Claims (10)
- Procédé de remplissage de boîtes (14) à paroi mince pour des produits alimentaires, notamment de canettes de boisson, qui, en résultat, sont fermées d'une manière étanche au gaz et qui ont, pour stabiliser la boîte, une pression intérieure supérieure à la pression ambiante, ayant les stades de Procédé:- mise à disposition d'une boîte ayant une ouverture de remplissage ouverte dans un poste (10) de remplissage,- remplissage de la boîte dans le poste de remplissage,- couverture de l'ouverture de remplissage de la boîte au moyen d'un couvercle qui a, dans la région de son obliquité de coeur, un diamètre extérieur plus grand qu'un diamètre (Di) intérieur d'ouverture d'une boîte respective et qui est prévu, en résultat, pour la fermeture permanente et étanche au gaz de la boîte, immédiatement après la fin du remplissage,- immobilisation du couvercle sur la boîte déjà dans le poste de remplissage ou au voisinage immédiat de celui-ci, sans pour autant fermer la boîte d'une manière étanche au gaz et de manière à ce que du gaz puisse être refoulé de la boîte recouverte, à l'extérieur, le couvercle étant posé sur la boîte remplie da manière à ce que le couvercle soit, en résultat, relié avec serrage à la boîte, le couvercle étant seulement immobilisé et la boîte n'étant pas fermée de manière permanente,- transport de la boîte, dont l'ouverture de remplissage est couverte, du poste de remplissage à un poste (12) de fermeture et- fermeture, d'une manière permanente et étanche au gaz, de la boîte dans le poste de fermeture, le couvercle et la boîte étant, dans le poste de fermeture, reliés l'un à l'autre d'une manière durable et étanche au gaz par pliage ou par sertissage.
- Procédé de remplissage de boîtes (14) à paroi mince pour des produits alimentaires, notamment de canettes de boisson, qui, en résultat, sont fermées d'une manière étanche au gaz et qui ont, pour stabiliser la boîte, une pression intérieure supérieure à la pression ambiante, ayant les stades de Procédé:- mise à disposition d'une boîte ayant une ouverture de remplissage ouverte dans un poste (10) de remplissage,- remplissage de la boîte dans le poste de remplissage,- couverture de l'ouverture de remplissage de la boîte au moyen d'un couvercle d'un diamètre intérieur de largeur de bord qui est d'abord aussi grand ou un peu plus grand qu'un diamètre extérieur de rebord d'une boîte, le couvercle étant prévu en résultat pour la fermeture d'une manière permanente et étanche au gaz de la boîte, immédiatement après la fin du remplissage,- immobilisation du couvercle sur la boîte déjà dans le poste de remplissage ou au voisinage immédiat de celui-ci, sans fermer pour autant la boîte d'une manière étanche au gaz, et de manière à ce que du gaz puisse être refoulé de la boîte recouverte, à l'extérieur, le couvercle étant, lorsqu'il est poussé sur la boîte, déformé légèrement de manière à ce que son diamètre intérieur de largeur de bord soit en résultat plus petit que le diamètre extérieur de rebord de la boîte, le couvercle étant simplement immobilisé et la boîte n'étant pas fermée de manière permanente et- transport de la boîte dont l'ouverture de remplissage est couverte, du poste de remplissage à un poste (12) de fermeture et- fermeture, d'une manière permanente et étanche au gaz, de la boîte dans le poste de fermeture, le couvercle et la boîte étant dans le poste de fermeture, reliés l'un à l'autre d'une manière durable et étanche au gaz par pliage ou par sertissage.
- Procédé de remplissage de boîtes (14) à paroi mince pour des produits alimentaires, notamment de canettes de boisson, qui, en résultat, sont fermées d'une manière étanche au gaz et qui ont, pour stabiliser la boîte, une pression intérieure supérieure à la pression ambiante, ayant les stades de Procédé:- mise à disposition d'une boîte ayant une ouverture de remplissage ouverte dans un poste (10) de remplissage,- remplissage de la boîte dans le poste de remplissage,- couverture de l'ouverture de remplissage de la boîte au moyen d'un couvercle ayant un diamètre intérieur de largeur de bord qui est un peu plus petit qu'un diamètre extérieur de rebord d'une boîte, le couvercle étant prévu en résultat pour la fermeture d'une manière permanente et étanche au gaz de la boîte, immédiatement après la fin du remplissage,- immobilisation du couvercle sur la boîte déjà dans le poste de remplissage ou au voisinage immédiat de celui-ci, sans pour autant fermer la boîte d'une manière étanche au gaz et de manière à ce que du gaz puisse être refoulé de la boîte recouverte, à l'extérieur, le couvercle étant encliqueté sur la boîte et le couvercle étant immobilisé seulement et la boîte n'étant pas fermée d'une manière permanente et- transport de la boîte, dont l'ouverture de remplissage est couverte, du poste de remplissage à un poste (12) de fermeture et- fermeture, d'une manière permanente et étanche au gaz, de la boîte dans le poste de fermeture, le couvercle et la boîte étant, dans le poste de fermeture, reliés l'un à l'autre d'une manière durable et étanche au gaz par pliage ou par sertissage.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on immobilise un couvercle sur sa boîte directement après le remplissage ou juste après le poste de remplissage, de manière à ce que du gaz puisse être refoulé de la boîte couverte à l'extérieur.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on pousse un couvercle axialement par le haut sur sa boîte.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on apporte un couvercle pour couvrir une boîte, sous atmosphère de gaz protecteur de la boîte.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on remplit la boîte d'une boisson contenant de l'acide carbonique.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on remplit la boîte d'un produit alimentaire liquide et d'un gaz inerte.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on remplit la boîte de gaz sous forme liquide ou solide.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on apporte la boîte au poste de remplissage suivant une trajectoire, et, après le remplissage au poste de remplissage, on l'envoie au poste de fermeture suivant une tangente à la trajectoire.
