  • the present invention is not limited to the embodiments more particularly described. On the contrary, it embraces all the variants and in particular those in which the set of cuts comprises three cuts, to form respectively the bottom, the top of the lid and the side walls of said lid.

Claims (20)

  1. Insgesamt quaderförmige Schachtel (1, 31, 65, 72) aus einem Wellpappenblatt zum Verpacken und Transportieren von Gegenständen, wobei die Schachtel eine Schale (8) umfasst, die einen Boden bildet, der ein zentrales Feld (9, 51) mit vier Hauptseiten umfasst, die jeweils mit einem ersten Umklappteil (10, 54) versehen sind. wobei zwei der ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Umklappteile (10, 54) der Schale an jedem ihrer seitlichen Enden eine Lasche (10', 56) aufweisen, die jeweils an dem ersten anliegenden Umklappteil zur Bildung der Schale befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass
    - die Schachtel ferner einen Deckel aufweist, der durch ein seitliches Band (2, 23) gebildet ist, das durch mindestens vier jeweils mittels parallel verlaufender Faltlinien (7) und einer endseitigen Klebelasche (7') miteinander verbundene Felder (3, 35; 4, 37; 5, 6; 37, 41) gebildet ist, wobei ein vorderes Feld und ein hinteres Feld (3, 4; P, 35, 37; 78), die U-förmig ausgebildet sind, jeweils eine mittige Ausnehmung (22, 50, 79) definieren, die geeignet ist, es einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, in der Schachtel einen Gegenstand mit der Hand zu ergreifen,
    - der obere Teil der Schachtel vier Umklappteile aufweist, darunter zwei zweite einander gegenüberliegende Umklappteile (12, 13; 29; 44, 46) mit freier laufstegförmiger Längskante, die U-förmig durchbrochen sind und bei denen das Ende der Schenkel mit dem Ende der ein U bildenden Schenkel der entsprechenden Vorder- und Rückwände verbunden ist, wodurch mit den U-förmigen Wänden die mittige Ausnehmung (22, 50, 79) definiert wird, die geeignet ist, es einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, in der Schachtel einen Gegenstand von oben mit der Hand zu ergreifen, und
    - von Vorder-, Rück oder Seitenwänden des Deckels mindestens eine lediglich an einem ersten seitlichen entsprechenden Umklappteil der Schale mittels eines bzw. mehrerer teilweise vorgeschnittener Abschnitte (P) befestigt ist, die es ermöglichen, die Deckelwände und die ersten Umklappteile der Schale durch manuelles Auseinanderziehen zu trennen, was durch Ausübung einer senkrecht zu den Wanden verlaufenden Kraft erreicht wird.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorder- und Rückwände einen horizontalen Versteifungssteg (25) aufweisen, der in der Mitte bzw. weitestgehend in der Mitte der entsprechenden Ausnehmung (50) angeordnet ist.
  3. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Anzahl der teilweise vorgeschnittenen Abschnitte (P) mindestens zwei beträgt, welche jeweils beidseitig an den Seitenwänden der Schachtel angeordnet sind.
  4. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorder- (35), Rück- (39) und Seitenwände (37, 41) durch Zwischenwände (36, 38, 40, 43) voneinander getrennt sind, um eine achtseitige Schachtel mit angeschrägten Ecken zu bilden.
  5. Schachtel (1, 31, 65, 72) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Deckel in die Schale greift.
  6. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die teilweise vorgeschnittenen Abschnitte zu der Schale gehören.
  7. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der bzw die teilweise vorgeschnittenen Abschnitte gemäß einer offenen Linie vorgeschnitten sind.
  8. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der bzw. die teilweise vorgeschnittenen Abschnitte gemäß einer geschlossenen Linie geschnitten sind.
  9. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Deckel mindestens vier Felder (3, 35; 4, 37; 5, 6; 37, 41) umfasst, welche die Wände bilden und jeweils mittels parallel verlaufender Faltlinien (7) und einer endseitigen Klebelasche (7') miteinander verbunden sind, und dass der obere Teil der Schachtel zwei zweite einander gegenüberliegende Umklappteile (12, 13; 29; 44, 46) mit freier laufstegförmiger Längskante umfasst, die U-förmig durchbrochen sind und bei denen das Ende der Schenkel mit dem Ende der ein U bildenden Schenkel der entsprechenden Vorder- und Rückwände verbunden ist.
  10. Schachtel nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten durchbrochenen Umklappteile seitlich Überstände (60) zum Gegendrücken aufweisen.
  11. Schachtel nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Umklappteile (29) seitlich zweite Laschen (30) aufweisen, die auf die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand geklebt sind.
  12. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der obere Teil der Schachtel ferner dritte Umklappteile (17, 47) aufweist, die mit dem oberen Umfang der Seitenwände verbunden sind und auf die zweiten Umklappteile geklebt sind, um den oberen Teil zu bilden.
  13. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Deckel drei Felder umfasst, wobei ein rechteckiges zentrales Feld (75) die obere Seite des Deckels der Schachtel bildet, die seitlich mittels Faltlinien mit zwei Seitenfeldern (78) verbunden ist, welche mindestens teilweise die Vorder- und Rückwände der Schachtel bilden, wobei die Seitenfelder und/oder das zentrale Feld beidseitig mit vierten Umklappteilen (80, 81, 82) versehen sind, die geeignet sind, mindestens teilweise die Seitenwände zu bilden.
  14. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jede Seitenwand einen Griff (84) aufweist.
  15. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner zwei einzelne Seitenfelder (94) zur inneren Verstärkung aufweist, die geeignet sind, durch Kontakt mit der Innenseite der Seitenwände zusammenzuwirken und die Schachtel im aufrechten Stand zu stützen.
  16. Anordnung von Zuschnitten, um eine Schachtel zum Verpacken und Transportieren von Gegenständen zu bilden, mit mindestens zwei Wellpappenzuschnitten, und zwar einem ersten Zuschnitt, der geeignet ist, den Deckel der Schachtel zu bilden, und der eine mit einer Befestigungslasche (7') endende Folge von mindestens vier Hauptflügeln aufweist, und zwar einem vorderen Flügel (3, 35), einem hinteren Flügel (4, 37) und zwei Seitenflügeln (5, 6; 37, 41), die mittels erster parallel zueinander verlaufender Faltlinien (7) miteinander verbunden sind,
    wobei die Folge von Flügeln die Außenwände der Schachtel bildet und auf der einen Seite mittels senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufender zweiter Faltlinien mit einer Folge von Umklappteilen verbunden ist, wobei die Folge von Umklappteilen geeignet ist, zumindest teilweise den oberen Teil der Schachtel zu bilden, und einem zweiten Zuschnitt, der den schalenförmigen Schachtelboden bildet und ein zentrales Feld (9, 51) mit ersten Umklappteilen (10, 54) an seinen Seiten aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorder- und Hinterflügel (3, 4; 35, 37; 78) U-förmig ausgebildet sind und jeweils mit dem oberen Teil eine mittige Ausnehmung (22, 50, 79) definieren,
    dass der obere Teil der Schachtel vier Umklappteile aufweist, darunter zwei zweite einander gegenüberliegende Umklappteile (12, 13; 29; 44, 46) mit freier laufstegförmiger Längskante, die U-förmig durchbrochen sind und bei denen das Ende der Schenkel mit dem Ende der ein U bildenden Schenkel der entsprechenden Vorder- und Rückwände verbunden ist, wodurch mit den U-förmigen Wänden die mittige Ausnehmung (22, 50, 79) definiert wird, die geeignet ist, es einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, in der Schachtel einen Gegenstand seitlich und/oder von oben mit der Hand zu ergreifen, dass zwei erste einander gegenüberliegende Umklappteile des zweiten Zuschnitts an jedem ihrer seitlichen Enden eine Lasche aufweisen, die jeweils dazu bestimmt ist, an dem ersten anliegenden Umklappteil zur Bildung der Schale befestigt zu werden, und dass von Vorder-, Rück oder Seitenwänden des Deckels mindestens eine angeordnet ist, um lediglich an einem ersten seitlichen entsprechenden Umklappteil der Schale mittels eines bzw. mehrerer teilweise vorgeschnittener Abschnitte (P) befestigt zu werden, die es ermöglichen, die Deckelwände und die ersten Umklappteile der Schale durch manuelles Auseinanderziehen zu trennen, was durch Ausübung einer senkrecht zu den Wänden verlaufenden Kraft erreicht wird.
  17. Anordnung nach Anspruch 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorder- und Rückfelder einen mittigen Versteifungssteg (25) aufweisen, der in der Mitte bzw. weitestgehend in der Mitte der entsprechenden Ausnehmung (50) angeordnet ist.
  18. Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 16 und 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Anzahl der teilweise vorgeschnittenen Abschnitte (P) mindestens zwei beträgt, welche jeweils beidseitig an den Seitenwänden der Schachtel angeordnet sind.
  19. Anordnung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 16 bis 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das bzw. die ersten Umklappteile des zweiten Zuschnitts angeordnet sind, um an dem ersten Zuschnitt durch Umlegen um ein Volumen mit bestimmten Abmessungen bei der Schachtelbildung vor der endgültigen Festverbindung befestigt zu werden.
  20. Anordnung von Zuschnitten nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 16 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der erste Zuschnitt acht Flügel aufweist, und zwar vier Hauptflügel (35, 37, 39, 41), die durch Zwischenflügel (36, 38, 40, 43) voneinander getrennt sind, die geeignet sind, angeschrägte Ecken der Schachtel zu bilden.
