Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a box two-piece packaging of the type comprising two cutouts made of cardboard or cardboard corrugated, namely a first cut forming a tray and a second cut forming a part top or cover for the crate, nested with said tray.
  • It also relates to a set of blanks to obtain such a packing box as well as processes and a machine manufacturing the crate from the set of blanks.
  • the invention also relates to an opening process such a fund.
  • the present invention finds an application particularly important although not exclusive in the field of packaging for rigid products (jars, boxes ...) or semi rigid (bags ...), making it easy to present products to outside of their transport packaging so immediate, clean and attractive, especially on shelves of department store shelves.
  • the present invention aims to provide a box and a set of cuts answering better than those previously known to the requirements of the practice in particular that it authorizes the complete removal of the tray and the lid of the packaging by some simple movements, without touching products, which completely eliminates packaging of products and thus authorizes a ongoing presentation, immediate and in one all products contained in the packaging on the shelves in the shops.
  • the box is moreover mountable in automatic with strong rate (over twenty cases / min) while having a great solidity, the crates as well obtained by the invention being otherwise easily stackable on pallet.
  • the present invention proposes in particular a two-part packing case of the type described above, characterized in that the box has a first transverse side wall arranged to be grasped by a user, connected to the rest of the box by partially precut junction lines allowing manual tearing by the user of said first wall relative to the rest of the box; the box, and in that one or the other side walls of the tray are only fixed respectively to one or to the other side walls of the lid by one or more partially pre-cut portions and / or one or more bonding points allowing separation between walls by spacing Manual obtained by exerting a force perpendicular to the walls.
  • Per partially pre-cut portion means a portion frangible that only stands by a few points or attachment parts with the rest of the cutout and which is therefore easily disconnected from the cutting, by traction perpendicular to the plane of said cut.
  • the portion or portions partially precut and / or the bonding point or points are arranged to have a good resistance in the vertical direction, that is to say as long as the efforts are exerted essentially in the plane of the walls.
  • This resistance is particularly perfectly sufficient to allow the transport of the products even if the packaging is grasped by the lid.
  • the spreading force exerted walls is certainly perpendicular to the walls, these then become disconnected easily manually, without delamination of the cardboard, for example with a force of the order of 5 to 10 Newtons, advantageously and for example after passing a hard point requiring an extra effort of some Newtons from the user, using for example his thumb as a foil and / or lever arm to pass this hard point.
  • the tray and the lid retain their rigidity, which does not allow any gap or yawn between tray and lid, moreover advantageously still prevented by the hard point or points mentioned above.
  • Nesting between tray and lid can be internal or external, that is to say with the walls of the tray located externally to the lid or internal to the lid.
  • the first side wall transverse is formed by the collage one on the other of two first side walls, respectively of the lid and the tray.
  • the first side walls of the tray and of the cover which are here fixed together by a classical solid bonding, for example by strips of "hot melt” glue, also ensure a good rigidity of the box, without possibility of separation, except by delamination of the board.
  • Collage point collage like partially pre-cut portions that snap easily from the rest of the cutout to which they originally belong excludes by cons the delamination.
  • the first wall transversal side of the body contains or is for example secured to input means.
  • these input means and the partially precut junction lines of the first transverse side wall are in particular provided for the removal of said first side wall of the body by a user by fully releasing the feet of products.
  • Partially pre-cut junction lines of the first side wall with the rest of the packaging coincide advantageously with the edges of the box, between walls, bottom and lid.
  • the user who can enter for example to full hand the side wall to pull off, exerts a more pulling force than force spacing to separate the portions partially precut, for example a force of traction from one to four kilograms.
  • it is a whole side face or substantially a whole side face (i.e. less than 70% of the face) which is tear-off, for example advantageously at once by vertical pull or horizontal, or two shots per draw horizontally on each side, the foot of the products being always clean to be cleared on the side of said face tear.
  • junction lines partially precut are initially, or later, cut to present a first hard point, due to a more large length of cut cardboard portions, then a more fragile part with longer pre-cut parts, possibly consolidated by one or two intermediate hard points additional, and ending for example by a part easier to tear off.
  • Such provisions also allow, after tearing of the first wall of the packaging and splitting of glue points or portions partially precut, for example also connected to the rest of the cut that carries them through pre-cut lines with one or more hard points, to remove the tray without the products while the user holds the lid in place on the products, then remove the lid of the products, for example by lifting it slightly and / or sliding horizontally along the products.
  • the invention also relates to a set of cuttings for the manufacture of a crate such as described above.
  • the invention also relates to a set of blanks characterized in that it comprises two cutouts respectively formed each of a shutter or a central panel and flaps or side panels, namely a first cutout intended to form a tray and a second cutout intended to form the lid of the box, the first cut comprising a second transverse flap or at least one lateral flap connected to the central flap, and arranged to be secured to an adjacent side panel by means of at least a partially pre-cut portion belonging to one of the blanks and glued to the other cut, and a first transversal flap connected on the other side to the central flap by a partially pre-cut junction line, and in that a side panel of the second cutout is adapted to be glued to the first transverse flap and is connected to the central panel by a partially pre-cut junction line.
  • the lateral flaps of the first cutout each include a flap, respectively connected to the corresponding flap by a folding line partially precut on the side of the first flap transverse.
  • the side panel connected to the bottom by a partially pre-cut junction line has two flaps connected to said side panel by partially precut fold lines.

  • the second cutout comprises four panels one of which is connected to its two adjacent panels by partially precut fold lines.
  • the invention also relates to a method the opening of a cashier, and the shelving of the product it contains, characterized in that manually pulls a transverse wall from the crate, we manually separate the walls and the lid of the bottom box, we draw the bottom to the horizontal to release the bottom of products that are on, then remove the cover to release entirely the products it contains.
  • the lid comprising a headband after tearing off the first side wall crosswise, the lid is rotated towards the top to clear the headband with respect to the products before pulling the lid horizontally.
  • the present invention also provides a two-part packing case comprising two blanks made of cardboard sheet or corrugated cardboard material, namely a first blank forming a tray and a second blank forming an upper part of the box nested with said tray, the first cut and second cut being connected by means allowing their separation constituted by at least a partially pre-cut flap portion in one of said cutouts, characterized in that the box has a first transverse side wall formed by two flaps respectively belonging to each cutout arranged to be grasped by a user and connected to the rest of the box by partially precut junction lines allowing manual tearing by the user of said first wall relative to the rest of the box.
