Claims (13)
- Einstückiger Zuschnitt (14, 33) aus Wellpappe für die Herstellung einer Displayschachtel (1), welcher ein umlaufendes Band (2) umfasst, das mindestens vier rechteckige Hauptflügel (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweist, die über parallel verlaufende Faltlinien (24, 25, 26, 27) paarweise miteinander verbunden sind, und das mit zwei Reihen (29, 30) von Umklappteilen versehen ist, die beidseitig angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, jeweils zumindest teilweise den Boden (8) und das Oberteil (6) der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei das umlaufende Band (2) eine vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20, 36) aufweist, mit der der Zuschnitt (14, 33) in zwei halbe Zuschnitte (21, 22; 34, 35) getrennt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quer verlaufende Linie beidseitig und für jede parallele Faltlinie (24, 25, 26, 27) zwei getrennte Faltlinienabschnitte (24', 24"; 24', 25"; 26', 26"; 27', 27") festlegt, die zueinander versetzt sind, um zumindest teilweise die Dicken der Pappe ausgleichen zu können, wenn der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) an den ersten halben Zuschnitt (21) um einen Wickelkörper gelegt wird.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das umlaufende Band (2) aus Flügeln einen ersten zentralen Flügel (17) aufweist, der beidseitig über zwei der parallel verlaufenden Faltlinien (25, 26), die so genannten ersten Faltlinien, mit einem zweiten Flügel (16) und mit einem dritten Flügel (18) verbunden sind, wobei die Abschnitte (25', 26') erster Faltlinien des ersten halben Zuschnitts (21) zum Inneren des ersten Flügels hin in Bezug auf Abschnitte (25", 26") der gleichen ersten Faltlinien des zweiten halben Zuschnitts (22) versetzt sind, und dass der zweite Flügel (16) und der dritte Flügel (18) selbst über zwei weitere der parallel verlaufenden Faltlinien (24, 27), die so genannten zweiten Faltlinien, nach außen mit einem vierten Flügel (15) bzw. mit einer Klebelasche (19) verbunden sind, wobei die Abschnitte zweiter Faltlinien des ersten halben Zuschnitts (21) zum Inneren des zweiten Flügels (16) und des dritten Flügels (18) hin in Bezug auf die Abschnitte (24', 27') der gleichen zweiten Faltlinien des zweiten halben Zuschnitts (22) versetzt sind. - Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 2,

dass der Versatz zwischen Abschnitten (25', 25", 26', 26") ein und derselben ersten Faltlinie (25, 26) einer Dicke oder im Wesentlichen einer Dicke der Pappe entspricht und die Versatze zwischen Abschnitten ein und derselben zweiten Faltlinie (24, 27) zwei Dicken oder im Wesentlichen zwei Dicken der Pappe entsprechen. - Zuschnitt (14) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flügel (16, 18) jeweils eine im Wesentlichen zentrale Öffnung (31) aufweisen, die in der Nähe der vorgeschnittenen quer verlaufenden Linie (20) angeordnet ist und ausgebildet ist, damit ein halber Zuschnitt (21) vom anderen (22) durch Ziehen gelöst werden kann, nachdem der eine auf den anderen geklebt wurde. - Zuschnitt (14) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20) einen trapezförmigen Abschnitt aufweist, durch den ein Display mit schrägen Seitenwänden gebildet werden kann. - Verpackungsschachtel (1) aus einem Wellpappenblattmaterial, umfassend zwei manuell voneinander trennbare Elemente, und zwar ein erstes Element (7), das eine Displayschale bildet, und ein zweites Element (4), das den Aufsatz der Schachtel bildet, wobei das erste und das zweite Element aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt (14; 33) gebildet werden können, der ein umlaufendes Band (2) umfasst, das mindestens vier rechteckige Hauptflügel (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweist, die über parallel verlaufende Faltlinien (24, 25, 26, 27) paarweise miteinander verbunden sind, und das mit zwei Reihen (29, 30) von Umklappteilen versehen ist, die beidseitig angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, jeweils zumindest teilweise den Boden und das Oberteil der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei das umlaufende Band (2) eine vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20, 36) aufweist, mit der der Zuschnitt in zwei halbe Zuschnitte (21, 22; 34, 35) getrennt werden kann, um die zwei Elemente zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Elemente (4, 7) ineinander gesteckt sind, dass die zwei Elemente durch mindestens eine Klebestelle (32) miteinander fest verbunden sind und dass die quer verlaufende Linie (20; 36) beidseitig und für jede parallele Faltlinie zwei getrennte Faltlinienabschnitte (24', 24"; 24', 25"; 26', 26"; 27', 27") festlegt, die zueinander versetzt sind, um zumindest teilweise die Dicken der Pappe ausgleichen zu können, wenn der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) zur Bildung der Schachtel an den ersten halben Zuschnitt (21) um einen Wickelkörper gelegt wird, und dass die quer verlaufende Linie (20; 36) beidseitig die distalen Kanten der Elemente (4, 7) definiert.
- Schachtel nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20) einen trapezförmigen Abschnitt aufweist, durch den ein Display mit schrägen Seitenwänden gebildet werden kann. - Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flügel (16, 18) jeweils eine im Wesentlichen zentrale Öffnung (31) aufweisen, die in der Nähe der vorgeschnittenen quer verlaufenden Linie angeordnet ist und ausgebildet ist, damit ein Elements vom anderen durch Drücken gelöst werden kann, nachdem das eine auf das andere geklebt wurde. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel (1) mit mehreckigem Querschnitt aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt (14) aus einem Wellpappenblatt, welcher ein umlaufendes Band (2) umfasst, das mindestens vier rechteckige Hauptflügel (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweist, die über parallel verlaufende Faltlinien paarweise miteinander verbunden sind, und das mit zwei Reihen (29, 30) von Umklappteilen versehen ist, die beidseitig angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, jeweils zumindest teilweise den Boden (8) und das Oberteil (6) der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei das umlaufende Band eine vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20, 36) aufweist, mit der der Zuschnitt (14) in zwei halbe Zuschnitte (21, 22; 34, 35) getrennt werden kann, wobei nach Entstapeln des Zuschnitts (14) die zwei halben Zuschnitte getrennt werden, der erste halbe Zuschnitt (21) in einen Überführungskanal gelegt wird, der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) in einer Ebene gehalten wird, die höher liegt als diejenige des Überführungskanals, der erste halbe Zuschnitt (21) zu einem Wickelkörper überführt wird und auf dem Weg dorthin gummiert wird, der erste halbe Zuschnitt (21) um den Wickelkörper gelegt wird, der Überführungskanal sich so gestaltet hat, dass die Überführung des zweiten halben Zuschnitts (22) ermöglicht wird, der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) zu dem Kanal herabgesenkt wird, der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) zu dem Wickelkörper überführt wird und um den wiederum um den Wickelkörper gelegten ersten halben Zuschnitt (21) gelegt wird, um die Seitenwände (3) der Schachtel (1) zu bilden, bevor die Umklappteile (29) um den Wickelkörper umgeklappt werden, um den Boden (8) bzw. das Oberteil der Schachtel zu bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Trennung der halben Zuschnitte durch Abscherfinger (54) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Überführung der halben Zuschnitte durch Schiebegreifer bewirkt wird, wobei das Legen um den Wickelkörper durch Anlegen eines Flügels des umlaufenden Bands des betreffenden halben Zuschnitts an der Unterseite des Wickelkörpers mit anschließendem Legen und Druckausübung auf die Seitenflügel durch ausziehbare Vorrichtungen erfolgt, die in dem System für das Legen der Flügel integriert sind. - Vorrichtung (50) zur Bildung einer Schachtel (1) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt (14) aus einem Wellpappenblatt, welcher ein umlaufendes Band (2) umfasst, das mindestens vier rechteckige Hauptflügel (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweist, die über parallel verlaufende Faltlinien (24, 25, 26, 27) paarweise miteinander verbunden sind, und das mit zwei Reihen (29, 30) von Umklappteilen versehen ist, die beidseitig angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, jeweils zumindest teilweise den Boden (8) und das Oberteil (6) der Schachtel (1) zu bilden, wobei das umlaufende Band (2) eine vorgeschnittene quer verlaufende Linie (20) aufweist, mit der der Zuschnitt (14) in zwei halbe Zuschnitte (21, 22) getrennt werden kann, wobei die Vorrichtung (50) eine Anordnung (51) für die Entstapelung des Zuschnitts, ein System (54), um die halben Zuschnitte auseinanderzutrennen, einen Kanal (58) für die Überführung des ersten halben Zuschnitts (21) zu einem Wickelkörper aufweist, wobei der zweite halbe Zuschnitt (22) in einer Ebene gehalten wird, die höher liegt als diejenige des Überführungskanals (58), ferner Mittel (15) für die Gummierung des ersten halben Zuschnitts (21) während der Überführung zu einem Wickelkörper, Mittel für das Legen des ersten halben Zuschnitts um den Wickelkörper, Mittel für die Ausgestaltung des Überführungskanals, um die Überführung des zweiten halben Zuschnitts (22) zu dem Wickelkörper zu ermöglichen, Hebe-Senk-Mittel (59), um den zweiten halben Zuschnitt (22) zu dem Kanal herabzusenken, Mittel für das Legen um den wiederum um den Wickelkörper gelegten ersten halben Zuschnitt (21), um das umlaufende Band der Schachtel zu bilden, und Anlegemittel, die angeordnet sind, um die Umklappteile (29) um den Wickelkörper umzuklappen, um den Boden (8) bzw. das Oberteil der Schachtel zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das System für die Trennung der halben Zuschnitte Abscherfinger (54) aufweist.
