Claims (2)

  1. Procédé de renouvellement d'une voie ferrée (2) et de nettoyage d'un lit de ballast (3), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) l'ancienne voie ferrée (2) est soulevée du lit de ballast (3) par sections en tant qu'élément de voie préfabriqué (15), transportée au préalable dans un sens de travail (4) et déposée sur des wagons d'éléments de voie préfabriqués (8),
    b) le lit de ballast libéré (3) formant un intervalle de réfection (17) est nettoyé par une machine de nettoyage (11), les déblais (32) produits ce faisant sont transportés au préalable en dessous des éléments de voie préfabriqués (15) déposés sur les wagons d'éléments de voie préfabriqués (8) et stockés dans des wagons-silos (10),
    c) de nouveaux rails (29) logés au préalable en dessous de nouvelles traverses (27) positionnées sur des wagons de traverses (14) sont avancés par la machine de nettoyage (11) dans l'intervalle de réfection (17) et déposés sur le lit de ballast nettoyé (3),
    d) les nouvelles traverses (27) sont déposées sur le lit de ballast nettoyé (3) et connectées aux nouveaux rails (29) relevés du lit de ballast (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les nouveaux rails (29) sont tirés par une grue à portique (28) prévue pour le transport des nouvelles traverses (27) dans le sens de travail par paire dans une position de transfert avant (31) pour la réception par la machine de nettoyage (11).
