Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schachtel aus einem Wellpappenblattmaterial ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt (1, 43, 58, 59, 60) mit einer mit einer rechteckigen Befestigungslasche (3, 49) endenden Folge (2) von Flügeln mit mindestens vier rechteckigen Hauptflügeln (5, 6), welche über erste parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (4) miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einem ersten Satz (8) von seitlichen Umklappteilen, die auf einer Seite angeordnet sind, mit den Hauptflügeln über zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien (4) verlaufende Faltlinien (9) verbunden sind und dazu bestimmt sind, den Boden der Schachtel mindestens teilweise zu bilden, wobei die Schachtel angeordnet ist, um automatisch durch Umlegen der Flügel und Umklappteile des ersten Satzes um einen Dorn (29; 46; 55, 56; 62, 63) geformt zu werden, der komplementär zum Inneren der Schachtel geformt ist, wobei der Endflügel der Flügelfolge und die Lasche einerseits sowie die angrenzenden Umklappteile andererseits durch Kleben zur Formung der Schachtel aneinander befestigt sind, Verfahren, bei dem der Zuschnitt vom Stapel entnommen wird und dabei flach bleibt, indem der obere Zuschnitt (24, 72) aus einem vertikalen Lagermagazin mit konstantem Niveau (23) von einem Stapel (21) von Zuschnitten (22) entnommen wird, der Zuschnitt nach Verkleben der Lasche (3) und der Umklappteile in eine bestimmte Lage gebracht wird und der Hauptflügel (5, 44), der dem Hauptflügel (6, 47) angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche (3, 49) unmittelbar oder mittelbar über einen Zwischenflügel verbunden ist, genau gegenüber einer unteren oder oberen Fläche (30, 45) des Dorns (29, 46, 62, 63) gebracht wird, so dass die unteren oder oberen Kanten (31, 32, 53) des Dorns (29) genau gegenüber den ersten Faltlinien (4) des gegenüberliegenden Zuschnitts sind, anschließend der angrenzende Flügel gegen den Dorn durch eine Bewegung von unten nach oben (33) oder von oben nach unten gedrückt wird und die Flügel (6, 7) automatisch um die Kanten des Dorns umgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zuvor mit Klebstoff bestrichene Lasche (3) gegen den Seitenrand des angrenzenden Flügels (7) durch Andrücken der Lasche um einen Referenzrand (51, 61) des Dorns auf der der unteren oder oberen Fläche gegenüberliegenden Seite gedrückt wird und dass zur Bildung einer Schachtel mit anderen Abmessungen und/oder anderer Form als die zuvor erzielten die Größe des Dorns geändert wird, indem in einem festen Bezugssystem in Bezug auf das Magazin die Position des Referenzrands (51, 61) des Dorns (46, 62, 63), um den die Lasche gelegt wird, unverändert bleibt.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schachtel aus einem Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Position (pi) des oberen Zuschnitts mit telemetrischen Mitteln (71) gemessen wird, der Weg der Entstapelungsmittel in Abhängigkeit von der Position (pi) berechnet wird (73) und der Verfahrweg der Entstapelungsmittel (39) zwischen einer Position des Erfassens (74) des Zuschnitts und der Abstellposition dadurch gesteuert wird, dass während der Verfahrzeit der Weg für die nachfolgende Position (pi+1) des Zuschnitts berechnet wird und so weiter.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der obere Zuschnitt des Stapels auf eine bestimmte Höhe (konstantes Niveau) gebracht wird, der Zuschnitt vom restlichen Stapel mit Vorentstapelungsmitteln (38) getrennt wird,
    der Zuschnitt geschüttelt wird, um ausgerichtet und vom restlichen Stapel in Greifposition getrennt gehalten zu werden, die Vorentstapelungsmittel (38, 75) eingefahren werden,
    der Zuschnitt durch Ansaugen mit Hilfe von Entstapelungsmitteln (39) erfasst wird,
    der Zuschnitt mit Hilfe der Entstapelungsmittel (39) verfahren wird, um an die bestimmte Stelle gebracht zu werden, und der oben genannte Schritte-Zyklus mit dem nächsten oberen Zuschnitt wiederholt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei durch den Referenzrand (51) definierter Referenzkante, wobei diese eine untere Kante des Dorns ist und die bestimmte Stelle die obere Ebene des Dorns ist, der Hauptflügel (5, 44), der dem Hauptflügel (6, 47) angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche (3, 49) unmittelbar oder mittelbar verbunden ist, auf die Oberseite (30, 45) des Dorns (29, 46) gelegt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei durch den Referenzrand (61) definierter Referenzkante, wobei diese eine obere Kante des Dorns ist und die bestimmte Stelle durch eine Fläche gebildet ist, die genau gegenüber der Unterseite des Dorns liegt, der Hauptflügel, der dem Hauptflügel angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche unmittelbar oder mittelbar verbunden ist, auf die Unterseite des Dorns (62, 63) gedrückt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zuschnitt mit Hilfe eines ersten Satzes von Krallen in eine Referenzhöhe X des Stapels geschüttelt wird und der obere Zuschnitt vom nächsten Zuschnitt mit einem zweiten Satz von Krallen in einer Höhe Y in einem Höhenabstand zwischen 1 und 20 mm der Referenz X getrennt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stapel oben gehalten wird, wenn der untere Zuschnitt des Stapels ein bestimmtes Niveau erreicht hat, und ein neuer Stapel automatisch unter den restlichen Teil des vorigen Stapels gestellt wird, um eine kontinuierliche Entstapelung sicherzustellen.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es mehr als dreißig Zyklen pro Minute umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Abheben des oberen Zuschnitts vom restlichen Stapel durch Blasen von über den Zuschnitt streifender Luft unterstützt wird.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Schachtel aus einem Wellpappenblattmaterial ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt (1, 48, 58, 59, 60) mit einer mit einer rechteckigen Befestigungslasche (3) endenden Folge (2) von Flügeln mit mindestens vier rechteckigen Hauptflügeln (5, 6), welche über erste parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (4) miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einem ersten Satz (8) von seitlichen Umklappteilen, die auf einer Seite angeordnet sind, mit den Hauptflügeln über zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien (4) verlaufende Faltlinien (9) verbunden sind und dazu bestimmt sind, den Boden der Schachtel mindestens teilweise zu bilden, wobei die Schachtel angeordnet ist, um automatisch durch Umlegen der Flügel und Umklappteile des ersten Satzes um einen Dorn (29) geformt zu werden, der komplementär zum Inneren der Schachtel geformt ist, wobei der Endflügel der Flügelfolge und die Lasche einerseits sowie die angrenzenden Umklappteile andererseits durch Kleben zur Formung der Schachtel aneinander befestigt sind, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Magazin für die vertikale flache Lagerung der Zuschnitte (22), Mittel (39) zum Entstapeln des oberen Zuschnitts (24, 72) vom Magazin durch Ansaugen (77),
    Mittel (28) zum Bestreichen mit Kleber,
    einen Roboterarm (76), um den Hauptflügel, der dem Hauptflügel angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche des erfassten Zuschnitts unmittelbar oder mittelbar verbunden ist, horizontal auf eine Referenzfläche zu legen,
    Mittel, um den Hauptflügel (5, 44), der dem Hauptflügel (6, 47) angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche (3, 49) unmittelbar oder mittelbar verbunden ist, an eine bestimmte Stelle genau gegenüber einer unteren oder oberen Fläche (30, 45) des Dorns (29, 46, 62, 63) zu bringen, so dass die unteren oder oberen Kanten (31, 32, 53) des Dorns genau gegenüber den ersten Faltlinien (4) des gegenüberliegenden Zuschnitts sind,
    Mittel (34, 36, 37) zum automatischen Legen um die Kanten des Dorns,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel (35) aufweist, um die zuvor mit Klebstoff bestrichene Lasche gegen den Seitenrand des angrenzenden Flügels durch Andrücken der Lasche um einen Referenzrand des Dorns auf der der unteren oder oberen Fläche gegenüberliegenden Seite zu drücken, und
    dass wenn der Referenzrand (51), der die Referenzkante definiert, eine untere Kante des Dorns ist, und die bestimmte Stelle die obere Ebene des Dorns ist, die Mittel zum Zuführen an eine bestimmte Stelle einen Arm aufweisen, um den Hauptflügel (5, 44), der dem Hauptflügel (6, 47) angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche (3, 49) verbunden ist, auf die Oberseite (30, 45) des Dorns (29, 46) mit Saugern (77) zu legen,
    wenn der Referenzrand (61), der die Referenzkante definiert, eine obere Kante des Dorns ist, und die bestimmte Stelle durch eine Fläche gebildet ist, die genau gegenüber der Unterseite des Dorns liegt, die Mittel, um den Flügel, der dem Flügel angrenzt, mit dem die Befestigungslasche verbunden ist, auf die Unterseite des Dorns zuzuführen, ein Förderband mit seitlichen und längsseitigen Anschlägen für den Zuschnitt aufweisen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel (71) für die telemetrische Messung der Position (pi) des oberen Zuschnitts und Mittel (69, 73) für die Berechnung des Weges der Entstapelungsmittel (39) in Abhängigkeit von der Position (pi), welche angeordnet sind, um den Verfahrweg der Entstapelungsmittel zwischen einer Position des Erfassens (74) des Zuschnitts und einer Position für die Positionierung an einer bestimmten Arbeitsstation zu steuern und um während der Verfahrzeit den Weg für die nachfolgende Position (pi+1) des Zuschnitts zu berechnen und so weiter.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie eine Hebebühne (67, 68) zum Heben des Stapels bis zu einer Greifebene für den oberen Zuschnitt, Vorentstapelungsmittel (38, 75), die angeordnet sind, um den oberen Zuschnitt vom restlichen Stapel zu trennen und Mittel (83) zum Schütteln des Zuschnitts, um ihn auszurichten und mit den Entstapelungsmitteln (39) nach Einfahren der Vorentstapelungsmittel vom restlichen Stapel in Greifposition getrennt zu halten, aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Mittel (92) aufweist, um den Stapel oben zu halten, wenn der untere Zuschnitt des Stapels ein bestimmtes Niveau erreicht hat, und Mittel, um einen neuen Stapel automatisch unter den restlichen Teil des vorigen Stapels zu stellen, um eine kontinuierliche Entstapelung sicherzustellen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (92) zum Halten oben freie Rastnasen (93) aufweisen, die zwischen einer Gleitposition entlang des Randes (100) des Zuschnittstapels und einer Position des Stützens des Stapelbodens unter der Wirkung der Schwerkraft schwenken.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, soweit abhängig von Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schüttelmittel einen ersten Satz von Krallen in einer Referenzhöhe X des Stapels und einen zweiten Satz von Krallen in einer Höhe Y in einem Höhenabstand zwischen 1 und 20 mm von der Referenz X aufweisen, um den oberen Zuschnitt vom nächsten Zuschnitt zu trennen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Hilfsmittel für das Abheben des oberen Zuschnitts vom restlichen Stapel durch Blasen von über den Zuschnitt streifender Luft aufweist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die geblasene Luft mit einem relativen Druck zwischen 1 und 2 bar über Düsen zugeführt wird, die in Bezug auf die Oberfläche des oberen Zuschnitts geneigt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, soweit abhängig von Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei Zuschnittsmagazin mit einer Palette die Hebebühne (67, 68) angeordnet ist, um die Palette und die von ihr getragenen Zuschnitte bis zu einer Beobachtungs- und Greifebene vertikal zu verfahren, und dass sie optische Detektionsmittel aufweist.
