  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les doigts de guidage (68, 69) sont fixés sur un support commun (70) qui est suspendu à un cadre formant parallélogramme (72, 74) apte à pivoter sensiblement dans la direction des mèches de filtre (64, 66).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la distance séparant les axes des mèches de filtre (64, 66), après le dispositif de formage (62, 63) conçu sous forme de rouleaux déformants, pour un traitement ultérieur dans une machine à mèches doubles, est réduite à la distance séparant les axes des mèches de la machine à mèches doubles.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la distance séparant les axes des deux chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3) avant le dispositif de formage (62, 63) conçu sous forme de rouleaux déformants, est d'au moins environ 330 mm.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen pour étaler et/ou pour étirer comporte une paire de rouleaux (28, 30 ; 29, 31) montée sur un côté et entraînée par des moyens d'entraînement s'y rapportant.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un mécanisme d'entraînement propre est associé à chaque paire de rouleaux (28, 30 ; 29, 31).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les paires de rouleaux (28, 29, 30, 31) des moyens pour étaler et/ou étirer formant une unité sont montées côte à côte de manière coaxiale.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque chemin de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3) sont associés des moyens (26, 28, 30, 49 ; 27, 29, 31, 50) pour étaler, étirer et/ou traiter le matériau d'étoupe pour filtre et en ce que les moyens pour étaler, les moyens pour étirer et/ou les moyens pour traiter forment respectivement une unité dans laquelle ils sont disposés côte à côte transversalement à la direction des chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce caractérisé en ce que le premier rouleau (29a) de la paire de rouleaux extérieure est monté sur un premier arbre (34) et le premier rouleau (28a) de la paire de rouleaux intérieure est monté sur un premier tube (36) au travers duquel s'étend le premier arbre (34).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième rouleau de la paire de rouleaux extérieure est monté sur un deuxième arbre et le deuxième rouleau de la paire de rouleaux intérieure est monté sur un deuxième tube au travers duquel s'étend le deuxième arbre.
  13. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 2 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (44) pour traiter le matériau d'étoupe pour filtre comporte un agencement de caissons de pulvérisation (46) s'étendant en formant un angle, de préférence transversalement, à travers les chemins de guidage d'étoupe, lequel agencement est pourvu sur sa paroi (48) orientée vers les chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3) d'orifices de sortie (49, 50), associés aux chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3), pour la distribution de fluide de traitement sur le matériau d'étoupe pour filtre (4, 6), et en ce qu'aux emplacements situés entre les chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3) est disposée respectivement une première paroi de séparation à l'intérieur de l'agencement de caissons de pulvérisation (46) et respectivement une deuxième paroi de séparation (56) sur la paroi (48) orientée vers les chemins de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale des orifices de sortie (49, 50) est modifiable séparément par rapport à chaque chemin de guidage d'étoupe (2, 3), de préférence à l'aide de volets de dosage (53, 54) mobiles.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de caissons de pulvérisation (46) contient au moins une brosse rotative entraînée par un mécanisme d'entraînement, laquelle projette le fluide de traitement à travers les orifices de sortie (49, 50).
