Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Sammelcontainer, insbesondere Presscontainer, zum Sammeln von Sammelmaterial wie Abfall, Wertstoffen und dergleichen, mit einem vorzugsweise etwa quaderförmigen Aufnahmekorpus, der von mehreren Containerwänden einschließlich Seitenwänden begrenzt ist, wobei zumindest eine der Seitenwände zumindest abschnittsweise doppelschalig mit einer Innenschale und einer Außenschale, die miteinander verbunden sind, ausgebildet ist, und mit rinnenförmigen, parallel zur Containerlängsachse verlaufenden Ein- und Ausbuchtungen versehen ist.
  • Je nach Einsatzzweck und Typ des zu sammelnden Sammelmaterials müssen Sammelcontainer mehr oder weniger massiv ausgebildet sein, wobei insbesondere die Seitenwände eine hohe Steifigkeit besitzen müssen, damit sie unter der Last der Sammelmaterialbefüllung nicht ausbauchen. Insbesondere bei Presscontainern, bei denen das Sammelmaterial in den Aufnahmekorpus bzw. Speicherraum hineingepresst wird, treten hohe Drücke im Sammelcontainer auf. Derartige Presscontainer sind fünfseitig einschließlich der Oberseite geschlossen und besitzen üblicherweise an einer ihrer Stirnseiten eine Pressenöffnung, wobei an die genannte Stirnseite eine Presse angeschlossen ist, die über eine Befüllöffnung in einen Pressenraum gegebenes Sammelmaterial mittels eines Presskolbens in den Sammelcontainer hinein presst. Hohe Druckbelastungen treten hierbei nicht nur an der der Presse gegenüber liegenden Wandung des Sammelcontainers, sondern auch an den sich üblicherweise parallel zur Einpressrichtung erstreckenden Seitenwänden auf, die besonders bei schweren, nassen und hoch verdichtbaren Materialien besonders groß werden können. Aufgrund der hohen Pressdrücke werden gerade die langen Seitenwände auf Ausbauchen beansprucht.
  • Um derartigen Druckbelastungen durch das eingepresste Material widerstehen zu können, wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, die Seitenwände mit gurtförmigen Versteifungsrippen einzufassen, die insbesondere von T-förmigen oder U-förmigen Trägerprofilen gebildet sein können, die von außen auf die Seitenwände aufgeschweißt werden. Dabei ist es bekannt, derartige gurtförmige Versteifungsrippen horizontal oder vertikal über die gesamten Seitenwände zu führen, wobei auch bereits vorgeschlagen wurde, horizontale und vertikale Gurte nach Art eines spinnennetzförmigen Skeletts auf die Seitenwand zu schweißen. Derartige gurtförmige Versteifungsrippen auf den Seitenwänden von Presscontainern zeigen beispielsweise die DE 10 2005 054 986 B3 oder die DE 19609246 .
  • Durch derartige Versteifungsgurte erhält die Außenseite des Sammelcontainers jedoch eine kassettenförmige Struktur mit vielen Ecken und Kanten, an die sich an dem Sammelcontainer hantierende Personen stoßen können. Überdies sammelt sich auf den Versteifungsrippen Schmutz und Dreck, wobei die Versteifungsgurte auch die Gefahr bergen, dass beim Vorbeifahren etwas daran hängenbleibt. Auch ist es schwierig, auf einer solchermaßen strukturierten Außenseite Betreiberschilder, Hinweistafeln oder Werbeflächen aufzubringen.
  • Um derartige Probleme zu vermeiden, wurde bereits versucht, auf die Außengurte zu verzichten. Eine Verlegung auf die Innenseite der Containerwand ist jedoch nicht ohne weiteres möglich, da dies die Befüllung des Containers behindert, insbesondere dann, wenn die Gurte quer zur Pressrichtung verlaufen. Jedoch auch bei parallel zur Pressrichtung verlaufenden Versteifungsgurten auf der Innenseite kann sich der Abfall daran anlagern und insbesondere das Entleeren des Containers behindern.
  • Es wurde daher bereits versucht, gänzlich auf solche Versteifungsgurte zu verzichten. Dies wurde insbesondere durch die Verwendung von hochfesten Baustählen für die Wandungsplatten versucht, was bei geeigneter Geometrie der Containerwände zwar in der Tat eine Erhöhung der Steifigkeit bewirkt, jedoch die Materialkosten beträchtlich erhöht und ggf. auch die Fertigung erschwert, da bestimmte hochfeste Stähle schwieriger zu verarbeiten sind.
  • Aus der Schrift US 2003/0077156 A1 ist ein Müllfahrzeug mit einem Sammelcontainer bekannt, dessen Wandungen doppelwandig mit einer Innenschale und einer Außenschale ausgebildet sind, wobei die Innenschale eine ebene Fläche bildet, während die Außenschale bogenförmig nach außen gewölbt ist. Die Schrift JP 2005/314058 A1 zeigt einen Sammelbehälter gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 mit doppelwandigen Seitenwänden, bei denen die Außenwand bauchig nach außen gewölbt ist. Weitere Sammelcontainer sind aus den Schriften DE 43 11 465 A1 , DE 94 19 348 , CN 201 012 831 Y und EP 0 340 025 A2 bekannt.
    Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen verbesserten Sammelcontainer der genannten Art zu schaffen, der eine auch für hohe Belastungen ausreichende Steifigkeit der Containerwände besitzt, ohne dies durch ein übermäßiges Baugewicht zu erkaufen, und das stirnseitige Einpressen des Sammelmaterials nicht behindert.
    Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Sammelcontainer gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind dabei Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
    Es wird also vorgeschlagen, die Versteifungskonturen, die das Flächenträgheitsmoment bezüglich Biegung vergrößern, in die Containerwand zu integrieren und die Containerwand selbst derart zu formen, dass sie selbst eine erhöhte Steifigkeit gegenüber Ausbauchen erhält. Diese sozusagen selbst tragende, selbst aussteifende Struktur wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch geschaffen, dass zumindest eine der Containerwände zumindest abschnittsweise doppelschalig mit Innenschale und Außenschale, die miteinander verbunden sind, ausgebildet ist und mit rinnenförmigen Ein- und/oder Ausbuchtungen versehen ist, wobei der zwischen Innen- und Außenschale gebildete Innenraum mit einem Stützschaum ausgeschäumt ist. Diese Kombination von Maßnahmen erhöht die Steifigkeit beträchtlich, ohne dies mit hohem Gewicht zu erkaufen. Gleichzeitig wird eine insgesamt noch einigermaßen glatte Innen- und Außenfläche erzielt, die weder das Befüllen noch das Entleeren des Containers behindern und auch die Nutzung der Außenfläche als Hinweistafel oder Werbefläche erleichtert. Die rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbauchungen bilden dabei sozusagen Versteifungssicken bzw. -beulen, die das Flächenträgheitsmoment der Containerwand bezüglich Biegebeanspruchungen um in der Wand liegende Biegungsachsen beträchtlich erhöht. Zusätzlich wird die Steifigkeit noch durch die zumindest bereichsweise vorgesehene Doppelschaligkeit erhöht, so dass mit insgesamt dünnen Wandungsstärken und auch ohne hochfeste Stähle eine hohe Steifigkeit gegenüber Ausbauchen der Containerwand erzielt wird. Die hohe Steifigkeit geht somit einher mit niedrigem Baugewicht und einer einfachen Verarbeitung des Wandungsmaterials.
  • Die genannten rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbauchungen können dabei grundsätzlich verschieden konturiert sein. Insbesondere werden die rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen von gegenläufigen Abkantungen der Containerwand gebildet, die zwischen den Abkantungen ebene, streifenförmige Wandungsabschnitte besitzen kann. Im Bereich der Abkantungen können selbstverständlich ausreichende Kantradien eingehalten werden. Im Übrigen ist es jedoch von Vorteil, wenn die Wandungsabschnitte zwischen den Abkantungen eben ausgebildet sind. Die Kombination von Abkantungen und ebenen Wandungsabschnitten vereint hohe Steifigkeit und einfache Fertigung.
  • Alternativ zu derartigen Abkantungen könnten die Ein- und Ausbauchungen auch bogenförmig konturiert sein, beispielsweise in Form von aneinander anschließenden, gegenläufig gekrümmten Bogensegementen, insbesondere Kreisbogensegmenten. Bevorzugt ist jedoch die zuvor genannte Ausbildung mit Abkantungen und ebenen, streifenförmigen Zwischenabschnitten, was bei einfacherer Fertigung eine ausreichend hohe Steifigkeit mit sich bringt.
  • Die rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen sind dabei parallel zu einer Hauptachse des Sammelcontainers ausgerichtet. Insbesondere können sämtliche rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen sich parallel zur Pressachse erstrecken, entlang derer das Material in den Sammelcontainer verpresst wird. Hierdurch bleibt einerseits die Zugfestigkeit der Containerwand in Pressrichtung erhalten. Zum anderen wird das Einpressen des Materials nicht behindert. Vorteilhafterweise sind die Containerwände in Einpressrichtung auf ihrer Innenseite hinterschneidungsfrei ausgebildet. Die zuvor genannte Pressrichtung erstreckt sich hierbei üblicherweise senkrecht zu einer Stirnseite des Sammelcontainers, in der eine Pressöffnung vorgesehen ist, durch die hindurch von einer Presse her das Sammelmaterial in den Sammelcontainer gepresst wird. An der genannten Stirnseite kann eine geeignete Presse lösbar montiert oder auch fest angeschlossen sein. Insbesondere sind die Innenseiten der Containerwandungen im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Containerlänge, d.h. in Pressrichtung, hinterschneidungsfrei ausgebildet und nach Art eines Strangpressprofils geformt, so dass das eingepresste Sammelgut ohne Behinderungen zwischen der stirnseitigen Einpressöffnung und der gegenüberliegenden Containerstirnseite verpresst werden kann. Ist vorteilhafterweise die Einpressöffnung in einer der Stirnseiten vorzugsweise etwa mittig vorgesehen, erstrecken sich die Konturen des Strangpressprofils vorteilhafterweise etwa horizontal und/oder parallel zur Längsachse des Containers.
  • Um eine besonders hohe Steifigkeit zu erreichen, ist der doppelschalige Abschnitt der Containerwand mit rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen versehen , wobei zumindest eine Einbuchtung oder zumindest eine Ausbuchtung an der Außenschale und/oder an der Innenschale vorgesehen sein kann.
    Die Doppelschaligkeit ist auf den Bereich maximaler Ausbeulgefahr beschränkt bzw. nur in dem Bereich vorgesehen, in dem die Containerwand maximal auf Biegung beansprucht wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist der doppelschalige Abschnitt auf einen Mittelbereich der Containerwand begrenzt, wobei in vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein horizontaler Streifen von bis zu einem Drittel der Gesamtbreite bzw. -höhe der Containerwand doppelschalig ausgebildet sein kann. Mit einer nur abschnittsweise Doppelschaligkeit wird die Steifigkeit der Containerwand nur dort erhöht, wo dies tatsächlich erforderlich ist, wodurch hohe Ausbeulfestigkeit mit niedrigem Gewicht gleichermaßen vereint wird.
  • Vorteilhafterweise sind in dem doppelwandigen Abschnitt der Containerwand sowohl die Innenschale als auch die Außenschale mit zumindest einer rinnenförmigen Versteifungskontur versehen, wobei vorteilhafterweise die Innenschale und die Außenschale zueinander gegenläufig ausbauchen, insbesondere derart, dass die Außenschale des doppelwandigen Abschnitts zumindest eine nach außen zur Containeraußenseite hin ausbauchende Ausbauchung und die Innenschale eine zur Containerinnenseite hin ausbauchende Ausbauchung besitzt. Hierdurch wird eine maximale Wandstärke im Bereich der Doppelschaligkeit erzielt, die ein maximales Flächenträgheitsmoment und damit eine maximale Steifigkeit bewirkt.
  • In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Wandstärke des doppelwandigen Abschnitts, d.h. der Abstand von Innenschale zu Außenschale und die Tiefe bzw. Höhe der Ein- und Ausbauchungen aufeinander abgestimmt. Ein guter Kompromiss zwischen hoher Steifigkeit einerseits und verhältnismäßig geringer Unebenheit der Wandungsfläche andererseits kann dadurch erzielt werden, dass die Ein- und Ausbuchtungen eine Tiefe bzw. Höhe besitzen, die zwischen 40 % und 160 % der Dicke bzw. Wandstärke des doppelwandigen Abschnitts beträgt. Sind in der vorgenannten Weise die Innenschale und die Außenschale des doppelwandigen Abschnitts zueinander gegenläufig ausbauchend strukturiert, kann die Tiefe einer einzelnen Einbuchtung bzw. Ausbuchtung vorzugsweise etwa 50 % der Wandstärke des genannten doppelwandigen Abschnitts betragen. Ist nur die Außenschale mit einer Ausbauchung versehen oder sind die Ein- und Ausbauchungen auf einen nicht doppelwandigen Bereich der Containerwand beschränkt, kann die Tiefe der Einbuchtungen bzw. die Höhe der Ausbuchtungen vorteilhafterweise zwischen 100 % und 150 % der Dicke bzw. Wandstärke des doppelwandigen Abschnitts betragen.
  • Die Anzahl der Ein- und Ausbuchtungen der Containerwand kann grundsätzlich variieren. Um einerseits eine hohe Aussteifung zu bewirken und andererseits keine kleinteilig strukturierte Oberfläche mit übermäßig vielen Sicken und Sätteln zu haben, können in vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung zwischen 3 und 15, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 8 Abkantungen an einer Containerwand vorgesehen sein. Die Abkantungen können dabei grundsätzlich verschieden stark ausgebildet sein, wobei in bevorzugter Ausführung der Erfindung die Abkantungen einen stumpfen Winkel zwischen 160° und 200°, vorzugsweise zwischen 170° und 190° einschließen.
  • Um den Effekt der Doppelwandigkeit hinsichtlich der Erhöhung der Steifigkeit zu maximieren, kann in vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung zwischen Innenschale und Außenschale zumindest ein Aussteifungselement vorgesehen sein, das vorteilhafterweise die Innenschale und die Außenschale miteinander verbindet. In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann zwischen Innen- und Außenschale mindestens eine Aussteifungsstrebe angeordnet sein, durch die Innen- und Außenschale aufeinander abgestützt sind. Beispielsweise kann als Abstützstrebe ein Versteifungsgurt zwischen Innenschale und Außenschale integriert sein. Insbesondere sind die Innen- und Außenschalen des doppelschaligen Wandungsabschnitts durch mindestens eine Abstützstrebe starr miteinander verbunden und voneinander beabstandet, wobei vorzugsweise die Abstützstrebe einen vorzugsweise parallel zur Wandungs-Knickrichtung verlaufenden Versteifungsgurt bildet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der zwischen Innen- und Außenschale gebildete Innenraum mit einem Stützschaum ausgeschäumt. Hierdurch wird in besonders leicht bauender Weise eine zusätzliche Erhöhung der Steifigkeit erzielt.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels und zugehöriger Zeichnungen näher erläutert. In den Zeichnungen zeigen:

    eine schematische, perspektivische Darstellung einer Presssammelvorrichtung mit einem Presscontainer und einer daran befestigten Presse zum Verpressen und Sammeln von Sammelmaterialien wie Abfall oder Wertstoffen, wobei der Sammelcontainer nach einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung an seinen Wänden mit horizontalen, rinnenförmigen Ausbuchtungen und Einbuchtungen versehen ist,

  • Die in Fig. 1 gezeichnete Ausführungsform der Presssammelvorrichtung 1 umfasst einen im Wesentlichen - grob gesprochen - quaderförmigen Sammel- bzw. Presscontainer 2, an dessen einer Stirnseite eine Presse 3 angeordnet ist, wobei in der gezeichneten Ausführungsform der Presscontainer 2 und die Presse 3 gemeinsam eine Rollcontainereinheit mit Rollen 21 an gegenüber liegenden Enden bilden, die über ein Kupplungsstück 22 in Form eines Greifhakens, der in der gezeichneten Ausführung an der von der Presse 3 gebildeten Stirnseite der Presssammelvorrichtung 1 angeordnet ist, in an sich bekannter Weise von einem an sich ebenfalls bekannten Ladefahrzeug gegriffen, angehoben und auf die Ladefläche des Ladefahrzeugs gezogen werden kann.
  • Der Presscontainer 2 besitzt an seiner der Presse 3 zugewandten Stirnseite in der dort vorgesehen, stirnseitigen Containerwand 5 eine Pressenöffnung 17, die sich im Wesentlichen über die untere Hälfte der pressenseitigen Stirnwand 5 des Sammelcontainers 2 erstreckt. Die Pressenöffnung 6 ist dabei dem Ausschubquerschnitt der Presse 3 zugeordnet, so dass durch die Pressöffnung 6 hindurch der Sammelcontainer 2 mit dem jeweiligen Sammelmaterial befüllbar ist.
  • Die Presse 3 besitzt dabei in der gezeichneten Ausführung auf ihrer Oberseite eine Befüllöffnung 23, die in der gezeichneten Ausführung seitlich von schräg nach oben verlaufenden Seitenwandabschnitten 24 begrenzt wird, die vom oberen Rand der Stirnseite der Presse 3 zu der oberen Kante des höheren Sammelcontainers 2 verlaufen, vgl. Fig. 1.
  • Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, besitzt der Presscontainer 2 einen im Wesentlichen quaderförmigen Aufnahmekorpus 4, der von den gegenüber liegenden, stirnseitigen Containerwänden 5 und 6, den beiden im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Seitenwänden 7 und 8 sowie den die Decke und den Boden bildenden Containerwänden 9 und 10 begrenzt wird, vgl. Fig. 1. Die genannten Containerwände sind dabei im Bereich der stirnseitigen Wände 5 und 6 mit spantenartigen Verbindungsrahmen 25 zusammengefasst und miteinander verbunden. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, umfassen dabei die Containerwände endseitig angeordnete Verbindungsrahmenstücke 25a, mittels derer sie entsprechend zusammengebaut werden können.
  • Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, sind die seitlichen Containerwände 7 und 8, die am meisten für ein Ausbauchen anfällig sind, sowie die die Decke bildende Containerwand 9 mit einer ihre Steifigkeit erhöhenden Abkantungsstruktur versehen. Grundsätzlich könnte auch die den Boden 10 bildende Containerwand entsprechend ausgebildet sein. Dort sind allerdings regelmäßig Bodenträger 26 vorgesehen, die einerseits die Aufstandsfläche der Presscontainereinheit bilden und andererseits den Containerboden versteifend abstützen. Auch die stirnseitigen Containerwände 5 und 6 könnten grundsätzlich mit der genannten Abkantungsstruktur versehen sein, allerdings ist dort die Ausbauchgefahr geringer, so dass dort ggf. je nach den Umständen auf eine solche Struktur verzichtet werden kann.
  • Die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen die Abkantungsstruktur einer Seitenwand 7 bzw. 8 näher. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Containerwänden, die im Wesentlichen eben oder leicht tonnenförmig gewölbt sind, ist die Containerwandung abwechselnd hin- und hergehend abgekantet, so dass das Material der Containerwandung selbst rinnenförmige Ein- und Ausbuchtungen 13 und 14 bildet. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, erstrecken sich die Abkantungen 15 im Wesentlichen horizontal und damit parallel zur Hauptachse des Presscontainers 2, so dass auch die rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen eine Längsachse parallel zur Hauptachse des Presscontainers 2 besitzen. Die Abkantungen 15 sind dabei vorteilhafterweise voneinander unterschiedlich weit beabstandet, so dass die Ein- und Ausbuchtungen unterschiedliche Breiten besitzen, die sich bei dem gezeichneten horizontalen Verlauf nach oben erstreckt, d.h. die Rinnenbreite würde bei der Seitenwand gemäß Fig. 2 in vertikaler Richtung gemessen werden. In der gezeichneten Ausführungsform sind dabei fünf Abkantungen an einer seitlichen Containerwand 7 bzw. 8 vorgesehen, wodurch sich zwei Einbuchtungen und drei Ausbuchtungen ergeben, wie dies Fig. 3 näher zeigt.
  • Zwischen den Abkantungen 15 sind die entsprechenden Wandabschnitte eben ausgebildet, so dass sich zwischen den Abkantungen 15 streifenförmige, ebene Verbindungsabschnitte ergeben, die zwei benachbarte, gegenläufige Abkantungen miteinander verbinden.
  • Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, sind die Wandungsabschnitte an den Abkantungen 15 nur relativ leicht abgekantet. Die Abkantungen 15 definieren dabei stumpfe Winkel im Bereich zwischen 160° und 200°, insbesondere etwa zwischen 170° und 190°, so dass die Containerwand insgesamt eine leicht wellige Struktur erhält, die aber immer noch einigermaßen flach ist.
  • Wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, ist die Containerwand 7 bzw. 8 in einem streifenförmigen Mittelabschnitt, also etwa im Bereich halber Höhe zwischen Unterkante und Oberkante des Presscontainers 2, doppelschalig ausgebildet, wobei die Außenschale 12 und die Innenschale 11 in dem doppelschaligen Abschnitt ebenfalls in der zuvor genannten Weise ausgebildete Abkantungen 15 aufweisen, so dass die Innen- und Außenschalen 11 und 12 jeweils leicht ausbauchen. Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, bildet die Außenschale 12 eine Ausbauchung zur Außenseite hin, während die Innenschale 11 zur Containerinnenseite hin ausbaucht. Die Wandstärke bzw. Dicke 19 des doppelschaligen Abschnitts entspricht hierdurch im Wesentlichen der doppelten Tiefe bzw. Höhe 18 einer einfachen Ausbuchtung 14.
  • Der Bereich der doppelschaligen Ausbildung ist dabei, wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, auf einen streifenförmigen Mittelabschnitt begrenzt, der etwa - grob gesprochen - bis zu einem Drittel der Höhe der Seitenwand bzw. der Breite der Decke ausmachen kann und im Bereich größter Ausbauchbeanspruchung vorgesehen ist. In den oberen und unteren Randstreifen hingegen ist die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Containerwand einschalig ausgebildet.
  • Die Innenschale 11 und die Außenschale 12 sind vorteilhafterweise durch zumindest eine in den Zwischenraum zwischen die beiden Schalen integrierte Abstützstrebe 20 aufeinander abgestützt und fest miteinander verbunden, wodurch die Steifigkeit noch weiter erhöht wird. Vorteilhafterweise können dabei mehrere solcher Abstützstreben 20 angeordnet sein, die vorteilhafterweise im Bereich der Abkantungen von Innen- und Außenschale 11 bzw. 12 angeordnet sein können.
  • In der gezeichneten Ausführung gemäß Fig. 2 sind die zuvor genannten Abstützstreben 20 in Form von gurtartigen Versteifungsstreben ausgebildet, die sich längs der Abkantungen 15 von Innen- und Außenschale erstrecken.
  • Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann der zwischen Innen- und Außenschale gebildete Innenraum des doppelschaligen Wandabschnitts mit einem Stützschaum ausgeschäumt sein, wodurch ebenfalls eine weitere Steifigkeitserhöhung erzielt werden kann.
  • Um eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber äußeren Einflüssen und eine makellose Außenoptik zu erreichen, wird in vorteilhafter Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Außenseite der Containerwand schweißnahtfrei ausgebildet. Die Innenschale 11 des doppelschaligen Abschnittes kann von innen her auf die Außenschale 12 aufgeschweißt werden, während die genannte Außenschale 12 Teil der abgekanteten Containerwandung ist, welche die Außenschale bildet.
  • Wie Fig. 3 zeigt, besitzt die Containerwand 7 bzw. 8 an sich bereits eine relativ glatte Außenseite, da die Abkantungen relativ flach gehalten sind. Um die Außenseite des Presscontainers 2 noch besser als Informationsträger bzw. -tafel nutzen zu können, kann in vorteilhafter Weise der Erfindung über die Außenseite der Containerwand ein vorzugsweise biegeschlaffer Informationsträger gespannt sein, beispielsweise in Form eines Tuchs, einer Folie oder eines geeigneten Gewebes, das in Fig. 3 mit der Bezugsziffer 27 gekennzeichnet ist.

Claims (14)

  1. Sammelcontainer, insbesondere Presscontainer, zum Sammeln von Sammelmaterial wie Abfall, Wertstoffen und dergleichen, mit einem vorzugsweise etwa quaderförmigen Aufnahmekorpus (4), der von mehreren Containerwänden (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) einschließlich Seitenwänden (7, 8) begrenzt ist, wobei zumindest eine der Seitenwände (7, 8, 9) zumindest abschnittsweise doppelschalig mit einer Innenschale (11) und einer Außenschale (12), die miteinander verbunden sind, ausgebildet ist, und mit rinnenförmigen, parallel zur Containerlängsachse verlaufenden Ein- und Ausbuchtungen (13, 14) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (7,8,9) nur abschnittsweise doppelschalig ausgebildet ist, wobei der doppelschalige Abschnitt auf einen Mittelbereich der Seitenwand begrenzt ist, und der zwischen der Innen- und Außenschale (11, 12) gebildete Innenraum mit einem Stützschaum ausgeschäumt ist.
  2. Sammelcontainer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen (13, 14) durch gegenläufige Abkantungen (15) der Containerwand (7, 8, 9) gebildet sind.
  3. Sammelcontainer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Containerwand (7, 8, 9) zwischen den Abkantungen (15) ebene, streifenförmige Wandungsabschnitte (16) besitzt.
  4. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in einer Stirnseite (5) des Sammelcontainers eine Pressenöffnung (17) vorgesehen ist, durch die das Sammelmaterial entlang einer Containerhauptachse in den fünfseitig einschließlich der Containeroberseite geschlossenen Sammelcontainer pressbar ist, wobei zumindest die beiden an die genannte Stirnseite (5) angrenzenden Seitenwände (7, 8) mit den genannten rinnenförmigen Ein- und Ausbuchtungen (13, 14) versehen sind, die sich parallel zu der genannten Containerhauptachse erstrecken, wobei die Innenseiten der Containerwandungen im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Containerlänge parallel zur Containerhauptachse hinterschneidungsfrei ausgebildet sind.
  5. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zumindest eine Containerwand (7, 8, 9) auch in ihrem doppelschaligen Abschnitt an dessen Außenschale und/oder an dessen Innenschale zumindest eine rinnenförmige Ausbuchtung und/oder zumindest eine rinnenförmige Einbuchtung aufweist.
  6. Sammelcontainer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Außenschale (12) eine Ausbuchtung (14) zur Containeraußenseite hin und die Innenschale (11) eine gegenläufige Ausbuchtung (14) zur Containerinnenseite hin besitzt.
  7. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ein- und Ausbuchtungen (13, 14) eine Tiefe oder Höhe (18) besitzen, die zwischen 40 % und 160 % der Dicke (19) des doppelschaligen Abschnitts, vorzugsweise etwa 40 % bis 60 % der Dicke des doppelschaligen Abschnitts beträgt.
  8. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der doppelschalige Abschnitt auf einen Mittelstreifen von bis zu einem Drittel der Gesamtbreite der Containerwand (7, 8, 9) begrenzt ist.
  9. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zumindest eine Containerwand (7, 8, 9) zwischen 3 und 15, vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 8 Abkantungen (15) besitzt.
  10. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abkantungen (15) einen stumpfen Winkel zwischen 160° und 200°, vorzugsweise zwischen 170° und 190° einschließen.
  11. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Innen- und Außenschalen (11, 12) des doppelschaligen Abschnitts durch zumindest eine Abstützstrebe (20), die zwischen der Innen- und Außenschale angeordnet ist, aufeinander abgestützt sind.
  12. Sammelcontainer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die zumindest eine Abstützstrebe einen vorzugsweise L-, T-, Doppel-T- oder U-förmigen Versteifungsgurt bildet, der zwischen die Innenschale (11) und die Außenschale (12) integriert ist.
  13. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abkantungen (15) an einer Containerwand (7, 8) voneinander unterschiedlich weit beabstandet sind und/oder zwischen den Abkantungen (15) unterschiedlich breite Wandungsstreifen (16) vorgesehen sind.
  14. Sammelcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei über die Außenseite des Aufnahmekorpus eine vorzugsweise biegeschlaffe Informationsträgerhülle gespannt ist, die auf den Ausbuchtungen (14) aufliegt und sich kontaktfrei über die Einbuchtungen (13) spannt.
