Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Hochofens, in dem ein festes Reduktionsmaterial von einem oberen Teil des Ofens aus chargiert wird und des Weiteren aus einer Windform über eine Lanze eingeblasen wird, wobei das aus der Windform eingeblasene feste Reduktionsmaterial pulverisierte Kohle ist, die einen durchschnittlichen volatilen Massenanteil von mehr als 25 Massen% und nicht mehr als 50 Massen% aufweist, die Einblasmenge der pulverisierten Kohle, die aus der Windform eingeblasen wird, nicht weniger als 150kg/t pro Tonne Roheisen beträgt, und eine Doppelrohrlanze als Lanze verwendet wird, um die pulverisierte Kohle aus einem Innenrohr und Sauerstoff mit nicht mehr als 100°C von zwischen dem Innenrohr und einem Außenrohr aus einzublasen und wobei das von einem oberen Teil des Ofens chargierte feste Reduktionsmaterial Koks ist, das eine Festigkeit: [DI15015 [%] ] von nicht mehr als 85, gemessen durch ein in JIS K2151 beschriebenes Testverfahren, aufweist.
  2. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Hochofens gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren ein Material als die aus der Windform eingeblasene pulverisierte Kohle verwendet, das nicht weniger als 10 Massen% pulverisierte Kohle mit einem durchschnittlichen volatilen Massenanteil von 30 Massen% bis 60 Massen% enthält.
