Claims (24)
- 金属加工用鋳型を製造するための成形材料混合物であって、少なくとも:
−耐火性基礎成形材料、
−水ガラス系結合剤、
−二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタンおよび酸化亜鉛からなる群から選択される所定の割合の微粒子状の金属酸化物
を含み、
少なくとも1種の表面活性物質が、前記成形材料混合物に所定の割合で加えられることを特徴とする、成形材料混合物。 - 前記表面活性物質が、界面活性剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形材料。
- 前記界面活性剤が、アニオン性界面活性剤であることを特徴とする、請求項2に列挙されているような成形材料混合物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、スルフェート基、スルホネート基またはホスフェート基を保持することを特徴とする、請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載の成形材料混合物。

- 前記成形材料混合物が、室温で固体である無機添加剤の少なくとも一部を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記成形材料混合物が、少なくとも1種のシランまたはシロキサンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 少なくとも以下のステップ:
−請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の成形材料混合物を製造するステップと、
−前記成形材料混合物を成形するステップと、
−前記成形材料混合物を加熱することにより、前記成形材料混合物を硬化して、鋳型を得るステップと
を有する、金属加工用鋳型を製造する方法。 - 前記成形材料混合物が、100〜300℃の範囲の温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 熱風が、前記成形材料混合物を硬化するために該混合物に吹き込まれることを特徴とする、請求項19または20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形材料混合物の加熱が、マイクロ波の作用により行われることを特徴とする、請求項19から21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項19から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる鋳型。
- 金属を鋳造するため、特に軽金属を鋳造するための請求項23に記載の鋳型の使用。
