  • step 7 the flechage knitting of the sole side knitted fabric portion 1B and the flechage knitting of the instep side knitted fabric portion 1A are sequentially performed in steps 5, 6 so that the number of courses of each knitted fabric portion 1B, 1A counting from step 1 becomes the same.
  • the upper knitted fabric portion 12 is knitted to a tubular shape (step 7) up to the opening 30 (see Fig. 4 ) to complete the sock 1.
  • the flat portion 210 may be formed with the side ends of the knitted fabric held at the FB and the BB.   • the sock 1 of the present embodiment suppresses the corner of an acute angle from being formed at the elastic knitted fabric portion 21 and forms a smooth line along the elastic knitted fabric portion 21 by providing the flat portion 210 between the upper knitted fabric portion 11 and the lower knitted fabric portion 12 in the vicinity of the elastic knitted fabric portion 21.
  • the step created at the contour of the sock near the elastic knitted fabric portion in the first embodiment can be alleviated.
  • the silhouette of the sock 1 becomes closer to the silhouette of the normal sock than the sock of the first embodiment.
  • the wearing state is no different from the sock of the first embodiment as shown in Fig. 4(B) , and the wearing feeling is also barely different from the sock of the first embodiment.

  • An intermediate knitted fabric portion 13 continuing to the elastic knitted fabric portion 22 is then knitted to a C-shape in steps 4 and 5.

  • step 7 the upper knitted fabric portion 12 continuing to the elastic knitted fabric portion 23 is flechage knitted to a C-shape, where knitting is switched to the knitting of tubular shape when the course on the left side of the plane of drawing of the elastic knitted fabric portion 23 and the course of the upper knitted fabric portion 12 are aligned, and knitting is performed to the opening to complete the sock.
  • the elastic knitted fabric portion obliquely extends with respect to the axis of the sock when the sock is seen from the instep side, for instance.
  • Such elastic knitted fabric portion can efficiently tighten the plantar arch by being arranged at a position corresponding to the plantar arch when the sock is worn.
  • Fig. 7 (A) shows a sock 1 in which each course of the first inclined portion, the elastic knitted fabric portion, and the second inclined portion are all parallel.

  • the flechage knitting is performed such that the knitting width sequentially increases when knitting the first inclined portion 11s, and the flechage knitting is also performed such that the knitting width sequentially increases when knitting the second inclined portion 12s.
  • the flechage knitting is performed such that the knitting width sequentially decreases when knitting the first inclined portion 11s, and the flechage knitting is also performed such that the knitting width sequentially decreases when knitting the second inclined portion 12s.
  • the sock 1 in both Figs. 7(B) and (C) can contract the elastic knitted fabric portion 20 along the circling direction thereof.
  • the sock has been described by way of example, but the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention may be clothes such as gloves, sweater and pants.
  • a four-bed flat knitting machine may be used for the flat knitting machine used in the method of the present invention.
  • the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention the tubular knitted fabric in which the circling directions of the elastic knitted fabric portion and other knitted fabric portions are different, and in which the elastic knitted fabric portion contracts in the circling direction thereof is obtained.
  • socks and supporters having high fitting feeling or the like can be manufactured.
  • the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention can be suitably used to knit the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention.

Claims (5)

  1. Strickverfahren für ein Schlauchgestrick (1), das einen ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteil (20, 21, 22, 23), einen ersten Basisgestrickteil (11), der mit einer Maschenreihe an einer Endseite in einer Axialrichtung des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Basisgestrickteil (12), der mit einer Maschenreihe einer anderen Endseite in der Axialrichtung des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, umfasst, wobei eine Flachstrickmaschine mit wenigstens einem Paar von Nadelbetten, die sich in einer Transversalrichtung erstrecken, und einander in einer Querrichtung gegenüberliegen, verwendet wird, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Stricken eines ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11s) durch das Durchführen eines Biegungsstrickens, um die Strickbreite während des fortschreitenden Strickens mittels des folgenden Prozesses zu verändern:
    Stricken des ersten Basisgestrickteils (11),
    Stricken des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) zu einer Ringform an eine Maschenreihe anschließend, die an einen offenen Rand des sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11 s) angereiht ist, unter Verwendung eines elastischen Fadens, der eine größere Dehnbarkeit aufweist als ein für das Stricken der Basisgestrickteile (11, 12) verwendeter Basisfaden, und
    Stricken eines zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (12s) durch das Durchführen eines Prozesses zum Stricken des zweiten Basisgestrickteils (12), der an eine Maschenreihe angereiht ist, die einen offenen Rand des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) bildet, und durch das Durchführen des Biegungsstrickens, um die Strickbreite während des fortschreitenden Strickens in dem Prozess zu verändern, wobei
    ein Mittelpunkt des Biegungsstrickens des ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11 s) und ein Mittelpunkt des Biegungsstrickens des zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (12s) einander im Wesentlichen innerhalb des Schlauchgestricks gegenüberliegen.
  2. Strickverfahren für ein Schlauchgestrick (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Maschenreihe, die den offenen Rand des ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11s) bildet, und/oder eine Maschenreihe des zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (12s), die an den offenen Rand des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) angereiht ist, Maschen verschiedener Reihen enthält.
  3. Strickverfahren für ein Schlauchgestrick (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Maschenreihe, die den offenen Rand des ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11s) bildet, und/oder eine Maschenreihe des zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (12s), die an den offenen Rand des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) angereiht ist, Maschen der gleichen Reihe enthält.
  4. Schlauchgestrick (1), das aufweist:
    einen ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteil (20, 21, 22, 23),
    einen ersten Basisgestrickteil (11), der mit einer Maschenreihe an einer Endseite in einer Axialrichtung des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, und
    einen zweiten Basisgestrickteil (12), der mit einer Maschenreihe einer anderen Endseite in der Axialrichtung des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, wobei:
    der ringförmige, elastische Gestrickteil (20, 21, 22, 23) aus Reihen besteht, die parallel zu der Kreisrichtung des ringförmigen, elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) sind, wobei die Reihen in einer Richtung, die in Bezug auf die Axialrichtung der Basisgestrickteile (11, 12) geneigt ist, aus einem elastischen Faden gebildet sind, der eine größere Dehnbarkeit aufweist als ein für das Stricken der Basisgestrickteile (11, 12) verwendeter Basisfaden,
    der erste Basisgestrickteil (11) einen ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teil (11s) aufweist, der durch ein Biegungsstricken gebildet ist und mit dem elastischen Gestrickteil (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist,
    der zweite Basisgestrickteil (12) einen zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teil (12s) aufweist, der durch ein Biegungsstricken gebildet ist und mit dem elastischen Gestrickteil (20, 21, 22, 23) verbunden ist, und
    ein Mittelpunkt des Biegungsstrickens des ersten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (11s) und ein Mittelpunkt des Biegungsstrickens des zweiten sich verschmälernden oder verbreiternden Teils (12s) einander im Wesentlichen innerhalb des Schlauchgestricks gegenüberliegen.
  5. Schlauchgestrick (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei wenigstens einer der Basisgestrickteile (11, 12) eine Reihe aufweist, die nicht-parallel zu der Kreisrichtung des elastischen Gestrickteils (20, 21, 22, 23) ist.
