Claims (11)
- Installation servant à imprimer des récipients (B), tels que des bouteilles, avec une image d'impression (D) sur au moins une machine d'impression dotée de plusieurs stations (13) et dotée d'une ou de deux têtes d'impression (1) par station (13), sachant que ladite au moins une tête d'impression (1) peut être déplacée de manière autonome au moyen d'un dispositif de commande de préférence électrique et qu'une valeur de déplacement provenant du dispositif de commande déplace la tête d'impression (1) dans une position selon des coordonnées spatiales et/ou selon une position angulaire, laquelle position est déterminée ou calculée au moyen d'un dispositif de détection présentant des capteurs à partir du contour de surface et de la position du récipient (B) à imprimer par rapport à la tête d'impression (1), caractérisée en ce
qu'au moins une autre machine d'impression du type mentionné ci-avant servant à imprimer avec une couleur identique ou différente est disposée en aval de la première machine d'impression, et en ce que lesdites machines d'impression sont des machines d'impression rotatives,
qui fonctionnent de manière reliée entre elles selon une technique de commande, et sachant que les capteurs sont disposés sur la machine d'impression de telle manière que la distance entre la tête d'impression (1) et la surface du récipient peut être mesurée en permanence. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un marquage (M) peut être imprimé sur le récipient (B) sur au moins une machine d'impression, lequel marquage permet de positionner et/ou d'orienter la tête d'impression (1) d'au moins une autre machine d'impression.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite installation comprend un dispositif d'alimentation en étoile, au moyen duquel le récipient à imprimer respectif peut être placé depuis un dispositif de transport par exemple linéaire dans la station (13) d'un carrousel (3) et peut y être centré dans un dispositif de serrage (2, 7) et être amené en rotation.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le récipient (B) respectif peut tourner au cours d'un tour du carrousel (3) au moins selon une révolution dans sa station (13), pendant l'impression de sa surface.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le récipient (B) respectif imprimé peut être transporté au moyen d'un dispositif d'évacuation en étoile (5) en dehors du carrousel (3) et la couleur appliquée peut être durcie par exemple dans un tunnel à UV (6), et en ce qu'après le récipient peut être placé dans une autre machine d'impression réalisée éventuellement de la même manière pour la poursuite de l'impression.
- Procédé servant à imprimer des récipients, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, et sachant qu'est imprimé, sur au moins une machine d'impression, sur le récipient (B), un marquage (M), lequel permet de positionner et/ou d'orienter la tête d'impression (1) dans au moins une autre machine d'impression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le marquage (M) est un polygone irrégulier imprimé en plus de l'image d'impression (D), en particulier un triangle isocèle, ou en ce qu'une partie de l'image d'impression (D) fait elle-même office de marquage (M).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le marquage (M) est détecté par l'intermédiaire d'une caméra ou d'un dispositif de traitement d'images présentant des capteurs, laquelle/lequel délivre un signal d'orientation correspondant à la tête d'impression (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'impression, la distance entre la tête d'impression (1) et la surface de récipient est mesurée en permanence au moyen des capteurs, et en ce que la valeur de distance dans l'axe x ainsi que l'angle d'inclinaison (α1, α2) de la surface de récipient sont ajustés ultérieurement lors de la rotation du récipient.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'impression (1) d'une machine d'impression installée en aval pour l'impression avec une couleur identique ou autre est ajustée, à l'aide des données obtenues à partir du marquage (M), sur l'image d'impression (D) d'une machine d'impression précédente, par exemple au moyen de moteurs pas à pas ou de servomoteurs, en fonction de la position en hauteur, de la distance du récipient (B) et/ou de l'inclinaison de ce dernier (B).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'au moins une révolution du récipient (B) aux fins de l'impression sur tout le pourtour ou dans le cas d'une rotation de quelques degrés pour finaliser l'impression après l'orientation du récipient (B) si seulement une partie de la surface périphérique extérieure doit être imprimée, l'angle de rotation du récipient (B) est déterminé à l'aide des données obtenues du marquage (M), pour lequel l'impression commence ou se termine.
