Claims (15)
- Mélange de matières à mouler pour fabriquer des moules de coulée pour l'usinage des métaux, comprenant au moins :- un matériau de base de moule réfractaire ;- un liant à base de verre soluble ;- une portion d'un oxyde métallique sous forme de particules, qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par oxyde de silicium, oxyde d'aluminium, oxyde de titane et oxyde de zinc ;caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute au mélange de matières à mouler une portion d'au moins un agent tensioactif.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agent tensioactif est dissous dans le liant.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agent tensioactif est un agent tensioactif anionique.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'agent tensioactif est un groupement sulfate, sulfonate ou phosphate.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'agent tensioactif est choisi dans le groupe constitué par sulfate d'oléyle, sulfate de stéaryle, sulfate de palmityle, sulfate de myristyle, sulfate de lauryle, sulfate de décyle, sulfate d'octyle, sulfate de 2-éthylhexyle, sulfate de 2-éthyloctyle, sulfate de 2-éthyldécyle, sulfate de palmito-oléyle, sulfate de linoléyle, sulfonate de lauryle, sulfonate de 2-éthyldécyle, sulfonate de palmityle, sulfonate de stéaryle, sulfonate de 2-éthylstéaryle, sulfonate de linoléyle, phosphate d'hexyle, phosphate de 2-éthylhexyle, phosphate de capryle, phosphate de lauryle, phosphate de myristyle, phosphate de palmityle, phosphate de palmito-oléyle, phosphate d'oléyle, phosphate de stéaryle, phénolhydroxyphosphate de poly-(1,2-éthandiyle), phosphate de poly-(1,2-éthandiyl)-stéaryle, ainsi que du phosphate de poly-(1,2-éthandiyl)-oléyle.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agent tensioactif est contenu, par rapport au poids du matériau de base de moule réfractaire, dans une proportion de 0,001 à 1 % en poids, dans le mélange de matières à mouler.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de base de moule est formé tout au moins partiellement de matériau de base de moule réfractaire régénéré.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en outre par une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques suivantes :a) l'on ajoute au mélange de matières à mouler au moins un hydrate de carbone ;b) l'on ajoute au mélange de matières à mouler un composé contenant du phosphore ;c) l'oxyde métallique sous forme de particules est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'acide silicique précipité et l'acide silicique pyrogèné ;d) le verre soluble (silicate de sodium) présente un module SiO2/M2O dans la plage de 1,6 à 4,0, en particulier de 2,0 à 3,5, sachant que M représente des ions sodium et/ou potassium ;e) le liant inorganique est contenu dans le mélange de matières à mouler dans une proportion de moins de 20 % en poids ;f) l'oxyde métallique sous forme de particules est contenu dans une portion de 2 à 80 % en poids par rapport au liant ;g) le matériau de base de moule réfractaire contient au moins une proportion de microbilles ;h) le matériau de base de moule contient au moins une portion de granulés de verre, de perles de verre et/ou de corps de forme céramiques sous forme de billes ;i) le mélange de matières à mouler est un métal oxydable et est additionné d'un agent d'oxydation ;j) le mélange de matières à mouler contient une proportion d'au moins un additif organique solide à la température ambiante.
- Mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de matières à mouler contient un silane ou un siloxane.
- Procédé de fabrication de moules de coulée pour l'usinage des métaux, avec au moins les étapes suivantes :- fabrication d'un mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 ;- moulage du mélange de matières à mouler ;- durcissement du mélange de matières à mouler formé, par échauffement du mélange de matières à mouler formé, de manière à obtenir le moule de coulée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de matières à mouler est chauffé à une température dans la plage de 100 à 300 °C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'en vue du durcissement l'on insuffle de l'air chauffé dans le mélange de matières à mouler formé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'échauffement du mélange de matières à mouler formé est réalisé par l'action de micro-ondes.
- Moule de coulée, obtenu à partir du mélange de matières à mouler selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 et/ou selon un procédé conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13.
- Utilisation d'un moule de coulée selon la revendication 14 pour la coulée des alliages non ferreux, en particulier pour la coulée des alliages légers.
