Definitions

  • the subject of the present invention is packaging rectangular in semi-rigid material, intended to contain goods to be placed on shelves or shelves of department stores, of the type comprising a base forming a bottom and an upper part forming a cap, separable from said bottom.
  • the invention has also relates to a method for arranging on a store shelf goods contained in packaging of the above type.
  • European patent n ° 0.637.548 and the patent application European EP-0.785.138 describe packaging of this type, in which after separation of the cap, the products remain in the base forming a tray on the shelf, available to customers.
  • the invention therefore aims to provide a packaging arranged so as to allow, after separation of the cap, the complete removal of the melts under the products which then remain on the shelf without any part of the original packaging.
  • the packaging comprises means to allow the extraction of the base from below the goods while that these are kept together by means of the separate cover of the base and placed on the goods.
  • the packaging is arranged on a linear, we separate the cap from the base, we keep the cap in place as well as the goods on which it is placed, and then we extract the base from below the goods.
  • This packaging can be obtained by standard mechanization, easily opened and stored, opened without using a “cutter” and allows a significant surface savings thanks to the total elimination of trays.
  • Figure 1 is a top plan view of a sheet precut allowing the constitution after folding, of a first mode of realization of the packaging according to the invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a perspective view on a reduced scale, showing the packaging obtained from the sheet of Figure 1, and its mode of use.
  • Figure 3 is a plan view of a sheet pre-cut into semi-rigid material, according to a second embodiment of the invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the packaging obtained at starting from the precut sheet of FIG. 4 as well as, in dashed lines, a variant of this packaging.
  • Figure 5 is a partial plan view of a sheet precut according to an alternative embodiment of the sheet of Figure 3 and corresponding to the variant of FIG. 4.
  • Figure 6 is a perspective view of a precut sheet and partially assembled according to a third embodiment of the assembly covered by the invention.
  • FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the packaging obtained at from the pre-assembled sheet of figure 6.
  • Figure 8 is an exploded perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the packaging according to the invention.
  • Figure 9 is a plan view of one of the sheets pre-cut constitutive of the assembly of Figure 8.
  • these means consist of a tear-off tab 22 extending transversely in the first face 5, from the edge of a flap 7 to the edge of the opposite flap 8.
  • This strip 22 is arranged in the vicinity of the fold line 6 and thus delimits an edge 5a of small width in the transverse face 5.
  • the edge of the second transverse face 18 located between the flaps side 21 is extended by a foldable central part 23 which can be glued on the outer face of the bottom 2, then torn off to separate the second face 18 of its temporary attachment points 24 with the sides of the outlet opening 25 released after raising the transverse front face 18 (FIG. 2).
  • the central part 23 constitutes a stud secured to the face transverse 18 which it allows to open, and is disposed between two flaps lateral 26 linked to the front transverse face 18 by attachment points 27 can be torn by the operation of the opening handle 23. These flaps 26 then remain glued under the bottom 2, after tearing of the stud 23 and rupture of the fasteners of the flaps 26 to allow the extraction of merchandise.
  • the rear transverse face 5, the top 12, the front transverse face 18, by folding the flaps 3, 7, 14, 4, 8, 15 and 21, 26 and the pin 23.
  • the packaging 1 visible in Figure 2.
  • the operator lifts the front of the packaging 1 so to have access to the handle 23, or else has this part before packaging 1 beyond the edge of the shelf. He pulls out the post 23, then at the opening of the front face 18 by breaking the attachment points 24 and 27, and tilts the front face 18 to fold it over the top 12 (arrow in Figure 2).
  • the front face 18 can be separated from the packaging 1 by tearing of its fold line 19 or transforming it into line notched.
  • the packaging 1 is then correctly positioned on the shelf linear, and the operator enters a terminal tab 28 of the tear strip 22, which it tears along its entire length, which allows the separation to be completed between the cover 10 and the base 20.
  • the operator presses with one hand on the cap 10 in order to keep the goods in place (pushing of the arrow F), while exerting with the other hand a traction on the base 20, and more precisely on the edge 5a, whose narrow width prevents it from being torn by this traction, in order to remove it from below the products.
  • This packaging 33 is formed from a sheet 31 precut to define a first longitudinal face 32 intended for form one of the sides of the packaging 33, a first transverse face 34 intended to constitute the rear face or the bottom of the packaging, one second longitudinal face 35 parallel to face 32 in the packaging formed, and a second transverse face 36 forming the front face and capable of sealing temporarily opening the packaging outlet 33.
  • flaps respective longitudinal 37-38 for the face 32, 39-41 for the rear face 34, 42-43 for the second longitudinal face 35, and 44-45 for the front face 36 are extended by flaps respective longitudinal 37-38 for the face 32, 39-41 for the rear face 34, 42-43 for the second longitudinal face 35, and 44-45 for the front face 36.
  • These flaps are separated by transverse cutouts 47, 48, 49 and are foldable to form the bottom 52 and top 53 of the package 33. It it should be noted that these flaps delimit in the bottom 52 and in the top 53 of the respective rectangular openings 54, 55.
  • the second face transverse 36 or front face is secured with its longitudinal flaps 44, 45 by lines 56 of temporary attachment points, easily tearable, as well as with a transverse flap 57 by a line of attachment points temporary 58.
  • the transverse flap 57 delimits a stud 59 easily separable from the rest of the flap 57 in order to constitute an opening handle manual packaging, by pivoting the face 36 around its line of folding
  • This tearable zone is integral with a longitudinal strip 64 tearing extending in the second longitudinal face 35, in the first transverse face or rear face 34, in the first face longitudinal 32 to the edge thereof or the strip 64 ends in a tab 65.
  • the strip 64 is close to the flaps 38, 41, 43, 45 and can be interrupted in the rear face 34 by a transverse light 66 practiced in this one.
  • the strip 64 can first be partially torn off by means of the front face 36 of which it is integral, up to the lumen 66, then the second part of this strip can be torn off by pulling on tab 65.
  • the cap and the base of the packaging 33 are entirely separate.
  • the packaging 33 is easily obtained from the sheet precut 31 by folding the various flaps and faces 34, 35, 36 at by means of a standard body mechanization device.
  • the handle 59 is torn off, the front face 36 is pivoted in tearing its temporary attachment lines 56 with the top 53 and the bottom 52 (fig.4) to release the product outlet opening; then we continue tearing of the front face 36 by tearing the strip 64 up to the light 66, and the tear-off of this strip is ended using the tab 65.
  • the assembly is then positioned correctly on the shelf linear, then the operator, while holding the top of the body with one hand 33 and the products contained therein, pulls towards it the lower part 52 of the packaging by resting on the edge of the light 66 (arrow T). Once the base removed, it suffices to remove the upper part 53 of the packaging.
  • This embodiment of the packaging has the advantage of having short flaps on the top and bottom, which leave openings central 54 and 55.
  • the flaps are closed by taping or gluing.
  • This packaging is easy to open without a cutter and to store, and it constitutes a easy to use on an "American" box and on derived cases.
  • a tear-off tab 69 is arranged in the second face transverse 36 or front face, and extends to the line of attachment points temporary 56 of this face with its longitudinal flap 44 delimiting the top of the packaging.
  • the tongue 69 is separated from the rest of the front face 36 by an easily tearable line of temporary attachment points 71, and a ribbon adhesive 72 is applied to the cap 53 by covering its opening 55.
  • the tape 72 normally extends over the entire length of the package 33 and on part of the tongue 69.
  • the operator to open the packaging 33, the operator first presses the tab 69 to cause the rupture of his temporary attachment line 71, then using the tab 69 it tears off the start of the adhesive tape 72.
  • the opening thus created in the front face 36 allows it to be grasped and opened by breaking the joining lines temporary 56 and folding around line 61. The rest of the process is the same as for the previously described embodiment.
  • Package 75 consists of a precut sheet and pre-folded having two longitudinal faces 76, 77, a transverse face rear 78 and a front transverse face 79 consisting of two flaps 81, 82 joined by a central line 83 of temporary attachment points easily tearable.
  • This attachment line 83 is interrupted by two notches symmetrical 84 arranged on the edges opposite the flaps 81, 82 and which, when these are joined along their line of attachment 83, delimit a central light 85.
  • the longitudinal faces 76, 77 and the front faces 79 and rear 78 are extended by respective flaps 86, 88, 87, 89, 91, 92, 93, 94 separated by corresponding cutouts at the ends of the faces longitudinal and transverse. These cutouts allow the folding of these flaps to form a bottom 95 and a top 96 of the packaging 75.
  • the width of the flaps 86, 87 is less than that of the flaps 88, 89, so that after folding the upper flaps 86, 87 leave an opening between them longitudinal 97, while the flaps 88, 89 form a complete bottom 95.
  • the packaging 75 is presented in the form illustrated in Figure 7.
  • the flaps 81 and 82 are joined by their temporary attachment line 83 as well as flaps 91, 92 by lines of folding which can be easily broken to allow the spacing of the flaps 81, 82, the operator taking support for this purpose with his fingers in the light 85.
  • the flaps 81, 82 are integral with a tear strip 99 embedded around the entire circumference of the packaging 75, i.e. in the faces longitudinal 76, 77 and in the rear face 78 as well as in the flaps 81 and 82.
  • a traction which allows to gradually tear off the whole of the strip 99. and separates the cover from the base. This separation carried out, the operator keeps the cover in place on the products placed inside of the packaging, then exerts on the base, i.e. on the transverse edge 102 left free by the separation of the cover, sufficient traction to remove the bottom 95 from below the products, thus released on the shelf.
  • the packaging 75 has a good resistance to stacking, is easy to open without cutter and quickly, which allows to set up products quickly and easily on the shelf.
  • the bottom 95 is flat and allows products to slide easily. Its constitution from a leaf pre-cut can be performed using standard mechanization.
  • the package 103 is made up of from an identical cap 104 and a base 105, symmetrical by relative to a horizontal transverse axis, the packaging being supported on a plane horizontal.
  • the cap 104 and the base 105 are each formed on one side longitudinal 106 supplemented by two longitudinal flaps 107 perpendicular to the face 106, by a transverse flap 108 at the end also perpendicular to the face 106, and by a transverse face 109 opposite the flap 108, the face 109 also being perpendicular to the face 106.
  • In the edges of the transverse faces 109 are arranged symmetrical cutouts 111, as well as in the flaps 108 which come place opposite the edges of the faces 109 when the cap 104 is arranged on the base 105.
  • the cutouts 111 are arranged and positioned so that the cutouts 111 of the cap 104 are positioned exactly in look at the cutouts 111 of the base 105.
  • secured to the cap 104 by any suitable means, for example by bonding zones 112 provided on each side of the cutouts 111.
  • Shutters complementary 113 are arranged at the angles between the flaps 107 and the faces 109.
  • cutouts 111 the operator takes manual support on the front face 108 ′, which is the left face in FIG. 8, which it tears off without difficulty of the face 106 of the cap 104 by tearing off the points attachment located on the fold between the face 106 and the flap 108 '.
  • Package 103 can be opened quickly and easily without cutter as in the previous embodiment, is easy to implement and lay out on the shelf, and moreover requires only a quantity of cardboard moderate. Its flat bottom 106 allows products to slide easily on this and therefore facilitates the extraction of the base 105.
