Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) destiné à fermer et/ou ouvrir une partie mobile d'un véhicule, en particulier une porte, un hayon ou similaire,
    comprenant un support (20), un moyen d'actionnement (30), un système électronique (50) et un système de détection (60), dans lequel le moyen d'actionnement (30) est agencé dans la zone du support (20),
    le système de détection (60) est agencé dans la zone du moyen d'actionnement (30) et au moins un verrouillage ou un déverrouillage peut être déclenché directement ou indirectement au niveau du système de détection (60),
    le système électronique (50) interagit avec le système de détection (60) et
    le système électronique (50) commande un système de fermeture (40) destiné à verrouiller ou à déverrouiller,
    dans lequel un moyen de réception (70) est intégré par liaison de matériau dans le support (20) et/ou dans une coque de préhension (32), au moins une partie du système électronique (50) étant stockée en permanence dans le moyen de réception (70),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système électronique (50) est encapsulé au moyen d'une masse de scellement (110) dans le moyen de réception (70), et en ce qu'une antenne est agencée dans le moyen de réception (70) pour régler l'accès au véhicule, permettant ainsi une authentification par rapport au véhicule.
  2. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de réception (70) comprend un élément de boîtier (80) et un élément de recouvrement (90).
  3. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de réception (70) est relié au support de façon monobloc et/ou fait du même matériau que le support (20) et/ou la coque de préhension (32), le moyen de réception (70) étant notamment agencé au niveau d'un côté arrière (21) du support (20) et/ou de la coque de préhension (32).
  4. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support (20) et/ou la coque de préhension (32) forment un espace fermé côté sol et côté longitudinal avec le moyen de réception (70), notamment en ce que le support (20) et/ou la coque de préhension (32) forment un espace fermé côté sol et côté longitudinal avec l'élément de boîtier (80).
  5. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon les revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système électronique (50) peut être coulé dans l'élément de boîtier (80) avec la masse de scellement (110), notamment la masse de scellement (110) étant une résine monocomposant ou multicomposants et/ou une résine synthétique, de manière particulièrement préférée, une résine de polyester, de polyuréthane, une résine d'époxy et/ou une résine de silicone.
  6. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de réception (70) présente au moins une rainure ou un renflement (71), moyennant quoi une liaison d'engagement positif et/ou par engagement de force se produit entre le moyen de réception (70) et la masse de scellement (110).
  7. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (90) recouvre un côté tête de l'élément du boîtier (80) au moins dans des zones, notamment l'élément de recouvrement (90) fermant le moyen de réception (70) de sorte que le système électronique (50) et/ou la masse de scellement (110) sont protégés des influences externes.
  8. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément du boîtier (80) présente au moins un moyen de maintien (81) et l'élément de recouvrement (90) présente au moins un moyen de blocage (91) et le moyen de maintien (81) et le moyen de blocage (91) forment une liaison amovible réversible, le moyen de maintien (81) étant notamment un moyen d'encliquetage et le moyen de blocage (91) étant un moyen de contre-encliquetage et le moyen d'encliquetage étant agencé dans une zone de tête du moyen de réception (70).
  9. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de blocage (91) se présente en forme de tenon et est agencé au niveau du côté inférieur de l'élément de recouvrement (90) et projette dans la masse de scellement (110).
  10. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de réception (70), notamment l'élément de boîtier (80), présente au moins un moyen de positionnement (100), le moyen de positionnement (100) servant à maintenir et/ou à positionner le système électronique (50) dans le moyen de réception (70).
  11. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de positionnement (100) est relié d'une seule pièce au moyen de réception (70) et/ou fait dans le même matériau, notamment, en ce qu'une partie de l'élément de boîtier (80) forme le moyen de positionnement (100).
  12. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système électronique (50) est agencé sur une platine (51) et la platine (51) peut être reliée de manière amovible et réversible avec le moyen de positionnement (100), la platine (51) pouvant notamment être enfichée dans le moyen de positionnement (100).
  13. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système électronique (50) et/ou la platine (51) présentent au moins un élément caractéristique (52) qui interagit avec le moyen de positionnement (100) et garantit un positionnement clair du système électronique (50) et/ou de la platine (51) au sein du moyen d'actionnement (70).
  14. Dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen d'actionnement (70) présente un élément de palier (120) en forme de barre et l'élément de palier (120) est agencé dans la zone du moyen d'actionnement (30) et/ou du support (20), en particulier, l'élément de boîtier (80) étant relié d'une seule pièce à l'élément de palier (120) et/ou fait dans le même matériau.
  15. Véhicule équipé d'un dispositif d'actionnement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
