Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel mit vieleckigem Querschnitt aus mindestens zwei Materialzuschnitten aus einem Papp- bzw. Kartonblatt oder Wellpappenblatt, und zwar aus einem ersten, den Boden der Schachtel bildenden Zuschnitt (2) und einem zweiten Zuschnitt (3), der mindestens vier jeweils durch dritte, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (9) miteinander verbundene Felder (4, 5, 6, 7) aufweist, welche eine untere freie Kante ohne bodenseitiges Umklappteil aufweisen, wobei der zweite Zuschnitt einen Aufsatz für die Schachtel bildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass:
    - die Zuschnitte (2, 3) gleichzeitig aus zwei benachbarten Magazinen (25, 26) entstapelt und auf zwei parallel verlaufenden Bahnen (29, 30) abgelegt werden, und zwar einer ersten Bahn (29) für den ersten Zuschnitt und einer zweiten Bahn (30) für den zweiten Zuschnitt,
    - die Zuschnitte flach liegend auf den Bahnen verbracht werden, indem sie im Wesentlichen mit einem seitlichen Spiel zwischen zwei Schienen (40, 41; 42, 43) durch ein Mitnahmesystem mit Mitnehmern geführt werden, bis sie in einer für jeden der Zuschnitte festgelegten Längsposition an einer Zusammenstellungsstation längsseitig zum Anschlag kommen,
    - der erste Zuschnitt (2) während seiner Verbringung in die Längsanschlagsposition (34,35) mit Leim bestrichen wird,
    - der erste bzw. der zweite Zuschnitt in Seitenanschlagsposition festgestellt werden, um sie in eine genaue seitliche Referenzposition zu bringen,
    - der zweite Zuschnitt (3) aufgenommen, seitlich umgesetzt und auf dem ersten, derart eingestellten Zuschnitt (2) angeordnet wird, wobei die Mitnehmer (61) der ersten Bahn deaktiviert werden, wenn der zweite Zuschnitt auf den ersten auftrifft und dabei unter vertikalem Druck arretiert wird,
    - der zweite Zuschnitt anschließend auf den ersten Zuschnitt gelegt wird, um sie in ihren jeweiligen festgelegten Längspositionen aufeinander zu kleben,
    - die derart gebildete Anordnung von Zuschnitten anschließend an eine Formungsstation (90) übergeben wird, wo die Schachtel durch Wickeln der Zuschnitte um einen Dorn gebildet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mitnehmer (61) der ersten Bahn (29) durch Anhebung des ersten Zuschnitts (2) über die Mitnehmer deaktiviert werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mitnehmer (61) der ersten Bahn dadurch deaktiviert werden, dass man die Mitnehmer nach unten verschwinden lässt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass man die Mitnehmer dadurch verschwinden lässt, dass man diese um eine Achse (67) schwenkt, die sich über der Ebene der ersten Bahn befindet, so dass eine Freigabe ermöglicht wird, ohne dass die Pappe bzw. der Karton hängen bleibt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Arretierung unter vertikalem Druck durch einen Mitnehmer (63) erfolgt, der zu den Zuschnitten hin abgeschrägt ist und vertikal betätigt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zweite Zuschnitt (3) durch Querverschiebung nach Aufnahme durch vertikal durch Zylinder mit einem linearen Elektromotor mit einer Verschiebegeschwindigkeit zwischen 4 m/s und 6 m/s betätigte Sauger (51) auf den ersten Zuschnitt geführt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zweite Zuschnitt (3) mit Hilfe eines durch ein Mitnahmesystem mit Riemenklammerung betätigten Zuges aus zwei Schlitten (52, 53) auf den ersten Zuschnitt (2) umgesetzt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zur Übergabe der derart gebildeten Anordnung von Zuschnitten an die Formungsstation die Anordnung angehoben wird, um mit Greifsaugern (84) eines Organs für die Verbringung der Anordnung zu der Formungsstation in Kontakt gebracht zu werden.
  9. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei einem ersten Zuschnitt (2) mit einer mit einer Befestigungslasche (17) endenden Folge von mindestens vier Hauptflügeln (12, 13, 14, 15), die miteinander durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (16) verbunden sind, wobei die Folge von Flügeln die Außenwände des Unterteils der Schachtel bildet, auf einer Seite eine obere freie Kante (18) ohne Umklappteile aufweist und auf der anderen Seite mit einer Folge von Umklappteilen durch zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinien (20) verbunden ist, man den zweiten Zuschnitt (3) auf dem ersten Zuschnitt anordnet und dabei die freie Kante (11) des zweiten Zuschnitts mit den zweiten Faltlinien (20) des ersten Zuschnitts fluchtend oder weitestgehend fluchtend anordnet und die dritten Faltlinien (9) und die ersten Faltlinien (16) des ersten Zuschnitts übereinander liegend anordnet.
  10. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei einem ersten Zuschnitt (2) mit einem zentralen Feld und vier seitlichen umfänglichen Umklappteilen man eines der zuvor mit Leim bestrichenen Umklappteile gegenüber einem Flügel des zweiten Zuschnitts anordnet, um nach Faltung um den Dorn einen schalenförmigen Boden zu bilden.
  11. Vorrichtung (24) für die Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel mit vieleckigem Querschnitt aus mindestens zwei Materialzuschnitten (2, 3) aus einem Papp- bzw. Kartonblatt oder Wellpappenblatt, und zwar aus einem ersten, den Boden der Schachtel bildenden Zuschnitt (2) und einem zweiten Zuschnitt (3), der mindestens vier jeweils durch dritte, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (9) miteinander verbundene Felder (4, 5, 6, 7) aufweist, die eine untere freie Kante (11) ohne bodenseitiges Umklappteil aufweisen, wobei der zweite Zuschnitt einen Aufsatz für die Schachtel bildet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    - zwei benachbarte Magazine (25, 26) zum Lagern des ersten bzw. des zweiten Zuschnitts,
    - Mittel für die Übergabe der Zuschnitte an eine Zusammenstellungsstation mit:
    - Mitteln (27, 28), um die Zuschnitte aus den Magazinen zu greifen,
    - zwei parallel verlaufenden Bahnen (29, 30) für die Verbringung der flach liegenden Zuschnitte zu einer Zusammenstellungsstation (31), und zwar einer ersten Bahn (29) für den ersten Zuschnitt und einer zweiten Bahn (30) für den zweiten Zuschnitt, wobei jede Bahn ein System (32, 33) mit Mitnehmern für die Mitnahme der Zuschnitte aufweist,
    - Mitteln für die Führung der jeweiligen Zuschnitte, welche je zwei Schienen (40, 41; 42, 43) umfassen, um die Zuschnitte (2, 3) im Wesentlichen mit einem seitlichen Spiel bis zur Zusammenstellungsstation zu führen, und
    - Mitteln (34, 35), damit die Zuschnitte in einer für jeden der Zuschnitte festgelegten Längsposition längsseitig an der Zusammenstellungsstation zum Anschlag kommen,
    - Mitteln (36), um den ersten Zuschnitt während der Verbringung zur Längsposition hin mit Leim zu bestreichen,
    - Mitteln (44), um den ersten und den zweiten Zuschnitt in Seitenanschlagsposition festzustellen, um sie in eine genaue seitliche jeweilige Referenzposition gegen eine der Schienen zu bringen,
    - Mitteln (50), um den zweiten Zuschnitt (3) mit Saugern (51) zu greifen und seitlich umzusetzen, um ihn auf dem ersten, derart eingestellten Zuschnitt (2) gemäß den jeweiligen festgelegten Längspositionen anzuordnen,
    - Mitteln (60), um die Mitnehmer der ersten Bahn in Bezug auf den ersten Zuschnitt beim Auftreffen des zweiten Zuschnitts auf den ersten zu deaktivieren, und Mitteln, um den ersten Zuschnitt beim Deaktivieren unter vertikalem Druck zu arretieren,
    - Mitteln (70), um den zweiten Zuschnitt auf den ersten zu legen, und
    - Mitteln (80) für die Übergabe der derart gebildeten Anordnung von Zuschnitten an eine Formungsstation (90).
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ferner die Formungsstation (90) mit einem Dorn (23) und Mitteln zum Wickeln der Zuschnitte um den Dorn zur Bildung der Schachtel umfasst.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 und 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel für die Arretierung unter vertikalem Druck einen Mitnehmer (69) umfassen, der zu den Zuschnitten hin abgeschrägt ist und durch einen Zylinder betätigt wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (60) zum Deaktivieren der Mitnehmer (61) Mittel umfassen, um die Mitnehmer dadurch nach unten verschwinden zu lassen, dass diese um eine Achse (67) schwenken, die sich über der Ebene der ersten Bahn befindet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (50) zum Greifen und Umsetzen des zweiten Zuschnitts (3) auf den ersten Zuschnitt Mittel für die Querverschiebung umfassen, welche Mittel zum Greifen mit Hilfe von Saugern (51) aufweisen, die vertikal durch Zylinder (54) mit einem linearen Elektromotor mit einer Verschiebegeschwindigkeit zwischen 4 m/s und 6 m/s betätigt werden.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (50) zum Umsetzen des zweiten Zuschnitts (3) auf den ersten Zuschnitt (2) einen durch ein Mitnahmesystem (55, 56) mit Riemenklammerung betätigten Zug aus zwei Schlitten (52, 53) umfassen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel (50) für die Übergabe der Anordnung von Zuschnitten (2, 3) an die Formungsstation (90) ein Organ für die Bewegung der Zuschnitte an der Formungsstation mit Greifsaugern (61) und Mittel umfassen, die angeordnet sind, um die Anordnung anzuheben und in Kontakt mit den Greifsaugern zu bringen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 11 bis 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei einem ersten Zuschnitt (2) mit einer mit einer Befestigungslasche (17) endenden Folge von mindestens vier Hauptflügeln (12, 13, 14, 15), die miteinander durch erste, parallel zueinander verlaufende Faltlinien (16) verbunden sind, wobei die Folge von Flügeln die Außenwände des Unterteils der Schachtel bildet und auf einer Seite mit einer Folge von Umklappteilen durch zweite, senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufende Faltlinien verbunden ist, die Mittel zum Greifen und Umsetzen angeordnet sind, um die dritten Faltlinien des zweiten Zuschnitts weitestgehend fluchtend mit den ersten Faltlinien des ersten Zuschnitts anzuordnen, und dass die Mittel zum Legen des zweiten Zuschnitts auf den ersten angeordnet sind, um die zwei Felder auf die zwei nicht benachbarten gegenüberliegenden Flügel zu kleben.
