Claims (8)
- Machine de réception et stockage de petit matériel de voie (2) d'une voie ferrée (3), avec un mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles réglable en hauteur (24) disposé entre deux mécanismes de roulement ferroviaires (4) sur un châssis de machine (5) ainsi qu'avec un dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9), caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) le dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9) se compose de deux bandes transporteuses (10) qui présentent chacune à une extrémité de renvoi inférieure (11) un tambour magnétique rotatif (12) et une extrémité de déchargement (14) formée par une extrémité de renvoi supérieure (13) qui est positionnée au-dessus du châssis de machine (5),b) le mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles (24) est disposé entre le dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9) et le mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire arrière (4) par rapport à un sens de travail (6),c) au moins deux dispositifs (29) pouvant être déplacés par des entraînements (28) par rapport au châssis de machine (5), disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction longitudinale de machine, pour le guidage de rails (30) sont prévus par côté longitudinal de machine entre l'extrémité de renvoi inférieure (11) du dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9) et le mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire avant (4).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux dispositifs (29) pouvant être déplacés par des entraînements (28) par rapport au châssis de machine (5), disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction longitudinale de machine, pour le guidage de rails (30) sont prévus par côté longitudinal de machine à une extrémité de machine arrière (31).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un écart a entre le mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire avant (4) et l'extrémité de renvoi inférieure (11) du dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9) est au moins 50 % supérieur à un écart b limité par l'extrémité de renvoi inférieure (11) et le mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire arrière (4).
- Machine selon une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire auxiliaire réglable en hauteur (32) est disposé entre l'extrémité de renvoi inférieure (11) du dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9) et le mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles (24).
- Machine selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande transporteuse (17) se rattachant aux extrémités de déchargement (14) des deux bandes transporteuses (10) du dispositif de réception de petit matériel de voie (9), s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de machine, dont l'extrémité de déchargement (18) est prévue au-dessus du mécanisme de roulement ferroviaire avant (4), est prévue.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une station de transfert (19) pour une remise du petit matériel de voie (2) de la bande transporteuse (17) à un véhicule de transport (20) pouvant être déplacé dans la direction longitudinale de machine sur des wagons rattachés (21) est prévue sous l'extrémité de déchargement (18).
- Procédé de renouvellement d'une voie ferrée (3) avec une machine présentant des mécanismes de roulement ferroviaires (4) et un mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles (24), dans lequel des rails (30) et des traverses (38) sont renouvelés avec une avancée de travail continue et du petit matériel de voie (2) est détaché avant le retrait des anciens rails (30) des traverses (38) et rassemblé dans un container, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le retrait du petit matériel de voie (2) s'effectuant au moyen d'un tambour magnétique (12), les anciens rails (30) sont soulevés des traverses (38), et qu'après le retrait du petit matériel de voie (2), les nouveaux rails (30) sont déposés provisoirement sur les anciennes traverses (38) et de nouveau soulevés pour l'échange des traverses (38).
- Procédé de renouvellement d'une voie ferrée (3) avec une machine présentant des mécanismes de roulement ferroviaires (4) et un mécanisme de roulement sur chenilles (24), dans lequel des rails (30) et des traverses (38) sont renouvelés avec une avancée de travail continue et du petit matériel de voie (2) est détaché et rassemblé avant le retrait des anciens rails (30) des traverses (38), caractérisé en ce qu'avant le retrait du petit matériel de voie (2) s'effectuant au moyen d'un tambour magnétique (12), les anciens rails (30) sont soulevés des traverses (38), et que parallèlement à cela, les nouveaux rails (30) sont soulevés de la voie ferrée (3) et déposés sur les nouvelles traverses (38) après la mise en place de celles-ci.
