düsenkörper 1 zu integrieren. Unabhängig von der baulichen Ausführung mündet die Fadenauslassöffnung 4 des Förderkanals 2 im wesentlichen konzentrisch zu der Stauchkammer 19. Die Stauchkammer 19 ist durch eine luftdurchlässige Stauchkammerwand 20 gebildet, die von einer Entlastungskammer 22 umgeben ist. Die Entlastungskammer 22 ist über eine Entlastungsöffnung 23 mit der Umgebung verbunden.
- Das in
Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird zur Stauchkammertexturierung von multifilen synthetischen Fäden verwendet. Hierzu wird im Betrieb eine Druckluft über die Druckluftanschlussöffnung 7 den Druckluftkanälen 5.1 und 5.2 zugeführt, so dass innerhalb des Förderkanals 2 eine Blasluft in Förderrichtung erzeugt wird. Ein in dem Förderkanal 2 geführter Faden wird durch die Blasluft pneumatisch gefördert und mit hoher Energie in die Stauchkammer 19 geführt. Innerhalb der Stauchkammer 19 wird der multifile Faden zu einem Fadenstopfen aufgestaucht, wobei sich die Filamente in Bögen und Schlingen an der Stopfenoberfläche ablegen. Durch die Blasluft wird der Fadenstopfen komprimiert, wobei über die luftdurchlässige Stauchkammerwand 20 eine Entlüftung stattfindet. - Die aus der Injektorzone 9 in Richtung Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 zurückströmende Blasluft wird über den Mündungsbereich der Mündung 13 des Rückströmkanals 12 abgelenkt und über den Rückströmungskanal 12 in die Umgebung abgegeben. Durch den dabei erzeugten Unterdruck in dem Förderkanal 2 wird einerseits aus der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 sowie aus dem Zuströmungskanal 16 Umgebungsluft angesaugt. Insbesondere die quer über den Zuführungskanal 16 in den Förderkanal 2 einströmende Umgebungsluft, wird die Ablenkung der zurückfließenden Blasluft unterstützt, so dass im wesentlichen sämtliche rückströmende Blasluft über den Rückströmungskanal 13 in die Umgebung abgeleitet werden kann.
- Wesentlich hierbei ist, dass die Mündung 17 des Zuströmungskanals 16 einen Öffnungsquerschnitt aufweist, der kleiner ist als die vorzugsweise gegenüberliegend ausgebildete Mündung 13 des Rückströmungskanals 12. Damit wird erreicht, dass sich die Blasluftrückströmung vorteilhaft an die gegenüberliegende Wandung anliegt und somit ein intensivierter Coanda-Effekt zur Ablenkung der Strömung eintritt.
- Das in
Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel ist besonders für druckluftbetriebene Texturierdüsen zur Herstellung von BCF-Garnen geeignet. Bei derartigen Schmelzspinnprozessen werden Prozessgeschwindigkeiten von über 2.500 m/min. erreicht, die eine entsprechende Förder- und Zugwirkung erfordern. Hierzu werden in der Injektorzone 9 des Förderkanals 2 Überdrücke der Blasluft im Bereich von 4 bis 5 bar erreicht, um entsprechende Förderenergie zu erhalten. Der relativ hohe Überdruck innerhalb der Injektorzone 9 bedingt entsprechende starke Rückströmungen der Balsluft in den Fadeneinlaufbereich 8, die über die Zusammenwirkung des Rückströmkanals 12 und des Zuströmungskanals 16 vorteilhaft aus dem Förderkanal 2 abgelenkt werden. - Die in dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach
Fig. 1 und2 dargestellten Kanalquerschnitte des Förderkanals 2, des Rückströmungskanals 12 und des Zuströmungskanals 16 sind beispielhaft. Wesentlich hierbei ist, dass zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung 3 des Förderkanals 2 und der Injektorzone 9 eine durch den Coanda-Effekt eingeleitete Ablenkung der Rückströmung der Blasluft möglich ist. -

Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum pneumatischen Fördern und Führen eines multifilen synthetischen Fadens mit einem geschlossenen Förderkanal (2), der an einem Ende eine Fadeneinlassöffnung (3) und am gegenüberliegenden Ende eine Fadenauslassöffnung (4) aufweist und der zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung (3) und der Fadenauslassöffnung (4) eine Injektorzone (9) mit zumindest einem in den Förderkanal (2) einmündenden Druckluftkanal (5.1, 5.2) aufweist, wobei der Druckluftkanal (5.1, 5.2) mit einer Druckluftquelle (6.1, 6.2, 7) verbindbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in einem Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals (2) zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung (3) und der Mündung (10.1, 10.2) des Druckluftkanals (5.1, 5.2) ein Rückströmungskanal (12) mündet, welcher Rückströmungskanal (12) den Förderkanal (2) mit einer Umgebungsatmosphäre verbindet, wobei der Rückströmungskanal (12) und der Förderkanal (2) im Mündungsbereich in Flußrichtung eine gerundete Übergangsfläche (24) bilden, und dass
der Rückströmungskanal (12) mit einer Neigung in Förderrichtung es Förderkanals (2) mündet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Neigung des Rückströmungskanals (12) durch einen Winkel (α) zwischen dem Rückströmungskanal (12) und dem Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals (2) zwischen der Fadeneinlassöffnung (3) und der Mündung (10.1, 10.2) des Druckluftkanals (5.1, 5.2) im Bereich von 5° bis 40° bestimmt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Rückströmungskanal (12) einen Kanalquerschnitt aufweist, der größer ist als ein Kanalquerschnitt des Förderkanals (2) im Mündungsbereich des Rückströmungskanals (12). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Zuströmungskanal (16) in den Kanalabschnitt des Förderkanals (2) im Bereich der Mündung (13) des Rückströmungskanal (12) mündet und dass der Zuströmungskanal (16) den Förderkanal (2) mit einer Umgebungsatmosphäre verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mündung (17) des Zuströmungskanals (16) einen Öffnungsquerschnitt aufweist, der kleiner ist als die vorzugsweise gegenüberliegend ausgebildete Mündung (13) des Rückströmungskanals (12). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Zuströmungskanal (16) im Mündungsbereich mit dem Förderkanal (2) einen Winkel im Bereich von 80° bis 100° einschließt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Förderkanal (2) mit der Fadenauslassöffnung (4) in eine Stauchkammer (19) mündet, durch welche der Faden zu einem Fadenstopfen komprimierbar ist.
