Puis on amène le deuxième demi flan en vis-à-vis de l'extrémité 41 du premier demi flan formant barquette, sachant qu'on a préalablement encollé le premier demi flan ou le deuxième demi flan au niveau des points de collage, ces derniers étant, rappelons-le susceptibles ensuite d'être désolidarisés facilement par un utilisateur de façon à séparer le couvercle de la barquette. On enrobe alors (figure 9) le deuxième demi flan autour de l'extrémité du premier demi flan de façon à former (cf figure 10) l'emballage autour du mandrin par re-pliage de la dernière paroi 15 du deuxième demi flan 22 et collage sur la languette 19 en vis à vis.
Puis les rabats 29 du fond de la barquette sont refermés sur le mandrin pour former le fond de la caisse. Enfin, on procède à l'éjection de l'emballage ainsi formé, par exemple, par un vérin situé à l'intérieur du mandrin. La caisse ouverte 1 pourra alors, après mise à la verticale, être remplie par le haut, avant fermeture des rabats 30 du dessus et transport.

Claims (13)

  1. One-piece blank (14, 33) made of corrugated cardboard for the production of a display box (1) comprising a girdle (2) including at least four rectangular main sections (15, 16, 17, 18) connected to one another in pairs by parallel fold lines (24, 25, 26, 27), and provided with two series (29, 30) of flaps situated on either side, suitable for forming respectively at least in part the bottom (8) and the top (6) of the box, where the girdle (2) comprises a pre-cut transverse line (20; 36) allowing the blank (14, 33) to be divided into two half-blanks (21, 22; 34, 35), characterised in that on either side and for each parallel fold line (24, 25, 26, 27) said transverse line defines two separate portions of fold line (24', 24''; 25', 25''; 26', 26''; 27', 27'') offset one in relation to the other to allow at least partial equalisation of the thicknesses of cardboard when the second half-blank (22) is wrapped over the first half-blank (21) around a mandrel.
  2. Blank (14; 33) according to claim 1, characterised in that the girdle (2) of sections comprises a first central section (17) connected on either side to a second section (16) and a third section (18) by two of said parallel fold lines (25, 26), called first fold lines, the portions (25', 26') of first fold lines of the first half-blank (21) being offset towards the interior of said first section in relation to the portions (25'', 26'') of the same first fold lines of the second half-blank (22), and in that the second section (16) and the third section (18) are themselves connected towards the exterior to a fourth section (15) or to a gluing tongue (19), by two others of said parallel fold lines (24, 27), called second fold lines, the portions of second fold lines of the first half-blank (21) being offset towards the interior of said second section (16) and third section (18) in relation to the portions (24', 27') of the same second fold lines of the second half-blank (22).
  3. Blank according to claim 2, characterised in that the offset between portions (25', 25'', 26', 26'') of a same first fold line (25, 26) is one thickness or substantially one thickness of cardboard and the offset between portions of a same second fold line (24, 27) is two thicknesses or substantially two thicknesses of cardboard.
  4. Blank (14) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that two opposing sections (16, 18) each include a substantially central opening (31) disposed close to the pre-cut transverse line (20) arranged in order to allow the detachment by pulling of one half-blank (21) with respect to the other (22) after gluing of one on the other.
  5. Blank (14) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pre-cut transverse line (20) includes a portion in the form of a trapezium allowing a display unit with inclined side walls to be obtained.
  6. Packing box (1) formed from corrugated cardboard sheet material, comprising two elements which can be separated from one another manually, namely a first element (7) forming a display container and a second element (4) forming the upper part of the box, the first and second elements being obtainable from a single blank (14; 33) comprising a girdle (2) including at least four rectangular main sections (15, 16, 17, 18) connected together in pairs by parallel fold lines (24, 25, 26, 27), and provided with two series (29, 30) of flaps situated on either side, suitable for forming respectively at least in part the bottom and the top of the box, the girdle comprising a pre-cut transverse line (20; 36) allowing the blank to be divided into two half-blanks (21, 22; 34, 35) to form said two elements, characterised in that the two elements (4, 7) are inserted one into the other, in that the two elements are joined together by at least one spot of glue (32), in that said transverse line (20; 36) defines on either side and for each parallel fold line two separate portions of fold line (24' , 24'', 25', 25'', 26', 26'', 27', 27'') offset one in relation to the other in order to allow at least partial equalisation of the thicknesses of cardboard when the second half-blank (22) is wrapped over the first half-blank (21) around a mandrel to form said box, and in that said transverse line (20; 36) defines on either side the distal edges of the elements (4, 7).
  7. Box according to claim 6, characterised in that the pre-cut transverse line (20) has a portion in the form of a trapezium allowing a display unit with inclined side walls to be obtained.
  8. Box according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterised in that two opposing sections (16, 18) each include a substantially central opening (31) disposed close to the pre-cut transverse line, arranged in order to allow the detachment by pressure of one element with respect to the other after gluing of one on the other.
  9. Method for the production of a packing box (1) with a polygonal section from a one-piece blank (14) made of corrugated cardboard sheet, comprising a girdle (2) including at least four rectangular main sections (15, 16, 17, 18) connected to one another in pairs by parallel fold lines and provided with two series (29, 30) of flaps situated on either side, suitable for forming respectively at least in part the bottom (8) and the top (6) of the box, said girdle comprising a pre-cut transverse line (20; 36) allowing the blank (14) to be divided into two half-blanks (21, 22; 34, 35), where after removal of the blank (14) from the stack, the two half-blanks are separated, the first half-blank (21) is placed in a transfer channel, the second half-blank (22) being held in a plane above that of said transfer channel, the first half-blank (21) is transferred towards a mandrel and glue is applied as it passes, the first half-blank (21) is wrapped around the mandrel, the transfer channel being configured to allow the transfer of the second half-blank (22), said second half-blank (22) is lowered onto the channel, the second half-blank (22) is transferred towards the mandrel and wrapped around the first half-blank (21) itself wrapped around said mandrel, to form the side walls (3) of the box (1), before folding the flaps (29) around said mandrel to form the bottom (8) or the upper part of the box.
  10. Method according to claim 9, characterised in that the separation of the half-blanks is carried out by shearing fingers (54).
  11. Method according to any one of claims 9 and 10, characterised in that the transfer of the half-blanks is obtained through pushing fingers, the wrapping around the mandrel being achieved by applying a section of the girdle of the half-blank concerned to the lower face of the mandrel then wrapping and applying pressure to the lateral sections with retractable devices carried on the system for wrapping the sections.
  12. Device (50) for forming a box (1) from a one-piece blank (14) made of corrugated cardboard sheet, comprising a girdle (2) including at least four rectangular main sections (15, 16, 17, 18) connected to one another in pairs by parallel fold lines (24, 25, 26, 27), and provided with two series (29, 30) of flaps situated on either side, suitable for forming respectively at least in part the bottom (8) and the top (6) of the box (1), said girdle (2) comprising a pre-cut transverse line (20) allowing the blank (14) to be divided into two half-blanks (21, 22), where the device (50) includes an assembly (51) for removing the blank from the stack, a system (54) for separating the half-blanks one from the other, a transfer channel (58) for transferring the first half-blank (21) towards a mandrel, the second half-blank (22) being held in a plane above that of said transfer channel (58), means (15) for applying glue to the first half-blank (21) during the transfer towards a mandrel, means for wrapping the first half-blank around said mandrel, means for configuring the transfer channel to allow the transfer of the second half-blank (22) towards said mandrel, lifting means (59) for lowering said second half-blank (22) onto the channel, means for wrapping it around the first half-blank (21) itself wrapped around said mandrel, to form the girdle of the box, and application means arranged to fold the flaps around said mandrel to form the bottom (8) or the upper part of the box.
  13. Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the system for separating the half-blanks has shearing fingers (54).
