Claims (13)

  1. Verpackungsschachtel (15, 16, 52, 53) aus Wellpappe mit Wänden, einem Boden (6) und einem Aufsatz (7), wobei die Unterseite des Bodens mit mindestens zwei Aussparungen (13, 33, 41, 58, 68, 98, 104, 114, 121) versehen ist und der Aufsatz mindestens zwei Laschen (14, 38, 54, 67, 95, 102, 115, 119) aufweist, die auf seiner Oberseite lotrecht zu den komplementär ausgebildeten Aussparungen geklebt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen und/oder die Laschen vollständig innerhalb der entsprechenden Seite bzw. Seiten (31, 32) angeordnet sind und dass die Laschen (14) jeweils durch einen Abschnitt (18) der Oberseite des Aufsatzes gebildet sind, der in einem ersten Bereich ausgeschnitten ist und durch einen zweiten Bereich mit der genannten Seite mittels einer Faltlinie (19) verbunden ist.
  2. Zuschnitt oder Anordnung von Zuschnitten (1, 22, 60, 64, 74, 90, 100, 101, 109, 110) zur Bildung einer Verpackungsschachtel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt oder die Anordnung von Zuschnitten eine Reihe von Hauptflügeln und angrenzenden Umklappteilen aufweist, die geeignet sind, einen rechteckigen Boden und einen Aufsatz zu bilden, wobei die Unterseite des Bodens mit mindestens zwei Aussparungen (13) und der Aufsatz mit mindestens zwei Laschen (14) versehen sind, die geeignet sind, auf seine Oberseite lotrecht zu den komplementär ausgebildeten Aussparungen geklebt zu werden, und dass die Aussparungen und/oder Laschen vollständig innerhalb der entsprechenden Seite bzw. Seiten (31, 32) angeordnet sind und dass die Laschen (14) jeweils durch einen Abschnitt (18) der Oberseite des Aufsatzes gebildet sind, der in einem ersten Bereich ausgeschnitten ist und durch einen zweiten Bereich mit der genannten Seite mittels einer Faltlinie (19) verbunden ist.
  3. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Rohling mit einer Reihe von mindestens vier Hauptflügeln (2, 3, 4, 5) gebildet ist, wobei zwei der Hauptflügel (2, 4) den Boden und den Aufsatz der Schachtel bilden und die zwei weiteren (3, 5) zwei erste einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände bilden, wobei die Reihe auf einer Seite mit einem ersten Satz von Umklappteilen und auf der anderen Seite mit einem zweiten Satz von Umklappteilen versehen ist, wobei die Sätze die zwei weiteren, an die ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Wände angrenzenden Seitenwände bilden, wobei die Aussparungen (13) und die Laschen (14) in den den Boden und den Aufsatz bildenden Hauptflügeln (24) ausbebildet sind.
  4. Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus zwei Zuschnitten (100, 101) aus einem Wellpappbogenmaterial hergestellt ist, und zwar aus einem ersten Zuschnitt (100), der geeignet ist, eine Schale für den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden, und einem zweiten Zuschnitt (101), der geeignet ist, den Aufsatz der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei der erste Zuschnitt die Laschen (102) oder die Aussparungen (104) aufweist und der zweite Zuschnitt eine Reihe von drei Flügeln (105) aufweist, die miteinander über erste Verbindungslinien (106) verbunden sind und beidseitig über eine zweite bzw. dritte Verbindungslinie (107) mit einer ersten (108) und einer zweiten Reihe (109) von Umklappteilen versehen sind, wobei der mittige Flügel der Flügelreihe die Aussparungen oder Laschen aufweist, die den Laschen oder Aussparungen des ersten Zuschnitts entsprechen.
  5. Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus zwei Zuschnitten (100, 101) aus einem Wellpappbogenmaterial hergestellt ist, und zwar aus einem ersten Zuschnitt (109), der geeignet ist, eine Schale für den Boden der Schachtel zu bilden, und einem zweiten Zuschnitt (110), der geeignet ist, den Aufsatz der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei der erste Zuschnitt die Laschen (115) oder die Aussparungen (114) aufweist und der zweite Zuschnitt eine Reihe von vier Flügeln aufweist, die miteinander über erste Verbindungslinien verbunden sind und auf einer Seite mit einer Reihe von Umklappteilen versehen sind, wobei die Umklappteile die Aussparungen oder Laschen aufweisen, die den Laschen oder Aussparungen des ersten Zuschnitts entsprechen.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel (15, 16, 52, 53) aus mindestens einem Zuschnitt aus Papp- bzw. Kartonbogenmaterial oder aus Wellpappbogenmaterial nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Entstapeln des bzw. der Zuschnitte aus einem vertikalen Magazin die Zuschnitte waagerecht bewegt werden, um sie schließlich in die Position für die Bildung der Schachtel zu bringen, und dass die vorab mit Leim bestrichenen Laschen (14), die gegen die entsprechende Oberseite des betreffenden Hauptflügels angelegt werden, um sie darauf zu kleben, während der Strecke automatisch umgedreht werden.
  7. Vorrichtung (130) für die Herstellung einer Schachtel aus einem Wellpappbogenmaterial aus einem Zuschnitt oder aus einer Anordnung von Zuschnitten, wobei der Zuschnitt oder die Anordnung von Zuschnitten eine Reihe von Hauptflügeln und angrenzenden Umklappteilen aufweist, die geeignet sind, einen rechteckigen Boden und einen Aufsatz zu bilden, wobei die Unterseite des Bodens mit mindestens zwei Aussparungen versehen ist und der Aufsatz mindestens zwei Laschen aufweist, die geeignet sind, auf seine Oberseite lotrecht zu den komplementär ausgebildeten Aussparungen geklebt zu werden, wobei die Schachtel angeordnet ist, um automatisch an einer Formungsstation gebildet zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei vollständiger Anordnung der Aussparungen und/oder Laschen innerhalb der entsprechenden Seite bzw.   13. Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 bis 12. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entstapelungsmittel ein eingebettetes System mit einem Roboterarm aufweisen, der den Zuschnitt zu einer nächsten Station für dessen Formung verbringt, bevor er leer zurückläuft, um den nächsten oberen Zuschnitt zu ergreifen, wobei der Roboterarm die Mittel für die 180°-Faltung aufweist.
