Claims (28)

  1. Schale (1, 37, 43, 45, 47, 55, 70) aus Pappbogenmaterial mit einem rechteckigen Boden (3) und einem umlaufenden Bund (4) aus Seitenwänden, und zwar zwei ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (5, 6, 48, 71, 72) bzw. ersten Wänden, wobei mindestens eine der ersten Wände (5, 48, 71) beidseitig über erste Faltlinien (9) mit endseitigen Umklappteilen (10, 11, 50, 74) bzw. ersten Umklappteilen verbunden ist, welche selbst jeweils im oberen Bereich mit einem zweiten Umklappteil (14 ; 51) über eine zweite Faltlinie (15, 52) oder nicht verbunden sind, und zwei zweiten einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (7 , 8, 49, 76, 77) bzw. zweiten Wänden, wobei die zweiten Wände (7, 8, 49, 76, 77) jeweils ein rechteckiges mittiges Feld (20, 49) mit einer Länge l1, die geringer ist als die Länge l2 des Bodens, wobei das Feld (20, 49) an seinen jeweiligen Seitenenden über eine dritte Faltlinie (21, 80) mit einem eine Säule bildenden Verstärkungselement (22, 83, 84) verbunden ist, und mit einem zweiten Verstärkungselement (22, 83) umfassen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das eine Säule bildende Verstärkungselement umgeklappt und auf das mittige Feld (20) und/oder auf das erste Umklappteil der ersten angrenzenden Wand geklebt ist, und zwar ein erstes vollkommen von der ersten angrenzenden Wand beabstandetes Verstärkungselement (84, 85, 86, 22, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 99, 25 100, 101, 102).
  2. Schale nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das erste Verstärkungselement (84, 85, 86) durch eine vertikale Lasche (79, 87, 88) gebildet ist, die auf die Innen- oder Außenseite der zweiten entsprechenden Wand (76) geklebt ist.
  3. Schale nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das erste Verstärkungselement (87, 88, 89, 90) durch zwei Laschen (91, 92) gebildet ist, die miteinander über vierte Faltlinien verbunden, um 180° umgeklappt und aufeinander geklebt sind.
  4. Schale nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das erste Verstärkungselement (22, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 99) durch drei rechteckige vertikale Laschen (26, 27, 31, 96, 97, 98) gebildet ist, die miteinander über vierte Faltlinien (28) verbunden sind, wobei die zwei ersten Laschen die Säule mit dreieckigem Querschnitt bilden, und die dritte Lasche (30, 31) bzw. endseitige Lasche auf die Innenseite (23) der zweiten entsprechenden Wand oder auf die Innenseite des Umklappteils (74) der ersten angrenzenden Wand geklebt ist.
  5. Schale nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das erste Verstärkungselement (100, 101, 102) durch vier rechteckige vertikale Laschen (103, 104, 105, 106) gebildet ist, die miteinander über vierte Faltlinien verbunden sind, wobei die zwei oder drei ersten Laschen die Säule mit dreieckigem, rechteckigem oder trapezförmigem Querschnitt bilden und die vierte endseitige Lasche auf die Innenseite der entsprechenden zweiten Wand oder auf das erste Umklappteil der ersten angrenzenden Wand geklebt ist.
  6. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die endseitige Lasche ein Ende aufweist, das eine in Bezug auf die Höhe der zweiten Wand vorspringende Nase (32) bildet, wobei der Boden (3) der Schale komplementär ausgebildete rechteckige Ausnehmungen (33) aufweist, die rechtwinkelig zu den Nasen angeordnet sind, um die Nasen der unteren Schale einzubauen.
  7. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das mittige Feld (20) der jeweiligen zweiten Wände (7, 8, 49) in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (35) der Schale, die senkrecht zu den zweiten Wänden ist, dezentral angeordnet ist.
  8. Schale nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine der seitlichen Enden jedes mittigen Feldes (20) einer zweiten Wand an ein und dieselbe erste Wand angrenzt, um einen Winkelpfosten (22') mit dem entsprechenden Verstärkungselement zu bilden, wobei das andere Ende des Feldes auf einer Zwischenhöhe der zweiten Wand zur Bildung eines Zwischenpfostens (22) mit dem anderer seiner Verstärkungselemente angeordnet ist.
  9. Schale nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Verstärkungselemente symmetrisch zur Feldmittelachse (35) ist, die senkrecht zu den zweiten Wänden ist, um Zwischenpfosten zu bilden.
  10. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens eine der ersten Wände (5, 6) im oberen Bereich (13) ein drittes Umklappteil (17) aufweist, das mit der ersten Wand über eine fünfte doppelte Faltlinie (18), wobei das dritte Umklappteil (17) zum Inneren der Schale hin auf die Innenseite der ersten entsprechenden Wand umgeklappt ist.
  11. Schale nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die jeweiligen ersten Wände (5,6) ein drittes Umklappteil (17) aufweisen.
  12. Schale nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 10 und 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die erste Wand bzw. die ersten Wände (5, 6) mit dritten Umklappteilen (17) niedriger sind als die zweiten Wände, wobei die ersten endseitigen Umklappteile (10, 11) trapezförmig sind und mit den zweiten entsprechenden Umklappteilen über sechste doppelte Faltlinien (15) verbunden sind, die in Bezug auf die fünfte Faltlinie (18) schräg verlaufen.
  13. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die ersten Umklappteile zusätzlich vierte Umklappteile (39) aufweisen, die jeweils mit den ersten Umklappteilen über siebte Faltlinien (40) verbunden sind und in Bezug auf das erste Umklappteil (10) entgegengesetzt zu dem zweiten Umklappteil (14) angeordnet sind.
  14. Schale nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die vierten Umklappteile (39) trapezförmig sind, auf die Außenseite (41) des Schalenbodens (3) geklebt sind und angeordnet sind, um mindestens teilweise mit einer Seite der Säule (22) der unteren Schale übereinzustimmen.
  15. Zuschnitt (2, 38, 44, 46) zur Bildung einer Schale mit einem rechteckigen Boden (3), welcher über Verbindungslinien (34) mit vier rechteckigen Flügeln verbunden ist, die geeignet sind, die Schalenwände zu bilden, und zwar zwei ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Flügeln (4, 6, 48), wobei mindestens einer der ersten Flügel beidseitig über erste Faltlinien mit endseitigen Umklappteilen bzw. ersten Umklappteilen (10, 11, 50) verbunden ist, welche wiederum auf ihrem Umfang entgegengesetzt zur Seite, die sich in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden Verbindungslinie des ersten Flügels befindet, mit zwei zweiten Umklappteilen (14, 57) über zweite Faltlinien verbunden sind, und zwei zweiten aneinander angrenzenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenflügeln (7, 8, 4 9),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Flügel jeweils ein rechteckiges mittiges Feld aufweisen, dessen Länge geringer ist als die Länge des Bodens, wobei das Feld an seinen jeweiligen Seitenenden über eine dritte Faltlinie mit einem Element verbunden ist, das geeignet ist, bei der Bildung der Schale eine Säule zu bilden.
  16. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das zur Bildung einer Säule (22) geeignete Element durch zwei, drei oder vier rechteckige Laschen (24, 25, 30, 26, 27, 31) gebildet ist, welche miteinander über vierte Faltlinien verbunden sind, wobei die ersten Laschen angeordnet sind, um die Säule mit dreieckigem Querschnitt zu bilden, wobei die letzte endseitige Lasche geeignet ist, auf die Innenseite der zweiten entsprechenden Wand geklebt zu werden.
  17. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 und 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die letzte Lasche (30, 31) ein Ende aufweist, das eine in Bezug auf die Breite des zweiten Flügels vorspringende Nase bildet, und
    dass der Schalenboden komplementär ausgebildete Ausnehmungen aufweist, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie für das Einschieben der Nasen der darunter liegenden Schale rechtwinkelig zu den Nasen sind, wenn die Schale geformt ist.
  18. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das mittige Feld (20) der jeweiligen zweiten Flügel in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (35) des senkrecht zu den zweiten Flügeln angeordneten Zuschnitts dezentral angeordnet ist.
  19. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eines der Seitenenden des jeweiligen mittigen Felds des zweiten Flügels sich in der Verlängerung der Verbindungslinie (34) mit einem ersten Flügel befindet, um bei der Bildung der Schale mit dem entsprechenden Element einen Winkelpfosten (22) zu bilden, wobei das andere Ende des Feldes auf einer Zwischenebene des zweiten Flügels zur Bildung eines Zwischenpfostens (22) mit dem anderer seiner Verstärkungselemente angeordnet ist, wenn die Schale geformt ist.
  20. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Elemente (22) in Bezug auf die Mittelachse des senkrecht zu den zweiten Flügeln verlaufenden Zuschnitts symmetrisch sind, um Zwischenpfosten (22) zu bilden, wenn die Schale geformt ist.
  21. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 15 bis 20,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens einer der ersten Flügel auf seinem Außenumfang ein drittes Umklappteil (17) aufweist, das mit dem ersten Flügel über eine fünfte doppelte Faltlinie verbunden ist, wobei das dritte Umklappteil angeordnet ist, um nach innen auf die Innenweite des ersten entsprechenden Flügels umgeklappt zu werden, wenn die Schale geformt ist.
  22. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 21,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die jeweiligen ersten Flügel ein drittes Umklappteil (17) aufweisen.
  23. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 21 und 22,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der bzw. die ersten Flügel mit dritten Umklappteilen (17) eine geringere Breite aufweisen als die zweiten Flügel (7, 8), wobei die ersten endseitigen Umklappteile (10, 11) trapezförmig sind und mit den zweiten entsprechenden Umklappteilen über sechste doppelte Faltlinien (15) verbunden sind, die in Bezug auf die fünfte Faltlinie (18) schräg verlaufen.
  24. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 15 bis 23,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die ersten Umklappteile zusätzlich vierte Umklappteile (39) aufweisen, die jeweils mit den ersten Umklappteilen über siebte Faltlinien (40) verbunden sind und entgegengesetzt zu dem zweiten Umklappteil in Bezug auf das erste Umklappteil angeordnet sind.
  25. Verfahren zur Bildung einer Schale ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt mit einem rechteckigen Boden, der über Verbindungslinien mit vier rechteckigen Flügeln verbunden ist, die geeignet sind, die Schalenwände zu bilden, und zwar zwei ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Flügeln, wobei mindestens einer der ersten Flügel beidseitig über erste Faltlinien mit endseitigen Umklappteilen bzw. ersten Umklappteilen verbunden ist, welche wiederum auf ihrem Umfang entgegengesetzt zur Seite, die sich in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden Verbindungslinie des ersten Flügels, befindet, mit zwei Umklappteilen über zweite Faltlinien verbunden sind, und zwei zweiten aneinander angrenzenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenflügeln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei zweiten Flügeln jeweils mit einem rechteckigen mittigen Feld mit geringerer Länge als die Bodenlänge und bei Verbindung des Felds an seinen jeweiligen Seitenenden über eine dritte Faltlinie mit einem Verstärkungselement mit Verbindungsfläche zum zweiten Seitenflügel:
    - der Zuschnitt von einem vertikalen Stapel flach liegender Zuschnitte entnommen wird,
    - der Zuschnitt zu einer ersten Station verbracht wird, um die Verstärkungselemente zu einem Körper zu richten, wobei die Verbindungsflächen der Verstärkungselemente während der Verbringung mit Kleber bestrichen werden,
    - Gegendruckstücke lotrecht zu den dritten Faltlinien über dem Zuschnitt positioniert werden,
    - die Verstärkungselemente gegen die Gegendruckstücke entgegengesetzt zu der Verbindungsfläche mit entsprechenden Formungsvorrichtungen gepresst werden, die komplementär zu den Verstärkungen ausgebildet sind, die zur Bildung von Säulen durch Faltung zu Körpern gerichtet werden,
    - die Gegendruckstücke und Formungsvorrichtungen eingefahren werden,
    - der Zuschnitt mit den zu einem Körper gerichteten Verstärkungselementen unter Bestreichen der ersten und zweiten Umklappteile mit Kleber zu einer Station zur endgültigen Formgebung verbracht wird,
    - die Schale an der Station zur endgültigen Formgebung dadurch geformt wird, dass eine Vertiefung angehoben wird, oder durch Setzung mit einem vertikalen Dorn in einer Vertiefung geformt wird, und die derart geformte Schale ausgeworfen wird.
  26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 25,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das zur Bildung einer Säule geeignete Verstärkungselement durch drei oder vier rechteckige Blätter gebildet ist, die über Verbindungslinien miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die zwei oder drei ersten Blätter angeordnet sind, um die Säule mit dreieckigem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt zu bilden, und das letzte endseitige Blatt geeignet ist, die endseitige Lasche auf die entsprechende Innenseite der zweiten Wand der geformten Schale zu kleben.
  27. Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schale ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt mit einem rechteckigen Boden, der über Verbindungslinien mit vier rechteckigen Flügeln verbunden ist, die geeignet sind, die Schalenwände zu bilden, und zwar zwei ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Flügeln, wobei mindestens einer der ersten Flügel beidseitig über erste Faltlinien mit endseitigen Umklappteilen bzw. ersten Umklappteilen verbunden ist, welche wiederum auf ihrem Umfang entgegengesetzt zur Seite, die sich in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden Verbindungslinie des ersten Flügels befindet, mit zwei Umklappteilen über zweite Faltlinien verbunden sind, und zwei zweiten aneinander angrenzenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenflügeln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei zweiten Flügeln jeweils mit einem rechteckigen mittigen Feld mit geringerer Länge als die Bodenlänge und bei Verbindung des Felds an seinen jeweiligen Seitenenden über eine dritte Faltlinie mit einem Verstärkungselement mit Verbindungsfläche zum zweiten Seitenflügel die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - Mittel, um den Zuschnitt von einem vertikalen Stapel flach liegender Zuschnitte zu entnehmen,
    - Mittel, um den Zuschnitt zu einer ersten Station zu verbringen, um die Verstärkungselemente zu einem Körper zu richten,
    - Mittel, um die Verbindungsflächen der Verstärkungselemente während der Verbringung mit Kleber zu bestreichen,
    - Mittel, um Gegendruckstücke lotrecht zu den dritten Faltlinien über dem Zuschnitt zu positionieren,
    - Mittel, um die Verstärkungselemente gegen die Gegendruckstücke entgegengesetzt zu der Verbindungsfläche zu pressen, umfassend Formungsvorrichtungen, die komplementär zur Form der Verstärkungen ausgebildet sind, die zur Bildung von Säulen durch Faltung zu Körpern gerichtet werden,
    - Mittel zum Einfahren der Gegendruckstücke der Formungsvorrichtungen,
    - Mittel, um den Zuschnitt mit den zu einem Körper gerichteten Verstärkungselementen zu einer Station zur endgültigen Formgebung zu verbringen,
    - Mittel, um die ersten und zweiten Umklappteile mit Kleber zu bestreichen,
    - Mittel zur Formung der Schale an der Station zur endgültigen Formgebung mit einer vertikal verfahrbaren Vertiefung oder Mitteln zur Setzung mit einem vertikalen Dorn in einer Vertiefung, sowie Mittel zum Auswerfen der derart geformten Schale.
  28. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das zur Bildung einer Säule geeignete Verstärkungselement durch drei oder vier rechteckige Blätter gebildet ist, die über Verbindungslinien miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die zwei oder drei ersten Blätter angeordnet sind, um die Säule mit dreieckigem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt zu bilden, und das letzte endseitige Blatt geeignet ist, die endseitige Lasche auf die entsprechende Innenseite der zweiten Wand der geformten Schale zu kleben.
