Definitions
- the present invention relates to a box cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging from a blank of one piece and comprising a removable wall.
- the present invention aims to provide a blank and a box responding better than those previously known to the requirements of practice especially in this that it authorizes the complete removal of the packaging by a few simple movements allowing a perfect presentation on the shelves in stores.
- the invention allows mounting in automatic at high speed (over twenty cases / min), the cases obtained having a great strength and also being easily stackable on pallets.
- the present invention provides in particular a box made of a sheet of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, according to claim 1. To do this, there are provided junction lines between the wall formed by a removable panel and the other adjacent panels (bottom, cover, and adjacent side walls) fully precut.
- junction line between two panels a panel being formed by a shutter or a or several flaps of the blank, a line of junction consisting of a few attachment points or fasteners between the two panels, which makes the two panels easily removable from each other, by tearing the line of junction by combining a traction perpendicular to the line and a progressive detachment of the points one after the other.
- the precut junction lines are thus arranged to exhibit good resistance in the sense of the line, and / or as long as a primer tearing has not started.
- a hard point makes it possible to avoid a beginning of tearing on either side of the line and / or in the middle.
- frangible portion that does not holds only by a few points or parts of attachment with the rest of the blank and that is why easily detachable from the blank, by pulling perpendicular to the plane of the blank (some Newtons, for example from 5 to 10 N).
- the precut portion and / or the lines precut are arranged to present a good resistance in the vertical direction as long as the forces are mainly exercised in the plane of the walls. This resistance is particularly sufficient for allow the transport of products even if the packaging is gripped by the upper part.
- the precut lines are obtained by perforating the dotted cardboard with cutting blades called “perforating nets”.
- the dotted lines are therefore defined by an alternation regular perforated lines called “cutters” and non-perforated lines called “attachment points”.
- the distance between two attachment points in other words the cutting length, is called D1
- the distance between two nets sharp in other words the length of a point of attachment, is called D2.
- a perforating profile is thus commonly designated by a series of two digits corresponding to D1 and D2, separated by a point.
- the values D1 and D2 are always constant on the same cutting line.
- an 8.3 net will consist of a alternating cutouts 8 mm long and attachment points 3 mm long.
- the route followed by the dotted lines also serve as a fold line
- the nets also have a so-called “creasing", that is to say that between the perforations, the attachment points are crushed by more deep to facilitate subsequent folding around the line concerned.
- the perforating blades are generally made of steel, and are embedded over part of their height in a wooden form which ensures their rigidity to lateral deformations during pressurization on the cardboard to be cut.
- the difficulty in choosing a net is to select the one which allows to obtain a grubbing up easy, fast and clean by the operator while avoiding accidental breakage of attachment points by any other cause.
- the present invention therefore proposes to create lines of variable junction on the same length of thread perforating, this taking advantage of the fact that the couple of tear applied to the area to be torn is variable depending on the angle between the force applied and the wall with the dots of attachment, and that the energy transmitted to the point of attachment is a function of the speed at which is applied the movement.
- variable resistance zones are obtained by varying the distances D1 and D2 on the same net.
- the invention thus also provides a case packing in cardboard sheet or corrugated cardboard comprising a removable wall provided with lines of partially precut junction forming a net having cut portions of length D1 separated two by two by attachment points length D2, characterized in that at least one of the lengths D1 and D2 varies along said thread.
- the invention also provides a case packaging formed from a single blank in sheet material of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, comprising a first vertical wall connected by connecting lines to the bottom and top walls and to the adjacent side walls of the body, characterized in that said joining lines are precut and in that the vertical wall opposite the first wall is integral with the wall from the bottom through at least a portion frangible precut separable by simple traction and / or one or more bonding points manually removable by simple pull.
- the portion (s) partially precut and / or the point (s) collage are arranged to present good resistance in the vertical direction, i.e. so that the efforts are exerted essentially in the wall plan.
- the separation force exerted between walls is certainly perpendicular to the walls, these then dissociate easily manually, without delamination of the cardboard, for example with a force of the order of 5 to 10 Newtons, advantageously and for example after passing a hard point requiring an additional effort of some Newtons from the user, using for example his thumb as a foil and / or lever arm to pass this hard point.
- the box retains its rigidity, which does not allow spreading or yawning that promotes risk tear initiation, moreover advantageously still prevented by the hard point mentioned above.
- a cutting blade for sheet material cardboard or corrugated cardboard including a net having cutting portions of length D1 separated two by two by hollow portions of length D2, characterized in that at least one of the lengths D1 and D2 varies along said thread.
- the invention also provides a blank allowing to obtain the cash register as described above.
- the invention also provides a blank in terms of sheet of cardboard or corrugated cardboard for manufacture of a packing case, according to claim 17.
- Figure 1 shows a blank 1 of corrugated cardboard double-sided, for example 3 mm thick.
- the blank is made up of a series of four rectangular shutters 2, 3, 4 and 5 interconnected by lines of folding.
- the suite includes a first flap 2 intended to form a side wall of the body, connected by a first junction line 6, confused with a fold line between shutters, at a second part 3 intended to form the bottom of the cash register, and respectively by a second line 7 and a third junction line 8 also forming fold lines with two adjacent flaps 10 and 11, rectangular or substantially rectangular.
- the first part 2 is also connected to a third rectangular flap 4, by a fourth junction line 9 consisting of a shaped line hat.
- Line 9 straddles the line of folding 12, parallel and located on the side opposite the fold line 6 to form the opposite edge of the checkout.
- the suite includes a fourth rectangular shutter intended to form the wall of the body opposite to the first wall 2.
- Each of the first, second, third and fourth junction lines (6, 7, 8, 9) are precut according to the invention.
- junction line 9 makes it possible to determine two rectangular or trapezoidal parts 13 and 14, of flap, located on either side of a portion central 15 in trapezoidal shape, straddling the line and having a part located on the third part 4, terminated by an opening or recess 16 made in said third flap intended to form the top of the body.
- Line 15 therefore has a shape of ⁇ or cap.
- the recess is for example rectangular and / or triangular, and allows the user to pass a or more fingers to tear off the first wall formed by the first flap 2.
- Each of components 3, 4 and 5 also includes on both sides and in the extension of the two flaps 10 and 12 of the first part 2, flaps rectangular or substantially rectangular, respectively 17, 18; 19, 20 and 21, 22 specific to cooperate once the body is formed with the flaps of the first flap so as to form side walls openwork opposite of the body.
- the second 3 part comprises on the opposite side to the first part a set 23 of three flaps rectangular or substantially rectangular, with know a central flap 24 connected to the second flap by a fold line 25 and two small flaps end 26 connected respectively by lines folding 27 located in the extension or substantially in line with the line of folding 25, to the two side flaps 17 and 18 of the second part 3.
- These two side flaps 17 and 18 include to them each and respectively, on the side of the first flap 2, a frangible portion precut 28, 29 along an open line with one side 30, 31 fully exposed to the outside of the flaps of a part and towards the first part on the other hand.
- the fourth part 5 includes on its outer edge 32 located on the side opposite the third flap 4 a frangible portion precut 33, by example rectangular or trapezoidal, specific to cooperate with the central flap 24 of the second flap 3.
- This precut portion 33 is extended towards the part 5 by a hollowed out part 34 in said fourth flap 5, for gripping the wall, to allow a easy removal once the blank is shaped form a package.
- FIGS 2 and 3 show other embodiments of the flaps of the second part 3 according to the invention.
- Figure 2 thus shows a second flap 3 provided two side flaps 17 'and 18', each fitted with a end flap 26.
- the two flaps 17 'and 18' are each provided with two partially pre-cut 35 and 36, 37 and 38, rectangular or substantially rectangular, symmetrical two by two relative to the longitudinal axis 39 of the blank.
- Portions 35 and 37 are located at the end flaps directed to the first flap 2 and are free on three sides.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a box cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging from a blank of one piece and comprising a removable wall.
It also concerns a blank to obtain a such packing box, with partial precut connecting lines with a perforating blade for obtain a removable wall.
It finds a particularly application important, although not exclusive, in the field packaging for rigid products (jars, boxes ...) or semi rigid (bags ...), allowing easily display products outside their transport packaging immediately, clean and attractive, especially on the shelves of department store shelves.
We already know (EP 0 637 548) cases packaging allowing rapid disconnection of the upper part of the body in relation to the lower part forming a tray, allowing a quick presentation of the contents of the packaging in said tray.
Such a case is however obtained from two different blanks glued to each other and has the drawback of not allowing removal easily, quickly and completely all packaging products, to be presented aligned on a shelf.
We also know (US-A-3,533,549) a box formed by a blank with opening on top obtained by manual removal of the cover, and handle strengthened. Such a rigid box does not allow easily remove the product it contains to put it on the shelf.
The present invention aims to provide a blank and a box responding better than those previously known to the requirements of practice especially in this that it authorizes the complete removal of the packaging by a few simple movements allowing a impeccable presentation on the shelves in stores.
In addition, the invention allows mounting in automatic at high speed (over twenty cases / min), the cases obtained having a great strength and also being easily stackable on pallets.
It also helps to better guarantee that previously a perfectly controlled cut, easy and 100% reliable, while allowing optimized resistance of the area to be torn in order to to prevent any accidental risk of tearing of the attachment points, for example due to a shock on the weakened area or a violent movement of products inside the package.
This improvement is particularly evident useful for perforations on around a complete packaging face, for which the risks of priming of the parts precuts are important, especially on the middle of the edges of the face, or the effort is the highest.
To this end, the present invention provides in particular a box made of a sheet of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, according to
To do this, there are provided junction lines between the wall formed by a removable panel and the other adjacent panels (bottom, cover, and adjacent side walls) fully precut.
By pre-cut junction line between two panels, a panel being formed by a shutter or a or several flaps of the blank, a line of junction consisting of a few attachment points or fasteners between the two panels, which makes the two panels easily removable from each other, by tearing the line of junction by combining a traction perpendicular to the line and a progressive detachment of the points one after the other.
The precut junction lines are thus arranged to exhibit good resistance in the sense of the line, and / or as long as a primer tearing has not started.
Advantageously, a hard point makes it possible to avoid a beginning of tearing on either side of the line and / or in the middle.
De même, et dans la suite, par portion frangible prédécoupée on entendra une portion frangible qui ne tient que par quelques points ou parties d'attache avec le reste du flan et qui est de ce fait facilement désolidarisable du flan, par traction perpendiculaire au plan du flan (quelques Newtons, par exemple de 5 à 10 N).Likewise, and thereafter, per frangible portion precut we will hear a frangible portion that does not holds only by a few points or parts of attachment with the rest of the blank and that is why easily detachable from the blank, by pulling perpendicular to the plane of the blank (some Newtons, for example from 5 to 10 N).
Thus, the precut portion and / or the lines precut are arranged to present a good resistance in the vertical direction as long as the forces are mainly exercised in the plane of the walls. This resistance is particularly sufficient for allow the transport of products even if the packaging is gripped by the upper part.
The dotted lines are therefore defined by an alternation regular perforated lines called "cutters" and non-perforated lines called "attachment points".
The distance between two attachment points, in other words the cutting length, is called D1, while the distance between two nets sharp, in other words the length of a point of attachment, is called D2.
A perforating profile is thus commonly designated by a series of two digits corresponding to D1 and D2, separated by a point. The values D1 and D2 are always constant on the same cutting line.
For example, an 8.3 net will consist of a
In the present case, the route followed by the dotted lines also serve as a fold line, the nets also have a so-called "creasing", that is to say that between the perforations, the attachment points are crushed by more deep to facilitate subsequent folding around the line concerned.
As well as simple cutting blades or nets or that the crease nets, the perforating blades are generally made of steel, and are embedded over part of their height in a wooden form which ensures their rigidity to lateral deformations during pressurization on the cardboard to be cut.
The difficulty in choosing a net is to select the one which allows to obtain a grubbing up easy, fast and clean by the operator while avoiding accidental breakage of attachment points by any other cause.
This is how, depending on the nature of the paper weight as well as the thickness of the corrugated cardboard, the skilled person will be led to vary the values D1 and D2 until you find the best compromise possible.
The higher the value of D2, the higher the energy necessary for uprooting will be important.
Similarly, the lower the value of D1, the more there will be tear points over a distance defined, the more energy will be important.
However, beyond a certain value of D2, the risk is that the tear does not follow the path planned, but on the contrary it deviates from it, considerably degrading the appearance of the cut.
We have for example represented on the graph of the Figure 1, the variation of the lifting force of a attachment point according to the length of the point of attachment in millimeters for a type of cardboard determined.
The pull-out areas of the prior art do not not always reach a satisfactory compromise between ease of lifting and resistance.
In an advantageous embodiment the present invention therefore proposes to create lines of variable junction on the same length of thread perforating, this taking advantage of the fact that the couple of tear applied to the area to be torn is variable depending on the angle between the force applied and the wall with the dots of attachment, and that the energy transmitted to the point of attachment is a function of the speed at which is applied the movement.
These variable resistance zones are obtained by varying the distances D1 and D2 on the same net.
So we can start an end of line of dotted lines by a significant distance D1 and a short distance D2, so as to easily initiate the cut and reach a significant speed towards the center of the dotted line, then approaching the center we gradually reduce D1 while increasing D2 to obtain resistance to greater tearing, and finally we increase D1 while reducing D2 as we go approach the other end of the line of dashed.
The invention thus also provides a case packing in cardboard sheet or corrugated cardboard comprising a removable wall provided with lines of partially precut junction forming a net having cut portions of length D1 separated two by two by attachment points length D2, characterized in that at least one of the lengths D1 and D2 varies along said thread.
The invention also provides a case packaging formed from a single blank in sheet material of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, comprising a first vertical wall connected by connecting lines to the bottom and top walls and to the adjacent side walls of the body, characterized in that said joining lines are precut and in that the vertical wall opposite the first wall is integral with the wall from the bottom through at least a portion frangible precut separable by simple traction and / or one or more bonding points manually removable by simple pull.
By detaching by simple pull, it is necessary hear detachable by manual spacing obtained by exerting a force perpendicular to the walls.
As already mentioned, the portion (s) partially precut and / or the point (s) collage are arranged to present good resistance in the vertical direction, i.e. so that the efforts are exerted essentially in the wall plan.
If, on the other hand, the separation force exerted between walls is frankly perpendicular to the walls, these then dissociate easily manually, without delamination of the cardboard, for example with a force of the order of 5 to 10 Newtons, advantageously and for example after passing a hard point requiring an additional effort of some Newtons from the user, using for example his thumb as a foil and / or lever arm to pass this hard point.
In addition, it should be noted that, as long as the first side wall of the body is not torn off manually by the user, the box retains its rigidity, which does not allow spreading or yawning that promotes risk tear initiation, moreover advantageously still prevented by the hard point mentioned above.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention it is possible to provide precut lines with a cutting blade for sheet material cardboard or corrugated cardboard, including a net having cutting portions of length D1 separated two by two by hollow portions of length D2, characterized in that at least one of the lengths D1 and D2 varies along said thread.
- les parois latérales adjacentes à la première paroi sont solidaires de la paroi du fond par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une portion frangible prédécoupée, par exemple sensiblement rectangulaire, désolidarisable par simple traction et/ou un ou plusieurs points de collage décollables manuellement par simple traction ;
- the side walls adjacent to the first wall are secured to the bottom wall by means of at least one frangible pre-cut portion, for example substantially rectangular, which can be detached by simple traction and / or one or more bonding points which can be removed manually by simple traction;
- the walls of the box being formed by flaps and / or flaps of the blank, the frangible pre-cut portions are cut in an open line relative to the edge of the flap and / or the corresponding flap.
The invention also provides a blank allowing to obtain the cash register as described above.
revendication 17. The invention also provides a blank in terms of
sheet of cardboard or corrugated cardboard for
manufacture of a packing case, according to

- the lateral flaps of the second flap are each provided respectively with a frangible pre-cut portion, for example substantially rectangular;
- the frangible pre-cut portions of the two lateral flaps of the second flap are cut along an open line with one side entirely free towards the outside of said flaps;

The dotted lines are therefore defined by a alternating perforated lines and non-perforated lines perforated so-called attachment points.
The distance between two attachment points, or in other words cutting length, being called D1 and the distance between two perforated lines, or in other words length of attachment point, being called D2, a perforating profile is therefore defined by the two digits corresponding to D1 and D2.
Depending on the nature and grammage of paper, as well as the thickness of the corrugated cardboard, varies the values of D1 and D2 until you find the best possible compromise to allow a easy removal while retaining strength sufficient packaging.
Advantageously, we therefore vary D1 and D2 on the same pre-cut line to create more fragile points or hard points as indicated above.

In this case the blank 1 is not pre-cut as described with reference to Figure 4, but brought to flat (step 70).

deuxième volet.A

type de celui décrit en référence la figure 8.FIG. 9 shows the formation of a

carton de 410 g/mm2.FIG. 10 shows a
On voit que pour D2 = 3 mm, la force est de 9,3 N, pour D2 = 4 mm, on a 12,6 N etc.We see that for D2 = 3 mm, the force is 9.3 N, for D2 = 4 mm, we have 12.6 N etc.
première zone 105 et une deuxième zone 106.From these values and that of other similar curves, a person skilled in the art will be able to measure the tear-out force as required.
FIG. 11 shows a

Figure 12 gives an enlarged side view

identiques.
La troisième zone 117 comprend des portions de
