- the channel rows of the inkjet head H may not all be driven by the common driving circuit in the driving apparatus 500, and two or more driving circuits may be included in the driving apparatus 500 so that the respective channel rows are driven by the two or more driving circuits.
- the driving groups are preferably differentiated between the channel rows of the same driving circuit.
- Fig. 15 depicts an example of four channel rows driven by two driving circuits 501, 502 each driving two rows in the driving apparatus 500.
- the two channel rows driven by the driving circuit 501 are divided into the different groups A, B and the two channel rows driven by the driving circuit 502 are divided into the different groups A, B.
- the lowering of the droplet speed can be reduced. This is because a decrease in the number of the driving channels driven by one driving circuit at the same time reduces the load of the driving circuits and the waveform rounding of the driving signals can be reduced.
- the driving signal of the present invention is not limited thereto and may be any driving signal for ejecting a droplet.
- a so-called harmonica type head forming a hexahedron shape with inlets and outlets of channels disposed on opposite end surfaces is exemplified as the head chip 1 of the inkjet head H. Since the inlets of the driving channels 11 are arranged on the same plane of the back end surface 1b in all the channel rows with the common ink chamber 51 disposed on the inlet side of the driving channels 11, the head chip 1 described above is relatively significantly affected by the crosstalk and likely to cause fluctuation of the droplet speed and is therefore in a preferable form since the remarkable effect is acquired from the application of the present invention.
- the head chip structure of the present invention is not limited thereto and may be any structure in which pressure chambers are in communication with each other through a common ink chamber between multiple rows of pressure chambers.
- the inkjet recording apparatus of the present invention is not limited to an apparatus ejecting droplets for recording in the course of the scanning movement of the inkjet head H in the width direction (horizontal scanning direction) over the recording medium P as described above and may be an apparatus having the inkjet head H made up of a line-shaped inkjet head fixed in the width direction over the recording medium P to eject droplets from the nozzles 21 for recording in the course of movement of the recording medium P in the Y-direction of Fig. 1 .

Claims (9)
- Procédé de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre présentant deux ou plusieurs rangées (a, B) de chambres de pression (11) présentant une pression pour l'éjection d'encre interne d'une buse (21) générée par un applicateur de pression actionné par application d'un signal de commande, les chambres de pression (11) dans les rangées (A, B) des chambres de pression étant en communication l'une avec l'autre au travers d'une chambre d'encre commune (51), dans lequel
les rangées (A, B) des chambres de pression sont divisées en N groupes de commande, dans lequel N est un entier de deux ou plus,
caractérisé en ce que
une différence de phase de nAL+t entre les différents groupes de commande est appliquée aux signaux de commande appliqués aux applicateurs de pression des chambres de pression (11), dans lequel n est un entier d'un ou plus, dans lequel AL est 1/2 d'une période de résonance acoustique d'une onde de pression dans les chambres de pression (11), et dans lequel t est un temps de transmission d'onde de pression obtenu à partir d'une distance entre les buses entre les groupes de commande / une vitesse du son se déplaçant au travers de l'encre. - Procédé de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre et les rangées sont divisées en différents groupes de commande.
- Procédé de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression sont commandées par deux ou plusieurs circuits de commande (501, 502), et dans lequel
les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression du même circuit de commande sont divisées en différents groupes de commande. - Procédé de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la tête à jet d'encre est une tête à jet d'encre présentant une puce de tête avec des entrées et sorties des chambres de pression (11) ouvertes dans des surfaces d'extrémité opposées de sorte que les chambres de pression (11) soient formées directement des entrées aux sorties, et dans lequel la chambre d'encre commune (51) est disposée sur le côté d'entrée des chambres de pression (11) dans la puce de tête.
- Appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre présentant deux ou plusieurs rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression (11) présentant une pression pour l'éjection d'encre interne d'une buse (21) générée par un applicateur de pression actionné par application d'un signal de commande, les chambres de pression (11) dans les rangées (A, B) des chambres de pression étant en communication l'une avec l'autre au travers d'une chambre d'encre commune (51), dans lequel
les rangées (A, B) des chambres de pression de la tête à jet d'encre sont divisées en N groupes de commande, dans lequel N est un entier de deux ou plus,
caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de commande est configuré pour appliquer une différence de phase de nAL+t entre les différents groupes de commande aux signaux de commande appliqués à l'applicateur de pression des chambres de pression (11), dans lequel n est un entier d'un ou plus, dans lequel AL est 1/2 d'une période de résonance acoustique d'une onde de pression dans les chambres de pression, et dans lequel t est un temps de transmission d'onde de pression obtenu à partir d'une distance entre les buses entre les groupes de commande / une vitesse du son se déplaçant au travers de l'encre. - Appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre et les rangées (A, B) sont divisées en différents groupes de commande.
- Appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 5, dans lequel
l'appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre présente deux ou plusieurs circuits de commande (501, 502) commandant les rangées des chambres de pression (11), et dans lequel
les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression du même circuit de commande (501, 502) sont divisées en différents groupes de commande. - Appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7, dans lequel la tête à jet d'encre est une tête à jet d'encre présentant une puce de tête avec des entrées et sorties des chambres de pression (11) ouvertes dans des surfaces d'extrémité opposées avec les chambres de pression (11) formées directement des entrées aux sorties, et dans lequel la chambre d'encre commune (51) est disposée sur le côté d'entrée des chambres de pression (11) de la puce de tête.
- Appareil d'enregistrement de jet d'encre comprenant :une tête à jet d'encre présentant deux ou plusieurs rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression (11) présentant une pression pour l'éjection d'encre interne d'une buse (21) générée par un applicateur de pression actionné par application d'un signal de commande, les chambres de pression (11) dans les rangées (A, B) de chambres de pression étant en communication l'une avec l'autre au travers d'une chambre d'encre commune (51) ; etl'appareil de commande d'une tête à jet d'encre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8.
