Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a collection container, in particular press container, for collecting collection material such as waste, recyclables and the like, with a preferably approximately cuboid receiving body, which is bounded by a plurality of container walls including side walls, wherein at least one of the side walls at least partially double-shelled with an inner shell and a Outer shell, which are interconnected, is formed, and provided with channel-shaped, parallel to the container longitudinal axis extending indentations and bulges.
  • the side walls must have a high rigidity, so they do not bulge under the burden of the bulk material filling.
  • press containers in which the collecting material is pressed into the receiving body or storage space, high pressures occur in the collecting container.
  • Such press containers are closed on five sides including the top and usually have on one of its end faces a press opening, wherein said press end is connected to the above a filling in a press room given collecting material by means of a plunger into the collection container into pressed.
  • the side walls with belt-shaped stiffening ribs to enclose which may be formed in particular by T-shaped or U-shaped carrier profiles which are welded from the outside to the side walls. It is known to guide such belt-shaped stiffening ribs horizontally or vertically over the entire side walls, wherein it has also been proposed to weld horizontal and vertical straps in the manner of a spider web-shaped skeleton on the side wall.
  • Such belt-shaped stiffening ribs on the side walls of press containers show, for example, the DE 10 2005 054 986 B3 or the DE 19609246 ,
  • stiffening straps By such stiffening straps, however, the outside of the collecting container receives a cassette-like structure with many corners and edges, to which people can bump into the collecting container. In addition, dirt and grime collects on the stiffening ribs, with the stiffening straps also posing the danger of getting stuck when driving by. It is also difficult to apply on such a structured outside outside signs, billboards or billboards.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide an improved collection container of the type mentioned, which has a sufficient rigidity of the container walls even for high loads, without buying this through an excessive structural weight, and does not hinder the frontal pressing of the collection material.
  • this object is achieved by a collecting container according to claim 1.
  • Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. It is therefore proposed to integrate the stiffening contours, which increase the area moment of inertia with respect to bending, into the container wall and to form the container wall itself in such a way that it itself acquires increased rigidity against bulges.
  • This so-called self-supporting, self-stiffening structure is inventively created in that at least one of the container walls is at least partially double-shelled with inner shell and outer shell, which are connected to each other, and provided with channel-shaped indentations and / or bulges, wherein the between inner and outer shell formed interior is foamed with a foam backing.
  • This combination of measures significantly increases stiffness without purchasing it with high weight.
  • an overall fairly smooth inner and outer surface is achieved, which hinder neither the filling nor the emptying of the container and also the use of the outer surface as a billboard or Advertising space eased.
  • the gutter-shaped bulges and bulges form as it were stiffening beads or bumps, which increases the area moment of inertia of the container wall with respect to bending stresses around lying in the wall bending axes considerably.
  • the rigidity is further increased by the at least partially provided double peel, so that a high rigidity against bulging of the container wall is achieved with a total of thin wall thicknesses and without high-strength steels. The high rigidity is thus accompanied by low construction weight and easy processing of the wall material.
  • the aforementioned channel-shaped bulges and bulges can basically be contoured differently.
  • the gutter-shaped indentations and bulges are formed by opposing folds of the container wall, which may have flat, strip-shaped wall sections between the folds. In the area of the bends, of course, sufficient square radii can be maintained. Incidentally, it is advantageous if the wall sections between the folds are flat. The combination of folds and flat wall sections combines high rigidity and simple production.
  • the bulges and bulges could also be contoured arcuately, for example in the form of adjoining, oppositely curved Bogensegementen, in particular circular arc segments.
  • the aforementioned training with bends and flat, strip-shaped intermediate sections which brings a sufficiently high rigidity with simpler production.
  • the channel-shaped indentations and bulges are aligned parallel to a main axis of the collecting container.
  • all channel-shaped indentations and bulges can extend parallel to the pressing axis, along which the material is pressed into the collecting container.
  • the tensile strength of the container wall in the pressing direction is maintained.
  • the pressing in of the material is not hindered.
  • the container walls are formed in the press-in direction on its inside undercuts.
  • the abovementioned pressing direction here usually extends perpendicularly to an end face of the collecting container, in which a press opening is provided, through which the collecting material is pressed into the collecting container through a press.
  • a suitable press can be detachably mounted or firmly connected.
  • the inner sides of the container walls are substantially over the entire container length, ie formed in the pressing direction, undercuts and shaped like an extruded profile, so that the pressed groupage can be compressed without obstruction between the frontal injection opening and the opposite container end face.
  • the injection opening is advantageously provided approximately centrally in one of the end faces, the contours of the extruded profile advantageously extend approximately horizontally and / or parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container.
  • the double-shell section of the container wall is provided with channel-shaped indentations and bulges, wherein at least one indentation or at least one indentation can be provided on the outer shell and / or on the inner shell.
  • the Doppelschaltechnik is limited to the range of maximum Ausbeulgefahr or provided only in the area in which the container wall is subjected to maximum bending.
  • the double-shelled portion is limited to a central region of the container wall, wherein in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a horizontal strip of up to one third of the total width or height of the container wall may be formed doppelschalig.
  • both the inner shell and the outer shell are provided with at least one groove-shaped stiffening contour in the double-walled section of the container wall, wherein advantageously the inner shell and the outer shell bulge in opposite directions, in particular such that the outer shell of the double-walled section bulging at least one outwardly to the container outside Bulge and the inner shell has a bulging to the inside of the container bulge.
  • a maximum wall thickness is achieved in the region of the double shell, which causes a maximum area moment of inertia and thus maximum rigidity.
  • the wall thickness of the double-walled portion ie the distance from inner shell to outer shell and the depth or height of the bulges and bulges are coordinated.
  • a good compromise between high stiffness on the one hand and relatively low unevenness of the wall surface on the other hand, can be achieved in that the indentations and bulges have a depth or height which is between 40% and 160% of the thickness or wall thickness of the double-walled section.
  • the inner shell and the outer shell of the double-walled section are structured to bulge outwards in opposite directions, the depth of a single recess or bulge can preferably be about 50% of the wall thickness of said double-walled section.
  • the Depth of the indentations or the height of the bulges advantageously between 100% and 150% of the thickness or wall thickness of the double-walled section amount.
  • the number of indentations and bulges of the container wall can basically vary. On the one hand to cause a high stiffening and on the other hand to have no finely structured surface with excessive beads and saddles, can be provided on a container wall in an advantageous development of the invention between 3 and 15, preferably between 5 and 8 folds.
  • the bends can basically be designed differently strong, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bends include an obtuse angle between 160 ° and 200 °, preferably between 170 ° and 190 °.
