Claims (23)
- Anordnung [LS1] von Zuschnitten [LS2], zur Bildung einer Verpackungsschachtel, umfassend zwei Zuschnitte (9, 10) aus einem Wellpappenblattmaterial, und zwar einen ersten Zuschnitt (9), welcher eine erste, mit einer Befestigungslasche (16) endende Folge von mindestens vier durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (17) miteinander verbundenen Hauptflügeln (12-15) aufweist und auf einer Seite mit einer ersten Folge von Umklappteilen (19) versehen ist, die durch zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien (17) verlaufende Faltlinien (20) mit der ersten Folge von Flügeln (12-15) verbunden sind, wobei die erste Folge von Flügeln (12-15) geeignet ist, die Wände des Unterteils der Schachtel zu bilden, und einen zweiten Zuschnitt (10), welcher eine zweite Folge von mindestens drei durch dritte, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (25) miteinander verbundenen Feldern (22-24) aufweist und auf der anderen Seite mit einer zweiten Folge von Umklappteilen (27) versehen ist, die durch vierte Faltlinien (28) mit der zweiten Folge von Feldern (22-24) verbunden sind, wobei der zweite Zuschnitt (10) geeignet ist, den Aufsatz der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei die Zuschnitte derart sind, dass [LS3]
die erste Folge von Flügeln (12-15) Folgendes aufweist:- einen ersten rechteckigen Flügel (12), der dazu bestimmt ist, die Bodenwand (29) des Unterteils zu bilden, und der auf der anderen Seite der ersten Folge von Umklappteilen (12-15) [LS4] mit einem abreißbaren Umklappteil (30) versehen ist, das durch eine perforierten Verbindungslinie (31) mit dem Flügel (12) verbunden ist,- zwei nicht aneinander angrenzende trapezförmige Flügel (13, 15), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Seitenwände (4) des Unterteils zu bilden, welche [LS5] eine Innenkante (34, 35) [LS6] aufweisen, die zumindest teilweise schräg auf einen zentralen Flügel (14) geringerer Höhe gerichtet ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die vorderseitige Wand des Unterteils zu bilden, und- den Hauptflügel (14) geringerer Höhe,die zweite Folge von drei Feldern (22-24) ein rechteckiges zentrales Feld (23) und zwei trapezförmige seitliche Felder (22, 24) mit einer Außenkante (35, 36) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise schräg auf die zweite Folge von Umklappteilen (12-15) gemäß parallel zu den gegenüberliegenden Innenkanten der ersten trapezförmigen Flügel (13, 15) verlaufenden Richtungen gerichtet ist, wenn die dritten Faltlinien (25) des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) mit den ersten Faltlinien (17) des ersten Zuschnitts (9) fluchtend bzw. weitestgehend fluchtend angeordnet sind und
die zwei Zuschnitte (9, 10) angeordnet sind, um eine ausreichende Überlappung zu ermöglichen, um das Kleben des einen auf den anderen an den gegenüberliegenden Innenkanten und Außenkanten der trapezförmigen Flügel und Felder (22, 24, 13, 15) zuzulassen, wenn die perforierte Faltlinie (31) und die vierten Faltlinien (28) fluchtend bzw. weitestgehend fluchtend angeordnet sind. - Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den ersten Faltlinien (17) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte dritter Faltlinien (25) eingeschnitten [LS7] sind.
- Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den ersten Faltlinien (17) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte dritter Faltlinien (25) eingedrückt [LS8] sind.
- Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den ersten Faltlinien (17) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte dritter Faltlinien (25) durchbrochen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Kante des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) sich gegenüber bzw. weitestgehend gegenüber den zweiten Faltlinien (20) befindet und die [LS9] eingeschnittenen, eingedrückten oder durchbrochenen Abschnitte sich nach oben auf einer Länge erstrecken, welche die Höhe des zentralen Flügels des ersten Zuschnitts (14) etwas übersteigt.
- Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die trapezförmigen [LS10] Felder oder Flügel Ausnehmungen (33') in der Nähe der Klebestellen aufweisen, um das manuelle Ablösen der trapezförmigen Wände von den trapezförmigen Flügeln durch einfaches Ziehen zu erleichtern. - Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Pappe des Unterteils sich von derjenigen der Pappe des Aufsatzes unterscheidet.
- Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abreißbare Umklappteil (30) oder das gegenüberliegende Teil des entsprechenden Flügels [LS11] in der Nähe der perforierten Verbindungslinie (31) einen ausgehöhlten oder ausgeschnittenen Bereich aufweist, der einen Griff bildet, um das Greifen zum Abreißen des Aufsatzes durch einen Benutzer zu ermöglichen. - Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (9) und der zweite Zuschnitt (10) aus demselben Rohling stammen. - Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (9) acht Flügel aufweist, und zwar vier Hauptflügel, die durch Zwischenflügel voneinander getrennt sind, die geeignet sind, angeschrägte Ecken der Schachtel zu bilden.
- Verpackungsschachtel mit mehreckigem Querschnitt, gebildet durch zwei Zuschnitte (9, 10) aus einem Wellpappenblattmaterial, und zwar durch einen ersten Zuschnitt (9), welcher eine mit einer Befestigungslasche (16) endende Folge von mindestens vier durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (17) miteinander verbundenen Hauptflügeln (12-15) aufweist, wobei die Folge von Flügeln (12-15) die Wände des Unterteils der Schachtel bildet und auf einer Seite durch zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien (17) verlaufende Faltlinien (20) mit einer Folge von Umklappteilen (19) verbunden ist, wobei die Folge von Umklappteilen (19) den Boden der Schachtel bildet, und durch einen zweiten Zuschnitt (10), welcher eine zweite Folge von mindestens drei durch dritte, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (25) miteinander verbundenen Feldern (22-24) aufweist und auf der anderen Seite mit einer zweiten Folge von Umklappteilen (27) versehen ist, die durch vierte Faltlinien (28) mit der zweiten Folge von Feldern (22-24) verbunden sind, wobei der zweite Zuschnitt (10) den Aufsatz der Schachtel bildet, wobei die Felder des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) teilweise über dem ersten Zuschnitt (9) liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Folge von Flügeln (12-15) Folgendes aufweist:- einen ersten rechteckigen Flügel (12), der dazu bestimmt ist, die Bodenwand des Unterteils zu bilden, und der auf der anderen Seite der ersten Folge von Umklappteilen mit einem abreißbaren Umklappteil (30) versehen ist, das durch eine perforierten Verbindungslinie (31) mit dem Flügel (12) verbunden ist,- zwei nicht aneinander angrenzende trapezförmige Flügel (13, 15), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Seitenwände (4) des Unterteils zu bilden, welche [LS12] eine Innenkante (34, 35) aufweisen, die zumindest teilweise schräg auf einen zentralen Flügel (14) geringerer Höhe gerichtet ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die vorderseitige Wand des Unterteils zu bilden, und- den Hauptflügel (14) geringerer Höhe,die zweite Folge von drei Feldern (22-24) ein rechteckiges zentrales Feld (23) und zwei trapezförmige seitliche Felder (22, 24) mit einer Außenkante (35, 36) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise schräg auf die zweite Folge von Umklappteilen (12-15) gemäß den [LS13] parallel zu den gegenüberliegenden Innenkanten der ersten trapezförmigen Flügel (13, 15) verlaufenden Richtungen gerichtet ist, wenn die dritten Faltlinien (25) des zweiten Zuschnitts mit den ersten Faltlinien (17) des ersten Zuschnitts (9) fluchtend bzw. weitestgehend fluchtend angeordnet sind und die zwei Zuschnitte (9, 10) an den gegenüberliegenden Innenkanten und Außenkanten der trapezförmigen Flügel und Felder (22, 24, 13, 15) aufeinander geklebt sind, wenn die perforierte Faltlinie (31) und die vierten Faltlinien (28) fluchtend bzw. weitestgehend fluchtend angeordnet sind. - Schachtel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (9) außerhalb des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) befestigt ist.
- Schachtel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (9) innerhalb des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) befestigt ist.
- Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- sie durch Umlegen der Zuschnitte (9, 10) um ein Volumen mit bestimmten Abmessungen gebildet wird und- die dritten Faltlinien (25) des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) weitestgehend mit den ersten Faltlinien (17) des ersten Zuschnitts (9) fluchten, wobei die dritten Faltlinien (25) im unteren Bereich einen der ersten entsprechenden Faltlinie gegenüberliegenden Abschnitt aufweisen, der eingeschnitten, eingedrückt oder durchbrochen ist.
- Schachtel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Umlegen der Zuschnitte (9, 10) um ein Volumen mit bestimmten Abmessungen gebildet wird, wobei die dritten Faltlinien (25) des zweiten Zuschnitts (10) mit den ersten gegenüberliegenden Faltlinien des ersten Zuschnitts (9) fluchten und die Felder geklebt sind und die Klebungen angeordnet sind, um ein Verschieben der Felder auf den entsprechenden Flügeln zuzulassen.
- Schachtel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Umlegen der Zuschnitte (9, 10) um ein Volumen mit bestimmten Abmessungen gebildet wird, wobei der bzw. die den ersten Faltlinien gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte der dritten Faltlinien eingedrückt oder eingeschnitten sind.
- Schachtel nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Falten / Verbinden [LS14] gebildet wird, wobei der bzw. die den ersten Faltlinien (17) gegenüberliegenden Abschnitte dritter Faltlinien (25) durchbrochen sind.
- Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Pappe des Unterteils sich von derjenigen der Pappe des Aufsatzes unterscheidet.
- Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingeschnittenen, durchbrochenen oder eingedrückten Abschnitte sich nach oben auf einer Länge erstrecken, welche die Höhe des zentralen Flügels (14) des ersten Zuschnitts etwas übersteigt.
- Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zuschnitt (9) acht Flügel aufweist, und zwar vier Hauptflügel, die durch Zwischenflügel voneinander getrennt sind, die geeignet sind, angeschrägte Ecken der Schachtel zu bilden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel mit mehreckigem Querschnitt aus zwei Zuschnitten aus einem Karton- bzw. Wellpappenblattmaterial nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die zwei Zuschnitte (9, 10) aus einem selben Rohling ausschneidet, die zwei Zuschnitte in Bezug aufeinander versetzt, um sie teilweise aufeinander zu legen, und sie an den gegenüberliegenden Innenund Außenkanten der trapezförmigen Flügel und Felder aufeinander klebt, wenn die perforierte Faltlinie (31) und die vierten Faltlinien (28) fluchtend bzw. weitestgehend fluchtend angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (16) des ersten Zuschnitts (9) geknickt und auf den zweiten Zuschnitt geklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung von durch Kleben miteinander fest verbundenen Zuschnitten um einen Dorn [LS15] gehüllt [LS16] wird.
