Abstract

Il s'agit d'un procédé, d'un dispositif et d'un emballage obtenu avec le procédé, pour la mise en place d'au moins un renfort (2, 2') à un emplacement déterminé d'une découpe (5) en feuille de carton ou carton ondulé propre à former l'emballage (B). On extrait le flan d'un magasin (4) à l'aide de moyens (11) de dépilage comprenant une structure longitudinale (13) présentant une forme déterminée, on transfert le flan (3, 3') horizontalement au-dessus d'un gabarit (18) de formage dudit flan, on comprime le flan entre le gabarit (18) et ladite structure longitudinale (13), on transfert le flan ainsi configuré en encollant les bords latéraux (33, 33') et on applique le flan ainsi encollé sur la découpe (5) à l'emplacement déterminé, pour former le renfort dudit emballage (B).
