Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de renouvellement d'une voie (2) et de nettoyage d'un lit de ballast (3), selon lequel la vieille voie est soulevée du lit de ballast sur certaines parties sous forme de longueur de voie (15), prétransportée dans un sens de travail (4) puis déposée sur un wagon (8) destiné à recevoir des longueurs de voie. Le lit de ballast (3) dégarni, formant un espace vide (17), est nettoyé par une machine de nettoyage (11), les déblais (32) produits étant prétransportés en dessous des longueurs de voie (15) déposées sur le wagon (8) puis accumulés dans des wagons-silos (10). Des rails neufs (29) situés en dessous de traverses neuves (27), positionnées sur des wagons de traverses (14), sont avancés dans l'espace vide (17) par la machine de nettoyage (11) et déposés sur le lit de ballast (3) nettoyé. Les traverses neuves (27) sont déposées sur le lit de ballast nettoyé et assemblées aux rails neufs (29) soulevés du lit de ballast (3).
