Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Informbringen eines Zuschnitts (1) aus bahnförmigem Material um einen Dorn (51) herum, um eine Schachtel oder einen Schachtelteil mit polygonalem Querschnitt zu erhalten, wobei der Zuschnitt eine Folge von mindestens drei Teilen (3 bis 6) aufweist, und zwar zwei Endteile (3, 6) beidseits mindestens eines Zwischenteils (4, 5), wobei die Teile über parallele Faltlinien (8 bis 10) miteinander verbunden sind und mit seitlichen Klappen (13, 16a bis 16d) versehen sind, die jeweils mit den Teilen über Faltlinien (14) verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien (8 bis 10) verlaufen, wobei der freie Rand eines (6) der Endteile mit einer Lasche (7) versehen ist, die mit dem Endteil über eine Faltlinie (11) verbunden ist, die parallel zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien verläuft, wobei der Zuschnitt (1) zuvor in einer Klebestation (40) zum einen an zwei Klappen (16a, 16d) und zum anderen an der Lasche (7) des Endteils oder in der Nähe des freien Randes des zu der Lasche entgegengesetzten Endteils (3) angeklebt worden sind, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen Rahmen (21),
    - einen Dorn (51) mit polygonalem Querschnitt, dessen Außenquerschnitt dem Innenquerschnitt der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils entspricht,
    - Wickelmittel zum Wickeln der Teile und der Lasche um den Dorn herum,
    - Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen der Lasche an dem freien Rand des zur Lasche entgegengesetzten Endteils,
    - Umlegemittel zum Umlegen der Klappen, die sich auf derselben Seite der Teile befinden, auf eine entsprechende Endfläche des Dorns und,
    - Mittel zum Befestigen der so umgelegten Klappen aneinander,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelmittel zum Wickeln der Teile (522; 532, 533) und die Befestigungsmittel (524) zum Befestigen der Lasche von zwei Gondeln (52, 53) getragen werden, die fest mit dem Rahmen (21) der Vorrichtung verbunden sind und beidseits des Dorns (51) quer und symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Zuführrichtung des Zuschnitts von der Klebestation aus angeordnet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelmittel jeder Gondel Mittel (521, 531) umfassen, die mit einer Gleitfläche (522, 532) versehen sind, um ein Teil (3, 5) des Zuschnitts auf eine der beiden entgegengesetzten Seitenflächen (512, 513) des Dorns umzulegen, und bei der einen der Gondeln (53) Mittel (533), um einen Teil (6) umzulegen, und bei der anderen Gondel (52) Mittel (523), um die Lasche (7) um die Kante der oberen Fläche des Dorns herum umzulegen, wobei die Gondeln (52, 53) jeweils ein Gelenksystem (56, 57) umfassen, um die Wickelmittel vertikal und quer zu bewegen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (533) zum Umlegen eines Teils (3) einen ersten Gelenkarm (5330) umfassen, der drehbeweglich an den mit einer Gleitfläche (532) versehenen Mitteln (531) montiert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Gondel (52) auch die Befestigungsmittel (524) zum Befestigen der Lasche (7) trägt, wobei diese Mittel einen zweiten Gelenkarm (5240) aufweisen, der drehbar an den mit einer Gleitfläche (522) versehenen Mitteln (521) der Gondel montiert ist und mit Andrückmitteln (5242) zum Andrücken der Lasche an den freien Rand der gegenüberliegenden Endteils versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Umlegemittel (525, 526; 534, 536) zum Umlegen der Klappen ebenfalls von den beiden Gondeln (52, 53) getragen wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Trag- oder Haltemittel (54, 55) zum Tragen oder Halten mindestens eines Teils der Oberfläche eines Zwischenteils (4) des Zuschnitts (1) umfasst, und dadurch, dass der Dorn (51) eine Anlegefläche (510) zum Anlegen des Zwischenteils an die Trag- oder Haltemittel, Seitenflächen (512, 513) und eine zur Anlegefläche (510) entgegengesetzte obere Fläche (511) umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (51) zwischen einer ersten Position zum Formen der Schachtel oder des Schachtelteils, in der sein Außenquerschnitt dem Innenquerschnitt der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils entspricht, und einer zweiten eingezogenen Position, in welcher der Abstand zwischen der Anlegefläche (510) des Dorns und seiner entgegengesetzten Fläche (511) geringer als die Breite der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils ist, beweglich ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Anlegefläche (510) und der entgegengesetzten Fläche (511) des Dorns verstellbar ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten des Dorns gebrochene Ecken haben.
  10. Verfahren zum Informbringen eines Zuschnitts (1) aus bahnförmigem Material um einen Dorn herum, um eine Schachtel oder einen Schachtelteil mit polygonalem Querschnitt zu erhalten, wobei der Zuschnitt eine Folge von mindestens drei Teilen (3 bis 6) aufweist, und zwar zwei Endteile (3, 6) beidseits mindestens eines Zwischenteils (4, 5), wobei die Teile über parallele Faltlinien (8 bis 10) miteinander verbunden sind und mit seitlichen Klappen (13, 16a bis 16d) versehen sind, die mit den Teilen über Faltlinien (14) verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien (8 bis 10) verlaufen, wobei der freie Rand (6) eines der Endteile mit einer Lasche (7) versehen ist, die mit dem Endteil über eine Faltlinie (11) verbunden ist, die parallel zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien verläuft, wobei das Verfahren eine Vorrichtung einsetzt, die mit einem Rahmen (21) versehen ist und in der, nachdem der Zuschnitt (1) in einer Klebestation (40) der Vorrichtung geklebt wurde, die Teile (3 bis 6) um einen Dorn (51) mit polygonalem Querschnitt herum gewickelt werden, dessen Außenquerschnitt dem Innenquerschnitt der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils entspricht, und die Lasche (7) an dem freien Rand des anderen auf der oberen Fläche (511) des Dorns aufliegenden Endteils befestigt wird, wobei die Klappen, die sich auf derselben Seite der Teile befinden, auf eine entsprechende Endfläche des Dorns umgelegt und dann aneinander befestigt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wickeln der Teile und der Lasche sowie das Befestigen der Lasche aus translatorischen und rotatorischen Bewegungen resultieren, die von Mitteln (522, 523, 524; 532, 533) ausgeführt werden, die von zwei fest mit dem Rahmen (21) der Formvorrichtung verbundenen Gondeln (52, 53) getragen werden, die beidseits des Dorns quer und symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Zuführrichtung des Zuschnitts von der Klebestation (40) aus angeordnet sind.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umlegen mindestens eines Teils der Klappen ebenfalls anhand von Mitteln (525, 526; 534, 536) ausgeführt wird, die von den Gondeln getragen werden.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (51) eine Anlegefläche (510) zum Anlegen des Zwischenteils (5) an Trag- oder Haltemittel (54) der Formmaschine für mindestens einen Teil der Oberfläche des Zwischenteils umfasst, wobei der Dorn in einer eingezogenen Position ist, in welcher der Abstand zwischen der Anlegefläche (510) des Zwischenteils und der entgegengesetzten oberen Fläche (511) des Dorns kleiner als die Breite der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils ist, wenn der von der Klebestation (40) kommende Zuschnitt (1) unter dem Dorn positioniert wird, und in einer Formposition, in welcher der Außenquerschnitt des Dorns dem Innenquerschnitt der zu erhaltenden Schachtel oder des zu erhaltenden Schachtelteils entspricht, sobald der Zwischenteil auf den Trag- oder Haltemitteln ist, um den Zwischenteil (5) mittels der Anlegefläche (510) des Dorns an die Trag- oder Haltemittel (54) anzupressen.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (1) von der Klebestation (40) durch eine parallel zu den Faltlinien (8 bis 10) zwischen den Teilen des Zuschnitts gerichtete translatorische Bewegung unter den Dorn (51) geführt wird, wobei der Dorn (51) feststehend angeordnet ist.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt durch Ansaugen mit den Mitteln (43), die seine translatorische Bewegung gewährleisten, fixiert wird, um seine präzise Positionierung unter dem Dorn zu gewährleisten.
  15. Maschine zum Formen einer Schachtel oder eines Schachtelteils mit polygonalem Querschnitt, umfassend eine Klebestation (40), in der ein Zuschnitt (1) aus bahnförmigem Material, der eine Anordnung von Teilen (3 bis 6) aufweist, die über parallele Faltlinien (8 bis 10) miteinander verbunden sind und mit seitlichen Klappen (13, 16a bis 16d) versehen sind, die über Faltlinien (14) mit den Teilen verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien (8 bis 10) verlaufen, wobei der freie Rand eines (6) der Endteile der Anordnung von Teilen mit einer Lasche (7) versehen ist, die über eine Faltlinie (11) mit dem Endteil verbunden ist, die parallel zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien (8 bis 10) verläuft, mindestens zum einen an zwei seitlichen Klappen (16a, 16d) und zum anderen an der Lasche (7) eines Endteils (6) oder in der Nähe des freien Randes des zu der Lasche entgegengesetzten Endteils (3) geklebt wird, und eine Formstation (50), die eine Vorrichtung zum Informbringen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
  16. Verfahren zum Formen einer Schachtel oder eines Schachtelteils mit polygonalem Querschnitt anhand eines Zuschnitts (1), der eine Anordnung von Teilen (3 bis 6) aufweist, die über parallele Faltlinien (8 bis 10) miteinander verbunden sind und mit seitlichen Klappen (13, 16a bis 16d) versehen sind, die jeweils mit den Teilen über Faltlinien (14) verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den die Teile verbindenden Faltlinien (8 bis 10) verlaufen, bei dem der Zuschnitt in einer Klebestation (40) geklebt wird und anschließend unter Einsatz des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14 um einen Dorn (50) herum in Form gebracht wird.
  17. Verfahren zum automatischen sukzessiven Formen von Schachteln oder Schachtelteilen unter Einsatz eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt n - 1 während des Klebens des Zuschnitts n geformt wird.
