Definitions
- the following invention is directed to a closure device for closing and / or opening an opening of a container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- closure devices serve to close a container having an opening edge comprising an inner and outer wall.
- the container may be, for example, a can, in particular beverage can, bottle, storage container or the like. Further, the container itself may be made of plastic, metal, porcelain, glass or various other materials.
- the closure device has a sealing element, with which the opening of the container is sealingly closed. The closure device is in the first position by means of a Closure element in particular positively secured to the container, wherein the closure element has an actuating element to open the closure element.
- closure devices are sealingly closed by closure devices by the seal in the closure device between the closure device itself and the container, in particular an opening edge is pressed.
- a seal is obtained, especially in containers that build up an internal pressure.
- the contact pressure on the sealing element must be greater than the resulting or existing internal pressure in the container so that the closure device seals the container accordingly.
- closure devices are z. B. used in beverage bottles as a lid. Here, the lid is pressed over an existing thread with high force application with the beverage bottle, so that the sealing effect of the closure device is produced by a corresponding deformation of the seal.
- the present invention is also directed to a container with a closure device according to the invention. Also, the present is addressed The invention also relates to a method for closing and opening a container with a corresponding opening by a closure device according to the preamble of claim 13.
- a closure for a can is known in which the can closure is mechanically mounted in an opening of the can lid.
- the closure itself is constructed in several parts and has a hinged lid, which is integrated on the closure device. With the help of the cap then the entire can is closed.
- This closure device has the disadvantage that, on the one hand, it must first be connected to the can in terms of manufacturing technology and, on the other hand, it does not seal the can in a gas-tight or pressure-tight manner. A buckle use of the closure is not possible.
- the closure device should be easy and gentle on the force, especially for weak and awkward people.
- the present object is achieved by the features of the main claim, in particular from the characterizing part, which have the following special significance.
- the container opening or the container can be opened only by a simple pressure (Pt) on the or the actuators.
- Pt simple pressure
- the closure device can be removed from the container opening by simply lifting.
- the opening of the container by means of at least one actuating element by a one-hand operation executable, although the container for increased safety with the other hand of the user can be supported, but this is not absolutely necessary.
- only the actuating element is mentioned, even if it may involve several actuators.
- the closure of the container is carried out in a simple manner in which the closure device is simply pressed lightly from above onto the container opening until the closure element is securely fastened to the container.
- the applied (closure) pressure (Pk) is independent of the possibly developing internal pressure (Pi) of the sealed container.
- Pi internal pressure
- a time-consuming and energy-consuming tightening or pressing which is usually carried out only with two hands, can thus be avoided.
- a one-handed opening of VerInstitutvortichtung is possible, in particular, a one-handed closing is achievable.
- the sealing element itself has a sealing lip, which protrudes into the opening of the container and sealingly comes by an elastic deformation on the inner wall of the opening edge to rest.
- the sealing lip is loosely against the inner wall of the opening edge, without being pressed by another element, such as the closure device to the inner wall.
- the sealing lip has for this purpose z. B. a wedge-shaped or trapezoidal cross-section, which applies flexibly or highly flexible to the inner wall of the opening edge.
- a sealing of the container by the closure device is independent of a contact pressure (Pk), which acts from the closure device via the sealing element to the container, in particular the opening edge. Consequently, the sealing element is not pressed between the closure device and the container, in particular the opening edge, in order to seal the container in a sealing manner from above and / or also from the inside. Thus, no contact pressure must be exerted by the closure device when closing to close the container pressure-tight.
- a simple placing and locking the closure device, z. B. via a positive connection with the container, is sufficient for this.
- a contact pressure (Pk) from the closure device to the container does not produce any additional elastic deformation of the sealing element in the sealing area.
- the closure device according to the invention is particularly easy to operate even for weak and awkward or movement-restricted people. Unlike the conventional closure devices of the prior art, no contact pressure (Pk) must be exerted on the closure device so that the container is nevertheless reliably sealed. Rather, the pressure generated by the own weight of the sealing element and possibly closing device is sufficient for the sealing element to seal the container in a sealing manner.
- the closure device according to the invention is designed self-sealing, since the existing or still resulting internal pressure (Pi) is used to close the container. In this case, the internal pressure (Pi) itself presses the sealing element against the opening edge (1.2), in particular against an inner wall (1.3) of the opening edge (1.2).
- the sealing element in particular the sealing lip, PTFE, silicone, rubber or PU foam, etc. may be used, for example, while the selected material should be flexible to highly flexible. This material is easily deformed, so that the sealing lip can create and adapt fully and without effort (without power) to the inner wall of the opening edge. Initially, a closed sealing line should form between the sealing lip and the opening edge or the inner wall. By the contact points of the sealing lip at the opening edge or on the inner wall of the container is completely sealed.
- This material has, for example, a hardness of 10 to 90 shore A, in particular 40 to 80 shore A (according to standards DIN 53505 and DIN 7868).
- the sealing element may comprise a dimensionally stable core of harder material which is surrounded by a softer or more flexible material. It is also conceivable dimensional stability by constructive measures such. B. reinforcing ribs, edges or the like. Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous if the fitting surface of the sealing lip is made smooth in the region of the sealing line.
- the self-acting sealing of the container by the closure device is effected by the shape and size and the material property of the sealing element, in particular by the sealing lip.
- an outer contour of the sealing element, in particular the sealing lip is configured complementary to an inner contour of the opening edge of the container, wherein the sealing element, in particular the sealing lip fully peripherally rests against the inner wall of the opening edge.
- the inner contour of the opening of the container circular designed, so the outer contour of the sealing element is substantially circular.
- the size of the sealing element substantially corresponds to the size of the opening of the container to be closed.
- an outer circumference of the sealing element is slightly larger, ie a few tenths of a millimeter to millimeters, designed as the maximum size of an inner periphery of the opening edge.
- This configuration of the sealing element, in particular the sealing lip the desired elastic deformation is achieved, which is required for the initial sealing of the container.
- no contact pressure between the closure device and the container is needed.
- the pure weight of the sealing element or the closure device is sufficient to effect the desired, elastic deformation of the sealing element.
- the inherent dimensional stability of the sealing element also helps to bring the sealing lip securely into contact with the edge of the opening or the inner wall. Otherwise, if the elastic deformations are too great, the sealing element could tend to form wrinkles or creases which are undesirable since this would prevent sealing.
- the contact pressure (Pk) which acts on the container, in particular the opening edge, of the closure device is substantially insignificant for the functioning of the sealing element, so that it is ineffective for the purposes of this application. If the contact pressure (Pk) between the container and the closure device is too high, the sealing element can even be deformed in such a way, for example by wrinkling, that a seal no longer takes place. Consequently, the functioning of the closure device according to the invention does not depend on the contact pressure (Pk) between the container and the closure device.
- the sealing element does not have to be additionally elastically deformed after merely placing the closure device on the opening of the container (without further fastening or locking of the closure device to the container by the mentioned positive connection), in order to properly seal the container.
- the closure device according to the invention rather the container by means of the sealing element self-acting pressure-tight and / or fluid-tight sealable without a previous contact pressure (Pk) between the container and the closure device of above and or inside to produce.
- Pk contact pressure between the container and the closure device of above and or inside to produce.
- This makes it possible, for example, conventional gas cans or beverage bottles that build a high internal pressure (Pi) by their carbonated content, gas and liquid tight seal.
- the sealing lip of the sealing element is initially pressed only by its elastic deformation to the inner wall, wherein in particular a build-up or existing internal pressure (Pi) of the container additionally presses the sealing lip against the inner wall when the internal pressure (Pi) is greater than an external pressure (Pa), which surrounds the container from the outside.
- Pi internal pressure
- Pa external pressure
- the closure device according to the invention only destruction or tearing of the sealing element, in particular the sealing lip, itself leads to leakage of the sealed container.
- the sealing element simultaneously acts as a valve element, so that the internal pressure (Pi) of the container adapts itself to the external pressure (Pa) of the container when the external pressure (Pa) is greater than the internal pressure (Pi).
- a fluid usually in the form of air
- the higher external pressure (Pa) pushes the sealing lip away from the inner wall of the opening edge when the internal pressure (Pi) of the container is lower.
- the internal pressure (Pi) of the container is greater than the external pressure (Pa)
- the internal pressure (Pi) presses the sealing lip against the inner wall of the opening edge, whereby the pressure in the container is maintained.
- the sealing lip is designed to be flexible in order to thus adapt to the pressure differences due to their elastic deformation.
- This adaptation of the sealing element also works with a hydrostatic internal pressure on the seal, for example by sloshing liquids in the container.
- the sealing element with a planar part of the entire opening of the container large area seals wherein the sealing element has an angled edge portion of the flat part, which is essentially formed by the sealing lip.
- the entire opening of the container can be sealed by the sealing element alone.
- the closure device has a holding plate to which the sealing element is attached, wherein in particular the sealing element is designed only as a sealing lip and the sealing lip is pressure-tight and / or fluid-tightly arranged on the retaining plate.
- the sealing element is designed only as a sealing lip and the sealing lip is pressure-tight and / or fluid-tightly arranged on the retaining plate.
- the additional retaining plate completely fixes the sealing element on its rear side.
- the sealing element can be welded to the holding plate, glued or molded.
- the sealing element is connected via a positive and / or positive connection with the holding plate or the closure device itself. In this case, however, the sealing element with the flat part should seal the entire opening of the container in order not to create any additional leakage problems at the intermediate points between the sealing element and retaining plate.
- the closure device is itself fastened to the container by a closure element, wherein the closure element in particular by means of at least one holding means with the container via a closure, in particular a bayonet closure, a click-click closure, a clasp closure, a clamp closure, a loop closure and / or a sliding closure, cooperates.
- the closure element thus ensures that the sealing element withstands the internal pressure of the container, since otherwise the sealing element would be pushed away with the closure device from the opening of the container.
- the aforementioned closure between the closure element and the container may, for. B. exist only on a form fit.
- this adhesion does not lead to an elastic deformation of the sealing element at the sealing areas, in particular the sealing lip.
- the closure device may be equipped with a security element and / or a valve, wherein the security element avoids unwanted opening of the container or makes it difficult and the valve is designed as a pressure relief or drain valve.
- the security element is intended to prevent the closure device from being inadvertently removed from the container.
- the security element is matched to the existing closure.
- the aforementioned valve is intended to avoid an explosive, in particular uncontrolled opening of the closure device from a container under high internal pressure, by allowing the excess pressure to escape beforehand.
- the valve has an actuating means or nipple.
- the operation of the closure element leads directly or already before to an operation of the valve.
- the valve is actuated by means of the actuating means, whereby the possibly existing internal pressure (Pi) can escape; to open the closure device based on the actuating element.
- the actuating element may be mechanically connected to the actuating means.
- the two aforementioned elements or means can be configured in one piece.
- the mentioned valve may be provided with a desired acoustic function, which can be generated by a Anblaß- or cutting edge in the valve. In this way, the area of use of the closure device, in particular for visually impaired persons and / or for advertising purposes or the like, can be significantly increased.
- closure device with a tamper-evident closure, whereby it can be indicated that the container had previously been closed unused by the closure device according to the invention.
- a tamper-evident closure may contain a paper and / or foil seal, e.g. Easily removable via a pull tab.
- the tamper-evident closure may have predetermined break points which break when the closure device is first actuated to open the container.
- the actuating element and / or the actuating means are configured like a key, in particular an actuation or movement by particular partial, slot-shaped incisions easier.
- These cuts may also be provided as continuous grooves in the closure device, bordering on the actuating element and / or on the actuating means.
- these slot-shaped incisions do not completely enclose the actuating element and / or actuating means, so that they are integrally and integrally connected with the rest of the closure device.
- a slot-shaped incision may be U-shaped or pot-shaped, wherein the U and the pot can stand upside down.
- the closure element can have at least one holding means which interacts mechanically with a counter-holding means on the container.
- the holding means and the counter-holding means bring about a positive connection, wherein a pressure (Pt) on the actuating element allows the form-fit to be released.
- the counter-holding means on the container can be formed by a particular, annular or cam-shaped projection or a particular, circumferential recess, whereas, on the other hand, the holding means may be formed on the closure element by a particular, strip-shaped portion, barb-shaped projection or part-like portion.
- a pressure on the actuating element causes a deformation and / or a movement in the form of a displacement or pivoting of the holding means.
- the pressure (Pt) on the actuating element causes the holding means to no longer interact in a form-fitting manner with the counter-holding means on the container.
- the closure element of the closure device on a center piece with an approximately central operating region and arranged on the middle holding means.
- the center piece Relative to a first position (I), in which the closure element forms a positive connection with the container, in particular with a projection or a groove on the container outer edge, the center piece has an inner Surface facing the container and an outer surface facing away from the container.
- the holding means which surround the middle piece, in particular in the manner of a crenellated rim, are angled in the direction of the inner surface at an angle ⁇ .
- the angle ⁇ is preferably slightly greater than 90 °.
- Each holding means is also angled at its end again in the direction of the inner surface, ideally angled perpendicularly in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the container or even slightly upwardly to achieve a secure fit between the closure element and the container.
- the closure element is preferably made of hard material, in particular of metal or plastic, but nevertheless so elastic that it can assume two different positions (I, II) in the form of two secured layers.
- the middle piece covers the opening of the container.
- it is slightly curved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the container away. Viewed from the inner surface of the center piece of this corresponds to a concave curvature.
- the holding means extend approximately parallel to the side surface of the container having the projection.
- the angled ends of the holding means form a positive connection with the projection. Therefore, in contrast to other containers, the container also remains closed when an attempt is made to open the container by pulling the closure element and container apart.
- the container can be opened, however, when only a pressure on the actuating element or the actuating region in the direction of the longitudinal axis and in the direction of the container is exercised.
- the middle piece undergoes elastic deformation from one secured position to the other and bulges in the direction of the container. Viewed from the inner surface of the center of this corresponds to a convex curvature.
- the holding means move in the course of the elastic deformation away from the container and release the projection. As a result, the closure device with the closure element can now be released from the container easily and without force, in particular without exerting a tensile force.
- the closure device with the closure element with the inner side, to which the holding means point to the Container placed.
- the holding means still have a small distance from the projection.
- the middle piece moves from the one secured position, which, viewed from the inside, corresponds to the convex curvature, into the other secured position, which, viewed from the inside, corresponds to the concave curvature, and reaches the closing element again in his first position (I).
- the sealing element may be arranged or fastened in the closure element via a positive connection, a welded connection and / or a hot stamping.
- the existing holding means can be used for positive fastening.
- a protruding beyond the sealing lip edge of the sealing element can serve as a stop buffer or means for the opening edge of the container.
- the sealing element does not protrude out of the closure device, so that unintentional destruction of the sealing element when the closure device is not used is reliably avoided.
- the closure device can be placed on a table or the like, no matter how, in the meantime, without the seal in this case can come into contact with the table.
- This container may be, for example, a conventional can, beverage can, storage box, bottle or the like, which may consist of a variety of materials.
- a sealing of the container by the Closure device is independent of a contact pressure (Pk), which acts from the closure device to the container, in particular the opening edge.
- Pk contact pressure
- FIG. 1 a first embodiment of the closure device 2 according to the invention is shown, this closure device 2 closes in a first position I, the closed position, an opening 1.1 of the container 1.
- the closure device 2 shown in the embodiment comprises a closure element 3 with a holding means 3.3, which strip-shaped or is designed broadband-shaped.
- the holding means 3.3 is in the Fig. 4 clearly.
- Fig. 1 is a section (see left side) represented by the corresponding holding means 3.3. It can be seen how the strip-shaped holding means 3.3 comes form-fitting behind a projection 1.6 of the container 1 to the plant.
- the projection 1.6 is in Substantially ring-shaped and rises radially from the remaining diameter of an outer wall 1.4 of the container 1.
- the closure device 2 Since the closure device 2 is positively connected by the closure member 3 with the container 1, and a resulting internal pressure Pi, the closure device 2 does not lift from the container opening 1.1 or Pushing away. Rather, the closure device 2 with its provided sealing element 4 closes the container 1 pressure and fluid-tight.
- the sealing element 4 is designed flexible and easily deformable and is not pressed on or in the opening edge 1.2.
- the sealing element 4 is hollow, the internal pressure Pi can act from the inside on the sealing element 4, in particular the sealing lip 4.1, which in the present case is wedge-shaped, that is pointed down to running, designed.
- the sealing element 4 adapts to the inner contour 1.5 of the opening edge 1.2.
- the sealing element 4 has a complementary inner contour 4.5 to the inner contour 1.5 of the container.
- the sealing element may itself be arranged on the closure device 2 in a force, material and / or form-fitting manner.
- the composite of closure device 2 and sealing element 4 must allow the sealing of the closure device 2.
- the sealing element 4 on the closure device 2 in particular in the upper part 2.2, are welded or glued. Also, a hot stamping of the sealing element 4 on the closure device 2 is conceivable.
- an actuating element 3.2 is provided on the closure element 3, which acts mechanically on the holding means 3.3.
- the actuator 3.2 is in the present case ( Fig. 1-4 ) designed like a key.
- a pressure Pt leads to a deformation of the closure element 3, whereby the strip-shaped holding means 3.3 project behind the projection 1.6, since they expand radially.
- the closure element 3 is substantially symmetrical and has two actuating elements 3.2, which are arranged at approximately 180 ° on the outer circumference, in particular in the region of the lower part 2.3 of the closure device 2.
- two holding means 3.3 are provided, which are radially expanded by the two actuating elements 3.2 during actuation.
- the two holding means 3.3 form in cross section an oval or elliptical course to a longitudinal axis 2.1.
- a valve 8 is provided in the closure device 2, which is to be operated via an actuating means 8.1.
- the actuating means 8.1 is in the embodiment of the Fig. 4 Also twice provided on the closure device 2, which are each arranged above the actuators 3.2 and are each arranged in the circumference of 180 ° to each other.
- the closure element 3 In order to enable easy, one-handed operation of the actuating element 3.2 and / or the actuating means 8.1, this can be embedded in the closure element 3 via cuts 3.5 or grooves 3.5. These incisions 3.5 surround only partially the actuating element 3.2 or the actuating means 8.1, so that these elements or means are still firmly connected to the closure element 3 via a connecting web. Conveniently, the closure device 2 with the closure element 3 and the actuating means 8.1 forms a one-piece element. In the Fig. 4 can be clearly seen on the actuating means 8.1, as this is surrounded by an inverted U-shaped incision 3.5. Furthermore, above the actuating element 3.2 a horizontal incision 3.5 is provided which also separates the actuator 3.2 from the actuating means 8.1.
- Fig. 1 In the Fig. 1 is shown in the left area of the longitudinal axis 2.1, as the sealing lip 4.1 is based on the opening edge 1.2. Where, however, in the right area of the longitudinal axis 2.1 in Fig. 1 the sealing lip 4.1 is slightly raised or pressed by the actuating means 8.1. Of course, a pressure Pt on the actuating means 8.1 is required.
- Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the verunterenener container 1, wherein in this illustration, only one actuating means 8.1 is provided on the right side of the closure device 2. This can of course also on the left side, ie rotated by 180 °, be additionally arranged on the closure device 2, as in Fig. 4 shown.
- a further embodiment of a closure device 2 is shown, which differs from the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 4 characterized in that the actuating element 3.2 is mechanically connected to the actuating means 8.1.
- the horizontal incision 3.5 missing between the actuator 3.2 and the actuating means 8.1 Fig. 4 , Consequently, a pressure Pt leads to the actuator 3.2 at the same time to actuation of the actuating means 8.1 or vice versa.
- the inverted U-shaped incision 3.5 continues horizontally around the actuating means 8.1 at the lower ends.
- the same sealing element 4 of the FIGS. 1 to 4 be used.
- Fig. 6 is a further closure device with a click-clack closure as closure element 3 shown in longitudinal section.
- the sealing element 4 does not protrude from the lower opening of the closure element 3, so that it can certainly also be said that the sealing element 4 is completely arranged or integrated in the closure element 3 or the closure device 2.
- This integration now has the advantage that the sealing element 4 does not touch a table or other storage surface when the closure device 2 is removed from the container 1 and stored on the shelf, no matter from which side.
- an unwanted wear of the sealing element 4, in particular the sealing lip 4.1 can be safely avoided.
- safe handling is ensured by the integrated sealing element 4.
- a tamper evident closure 11 having a paper seal or a foil seal.
- the opening of the opening 6.2 in the securing element 6 is completely closed. If only the container 1 is to be opened by the closure device 2, then the tamper-evident closure 11 must be destroyed or removed in order to be able to exert a pressure Pk through the aperture 6.2 on the closure element 3, in particular the centerpiece 3.1. So that the tamper-evident closure 11 can be easily removed, a pull tab 11.1 can additionally be provided. It is also conceivable to equip the tamper-evident closure 11 with predetermined breaking points 11.2 in order to be able to determine an immediate destruction upon opening.
- Fig. 6 holding elements 3.3 of the closure element 3 are bent outwards and thus formed as closing means 3.4, of which in Fig. 6 one is visible and one is implied.
- at least three holding means 3.3 are formed as closing means 3.4, which occupy an angle of 120 ° with each other.
- the fuse element 6 rests with its edge region 6.1 from the outside to the closing means 3.4, wherein the closing means 3.4 is formed as a rounding of the edge portion 6.1. If a user exerts a vertical pressure (parallel to arrow Pk) on the upper area of the securing element 6, then the edge area 6.1 acts only on the closing means 3.4, whereby the closing element 3 closes (position I of the closing device 2).
- the closing means 3.4 can also be used to securely and positively connect the closure element 3 with the securing element 6. Consequently, the lower flanged edge of the edge region 6.1 could also end up higher on the closing means 3.4 or at least interact mechanically with it.

- the closure device 2 from the FIGS. 7a and 7b to produce one piece, in which case the holding plate 5 must be connected to the closure element 3.
- This can, for example, an additional attachment means, such.
- screws, rivets or the like, or the holding plate 5 is welded, for example, with the closure element 3, glued or molded onto this.
- the closure element 3 works from the FIGS. 7a and 7b as described below.
- the closure element 3, 3a is constructed substantially plate-shaped, wherein it has three individual, in particular circular segment-like pieces 3a.1, which are connected to each other via film hinges 3a.2.
- the three pieces 3a.1 divide that Closure element 3a substantially "stem-shaped".
- the closure element 3a has an angled outer edge region which is slightly larger than the contour of the opening edge 1.2. In this angled edge region 3a.3, the opening edge 1.2 projects into the first position I of the closure element 3a, so that a back and forth displacement of the closure element 3a on the opening 1.1 is possible with a small clearance.
- the closure element 3 is positively held at the opening edge 1.2 by the two diametrically opposed mounting hooks 3a.4, which serve as a holding means 3.3. It is (s. FIG. 7b ), the upper attachment hooks 3a.4 arranged on the lower star piece 3a.1 of the closure element 3a and the lower attachment hooks 3a.4 on the upper star piece 3a.1 of the closure element 3a. Now, if the upper star 3a.1 pressed to the lower, so the distance between the two mounting hooks 3a.4 increases, so that the opening edge 1.2 of the container 1 is released because the mounting hooks 3a.4 no longer the projection 1.6 of the container 1 engage behind in this intermediate position.
- the closure device 2 according to the invention can be lifted without problems from the opening 1.1, wherein also a one-hand operation is possible.
- An attachment of the closure device 2 according to the invention from the FIGS. 7a and 7b is possible by the two large-scale star pieces attachment hooks 3a.1 of the closure element 3 are compressed (see arrows), whereby the distance between the two mounting hooks 3a.4 increases and the closure device 2 are guided over the opening edge 1.2, in particular the projection 1.6 can.
- the closure element 3 can be released, with the provided film hinges 3a.2 between the individual star pieces 3a.1 pushing them apart, as a result of which the distance between the fastening hook 3a.4 is reduced again so that they grip behind the projection 1.6.
- the closure element 3a is attached to the container 1 in a form-fitting manner.
- the sealing member 4 is used with the sealing lip 4.1, the already mentioned sealing of the container 1 takes place.
- two or more predetermined breaking points 11.2 can be provided as tamper-evident closure 11 in the region of the film hinges 3a.2 between the two large star pieces 3a.1 and in each case the small star piece 3a.1, which break off when the closure device 2 is actuated for the first time.
- the small star 3a.1 is pushed out of the existing angle, which can lead to the desired breaking of the predetermined breaking points.
- FIGS. 8, 9 and 10 a further embodiment of the closure device 2 according to the invention is shown. This is similar to the embodiments of the FIGS. 1 to 5 , wherein the holding means 3.3 are not strip-shaped but barb-shaped. Also in this closure element 3, the deformability of the lower part 2.3 of the closure device 2 is utilized, which forms the closure element 3 itself. As based on the Figures 9 can be seen, the lower part 2.3 is not circular but oval or elliptical in shape and has two arcuate, barb-like holding means 3.3, which cooperate positively with the annular projection 1.6 of the container 1. Here too, a pressure Pt causes the actuating element 3.2, whereby the arcuate holding means 3.3 radially expand and release the positive connection to the projection 1.6.
- the closure element 3 resumes its oval or elliptical shape, wherein the holding means 3.3 are brought together again radially.
- the advantage of the present closure device 2 from the FIGS. 8 to 10 is that this only from above, that is to be pressed by a pressure in the direction of the longitudinal axis 2.1 on the opening edge 1.2 of the container 1, whereby the barb-like holding means 3.3 expand with their tips or bevels on the annular projection 1.6 independently and independently hooked behind the projection 1.6 at a sufficient offset.
