Claims (25)

  1. Zuschnitt (1, 25, 42, 70) aus einem Papp- bzw. Kartonbogenmaterial zur Herstellung mindestens eines Teilungskreuzes (2, 26), das dazu bestimmt ist, ein Behältnis in mehrere Fächer (6) zu unterteilen, wobei der Zuschnitt mehrere angelenkte Flügel aufweist, die durch Umfalten einen Teil der Fächer bilden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens einen ersten Satz von Flügeln aufweist, wobei der erste Satz Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen ersten rechteckigen oder quadratischen Flügel (3, 27, 43, 71), der geeignet ist, den Boden des Teilungskreuzes zu bilden und auf einer Seite über eine erste Faltlinie (4, 44) mit einem zweiten, im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Flügel (5, 45, 72) verbunden ist, der geeignet ist, eine Zwischenwand zwischen zwei der Fächer (6) zu bilden, wobei der zweite Flügel eine erste Verriegelungsnase (7, 56) aufweist, die am Außenende seiner Seite (9) angeordnet ist, welche an der ersten Faltlinie (4) angrenzt, und

  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Längsabmessung bzw. Länge l des dritten Flügels (10) gleich oder größer ist als die Summe der Längen l 1 und l 2 des ersten Flügels (3) und des zweiten Flügels (5).
  3. Zuschnitt (25) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er einen vierten Flügel (29, 47, 73) aufweist, der über eine dritte Faltlinie (30) auf der dem zweiten Flügel (5, 45, 72) gegenüberliegenden Seite aufweist, wobei der vierte Flügel im Wesentlichen quadratisch oder rechteckig ist, geeignet ist, eine Zwischenwand zwischen zwei der genannten Fächer zu bilden und eine zweite Verriegelungsnase (31, 56) aufweist, die an dem Außenende (32) seiner Seite (33) angeordnet ist, welche an der dritten Faltlinie (30) angrenzt, und dass der dritte Flügel (34) eine zweite durchbrochene Lasche (35) aufweist, die angeordnet ist, um sich mit der zweiten Nase (31) zu verriegeln, um den Zuschnitt aufgerichtet zu halten, um das Teilungskreuz herzustellen.
  4. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 3,

    dass die Lasche(n) (35) am Außenrand des dritten Flügels angeordnet ist/sind.
  11. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Lasche(n) sich innerhalb der Fläche des dritten Flügels (49) befindet/befinden.
  12. Zuschnitt nach einem der vorhergehenden, von Anspruch 3 abhängigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zweite und vierte Flügel jeweils auf ihrer der ersten beziehungsweise der dritten Faltlinie gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Raste (65) aufweisen, um eine Trennplatte (64) zu verriegeln, wenn der Zuschnitt aufgerichtet ist.
  13. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der dritte Flügel (74) auf seinem Außenrand auf der dem ersten Flügel (71) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine mittige Raste (75) aufweist, um eine Trennplatte (77) zu verriegeln, wenn der Zuschnitt aufgerichtet ist.
  14. Anordnung von Zuschnitten mit mindestens einem Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner mindestens eine Trennplatte (64, 77) aufweist, welche angeordnet ist, um mit den Rasten der entsprechenden Sätze zusammenzuwirken.
  15. Teilungskreuz (26, 26', 26"),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es sich aus der Aneinanderreihung mindestens zweier Sätze von Flügeln ergibt, die zu einem Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gehören.
  16. Teilungskreuz nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es mindestens zwei Sätze antiparallel angeordneter Flügel aufweist.
  17. Verfahren zur automatischen Herstellung von Teilungskreuzen (2, 26, 26', 26") aus einem Wellpappbogen für die Unterteilung von Schachteln in Fächer ausgehend von mindestens einem Stapel identischer Zuschnitte, wobei jeder Zuschnitt (1, 25, 42, 70) mehrere angelenkte Flügel aufweist, die durch Umfalten einen Teil der Fächer bilden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass wobei der Zuschnitt mindestens einen ersten Satz von Flügeln aufweist, und zwar einen ersten rechteckigen oder quadratischen Flügel (3, 27, 43, 71), der auf einer Seite über eine erste Faltlinie (4, 44) mit einem zweiten, im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Flügel (5, 45, 72) verbunden ist,
    wobei der zweite Flügel eine erste Verriegelungsnase aufweist, die an seinem Außenende auf der Seite angeordnet ist, welche an der ersten Faltlinie angrenzt, und
    wobei ein dritter mittiger Flügel (10, 34, 49, 74) mit dem ersten Flügel über eine zweite Faltlinie (11, 51) verbunden ist, welche an der ersten Faltlinie angrenzt und auf der der Nase entsprechenden Seite angeordnet ist, und der im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist, mit einer ersten durchbrochenen Lasche (12, 35), die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie sich mit der ersten Nase verriegelt, und mit einer zweiten durchbrochenen Verriegelungslasche (31 versehen ist, die angeordnet ist, um sich mit einer zweiten Nase eines vierten Flügels zu verriegeln), und
    wobei dieser vierte, im Wesentlichen rechteckige Flügel (29, 47, 73), der mit dem ersten Flügel über eine dritte Faltlinie verbunden ist, welche an der zweiten Faltlinie angrenzt, die zweite Verriegelungsnase (31, 56) aufweist, die an seinem Außenende auf der Seite angeordnet ist, die an der dritten Faltlinie angrenzt,
    bei dem der Boden eines Moduls des Teilungskreuzes dadurch gebildet wird, dass der erste Flügel in einen Hohlraum gedrückt wird oder der zweite, dritte und vierte Flügel hochgezogen werden, um den Zuschnitt aufzurichten, die Nasen mit den Laschen verriegelt werden, welche so angeordnet sind, dass sie einander gegenüberliegen, wenn der Zuschnitt aufgerichtet ist, um dadurch das Modul zu bilden,
    das Modul ergriffen und verlagert wird, um in eine entsprechende Schachtel eingesetzt zu werden.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens zwei Teilungskreuzmodule aus mindestens zwei Sätzen von Flügeln gleichzeitig gebildet werden und sie zusammengefügt werden, um umgesetzt zu werden, bevor sie in die Schachtel eingesetzt werden.
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zwei Sätze von Flügeln aus ein und demselben Zuschnitt vor Bildung der zwei entsprechenden Module getrennt werden.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 und 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein oder mehrere Module vor der Umsetzung um 180° gedreht werden.
  21. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Module durch Ansaugen sowie über einen Satz von Kurvenscheiben und Umlenkrollen verlagert werden.
  22. Maschine (130) für die automatische Herstellung von Teilungskreuzen aus einem Wellpappbogen (91) für die Unterteilung von Schachteln in Fächer, umfassend Mittel (131), um mindestens einen Stapel von Zuschnitten (133) zu lagern, nämlich einen ersten Stapel, der aus ersten identischen Zuschnitten besteht, die jeweils durch mehrere angelenkte Flügel gebildet sind, die durch Umfalten einen Teil dieser Fächer bilden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zuschnitt mindestens einen ersten Satz von Flügeln aufweist, und zwar
    einen ersten, im Wesentlichen rechteckigen oder quadratischen Flügel, der auf einer Seite über eine erste Faltlinie mit einem zweiten, im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Flügel verbunden ist, wobei der zweite Flügel eine erste Verriegelungsnase aufweist, die an dem Außenende seiner Seite angeordnet ist, welche an der ersten Faltlinie angrenzt,
    einen dritten mittigen Flügel, der mit dem ersten Flügel über eine zweite Faltlinie verbunden ist, welche an der ersten Faltlinie angrenzt und auf der der Nase entsprechenden Seite angeordnet ist, und der im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist und mit einer ersten durchbrochenen Lasche (12, 35), die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie sich mit der ersten Nase verriegelt, und mit einer zweiten durchbrochenen Verriegelungslasche (31) versehen ist, die angeordnet ist, um sich mit einer zweiten Nase eines vierten Flügels zu verriegeln, und
    den vierten, im Wesentlichen rechteckige Flügel, der mit dem ersten Flügel über eine dritte Faltlinie verbunden ist, welche an der zweiten Faltlinie angrenzt, und der die zweite Verriegelungsnase aufweist, die an seinem Außenende auf der Seite angeordnet ist, die an der dritten Faltlinie angrenzt, dass die Maschine Sauggreifmittel (136) für mindestens einen ersten Satz des Zuschnitts, Mittel zur Bildung eines Moduls durch Drücken des ersten Flügels in einen Hohlraum oder durch Hochziehen des zweiten, dritten und vierten Flügels, um den Zuschnitt aufzurichten, umfasst, Mittel, um die Nasen mit den Laschen zu verriegeln, welche so angeordnet sind, dass sie einander gegenüberliegen, wenn der Zuschnitt aufgerichtet ist, um dadurch das Modul zu bilden,
    Greifmittel (140) für das Modul und Mittel für das Umsetzen des Moduls, um es in eine entsprechende Schachtel einzusetzen.
  23. Maschine nach Anspruch 22,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel aufweist, um mindestens zwei Teilungskreuzmodule aus mindestens zwei Sätzen von Flügeln gleichzeitig zu bilden und Mittel, um diese Module zusammenzufügen, um sie umzusetzen, bevor sie in die Schachtel eingesetzt werden.
  24. Maschine nach Anspruch 23,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel aufweist, um die zwei Sätze von Flügeln aus ein und demselben Zuschnitt mit einem Messer (100) vor Bildung der zwei entsprechenden Module zu trennen.
  25. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 23 und 24,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel aufweist, um vor der Umsetzung eine 180°-Drehung eines oder mehrerer Module mit Schwenkbewegung des ersten und/oder des zweiten Moduls derart zu veranlassen, dass die Außenflächen der dritten Flügel miteinander in Berührung gebracht werden.
