Claims (16)

  1.     dass die Verstärkungsrohlinge aus ein und demselben Magazin (4) mit durchbrechbaren Grundrohlingen stammen, welche vor dem Verfahren über die jeweilige Schablone zweigeteilt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Bildung des Zuschnitts (5) durch eine auf einer Seite mit einer Reihe von Umklappteilen endende Reihe von mindestens vier Flügeln (6) der Zuschnitt flach gelegt wird und die Verstärkungen horizontal auf den Zuschnitt gelegt werden.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Vorbildung des Zuschnitts als oben offene Kiste (92) mit mindestens vier vertikalen Wänden die Verstärkungen (2, 2') vertikal gekippt werden und dann in die Verpackung eingeführt werden, bevor sie seitlich gegen gegenüberliegende vertikale Wände der Verpackung angelegt werden.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) zur Anbringung mindestens einer Verstärkung (2, 2') an einer bestimmten Stelle eines Zuschnitts (5) aus einem Bogen aus Karton oder Wellpappe zur Bildung einer Verpackung (B) mit Wänden mit einer bestimmten Höhe, wobei die Verstärkung sich aus einem Rohling (3, 3') aus Karton oder Wellpappe ergibt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Verstärkung mit einer Länge, die der bestimmten Höhe entspricht, die Vorrichtung Mittel zum Ergreifen des Rohlings aus einem Magazin durch Ansaugen mit Entstapelungsmitteln (11) mit einer Längsstruktur (13) aufweist, welche angeordnet ist, um über den derart erfassten Rohling angeordnet zu werden,
    eine Schablone (18) zur Bildung des Rohlings,
    Mittel (21) zum Verfahren des Rohlings horizontal über die Formungsschablone, zum Pressen (22) des Rohlings zwischen der Schablone (18) und der Längsstruktur (13), welche zumindest teilweise komplementäre Formen aufweisen, um dem Rohling teilweise die Form einer hohlen Stütze zu verleihen und um horizontale Längsseitenränder (33, 33') zu bilden, und zum Verfahren (36) des derart ausgeformten Rohlings gegenüber dem Zuschnitt (5) zur bestimmten Stelle,
    Mittel zum Beleimen der Seitenränder und zum Pressen des derart beleimten Rohlings gegen den Zuschnitt, um die Verstärkung der Verpackung zu bilden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die bestimmte Form einen Querschnitt in Form eines umgedrehten V oder U aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie zwei Greifmittel, zwei Formungsschablonen (18), zwei Mittel (21) zum Verfahren und Beleimen und zwei Mittel (22) zum Pressen zweier Rohlinge (3, 3'), um zwei Verstärkungen (2, 2') an zwei gegenüberliegenden Wänden der Verpackung zu bilden.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie zwei unterschiedliche Magazine (93) zur Abgabe zweier Rohlinge aufweist, welche in der Nähe voneinander angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie zwei unterschiedliche Abgabemagazinen (76) aufweist, welche beidseitig des Zuschnitts angeordnet sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ein einziges Magazin (93) mit durchbrechbaren Grundrohlingen und Mitteln (28) zur Trennung des Grundrohlings in zwei Rohlinge vor dem Verfahren der zwei Rohlinge über die jeweilige Schablone aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Bildung des Zuschnitts durch eine auf einer Seite mit einer Reihe von Umklappteilen endende Reihe von mindestens vier Flügeln (6) die Vorrichtung Mittel (36) aufweist, um den Zuschnitt flach zuzuführen und die Verstärkungen horizontal auf den Zuschnitt zu legen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Vorbildung des Zuschnitts als oben offene Kiste (92) mit mindestens vier vertikalen Wänden (6) die Vorrichtung Mittel (94) zum vertikalen Kippen der Verstärkungen, zum Einführen in die Verpackung und zum seitlichen Anlegen gegen gegenüberliegende vertikale Wände der Verpackung aufweisen.
