Claims (10)

1. Obturateur pour des boîtes munies d'un bourrelet marginal, dans le couvercle desquelles se trouve une ouverture de déversement sensiblement triangulaire, formée d'une partie de paroi arrachable, constitué d'un corps de base (1) recouvrant le couvercle, s'accrochant sous les deux extrémités du bourrelet marginal de la boîte par des nervures marginales frontales (2, 4) et portant, sur son côté tourné vers le couvercle, une garniture d'étanchéité (9, 19) fermant l'ouverture de déversement, l'une des nervures marginales frontales (2) présentant une courbure adaptée au diamètre du bourrelet marginal et l'autre nervure marginale frontale (4) présentant une section de paroi (5) élastique avec un bec (6) s'accrochant sous le bourrelet marginal caracté risé en ce que le corps de base (1) en forme Je platine est en matière plastique et présente une bague d'étanchéité (9, 19) destinée à être appli- . quée de manière étanche sur la surface extérieure du couvercle entourant l'ouverture de déversement, la bague d'étanchéité (9, 19) étant appuyée sur une nervure annulaire (8, 18) sans fin du corps de base (1).
2. Obturateur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface (20) en relief est constituée en surface d'application d'une pression située à proximité de la nervure marginale frontale (2) incurvée et la bague d'étanchéité (19) est appuyée dans une nervure de guidage (18) sans fin entourant le bord de l'ouverture de déversement.
3. Obturateur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la section de paroi (5) élastique est disposée entre deux parties (4) rigides de la nervure marginale frontale (4) en étant séparée par deux évidements (7).
4. Obturateur suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de la bague d'étanchéité (19) est plus grande que son épaisseur de paroi.
5. Obturateur suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (19) est bloquée entre la nervure de guidage (18) et un couvercle de blocage (21) pouvant être relié au corps de base (1).
6. Obturateur suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de blocage (21) présente des saillies (24) en forme de créneaux faisant saillie latéralement, qui pénètrent dans la région de paroi intérieure de la bague d'étanchéité (19).
7. Obturateur suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la fermeture est munie d'une embouchure de déversement (10) dont l'orifice de déversement (36) présente du côté de la boîte un évidement (37) latéral ménagé dans la paroi, la saillie (38) creuse se trouvant sur le couvercle de blocage (21) est recouverte en laissant une lumière (41) dans la paroi, la saillie (38) étant ouverte sur le côté éloigné de son ouverture de passage (42).
8. Obturateur suivant la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications suivantes, caractérisé en ce que l'un des becs (3, 6) en saillie est disposé sur un élément de blocage (26) guidé de manière mobile dans la direction radiale sur le corps de base (1).
9. Obturateur suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (26) est appuyé sur le corps de base (1) en sa position réglée au moyen d'un striage (31) ou d'un moyen analogue, et peut être bloqué sur le renflement du bord de la boîte au moyen d'un levier de réglage (30) monté pivotant sur le corps de base.
10. Obturateur suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage est constitué en étrier de blocage (34) monté pivotant sur le corps de base (1), qui présente une branche d'appui (35) coudée formant le bras de levier le plus court et s'accrochant sous le renflement du bord de la boîte et s'y appuyant élastiquement, tandis que l'étrier de blocage (34) peut pivoter au-delà d'une position de point mort.
