Die Erfindung betrifft eine Betätigungsvorrichtung, zum Schließen und/oder Öffnen eines beweglichen Teils, insbesondere einer Tür, einer Heckklappe oder dergleichen, mit einem Träger, einem Betätigungsmittel, einer Elektronik und einem Detektorsystem, wobei das Betätigungsmittel an dem Träger angeordnet ist. Das Detektorsystem ist im Bereich des Betätigungsmittels angeordnet und an dem Detektorsystem ist unmittelbar oder mittelbar zumindest ein Verriegeln oder Entriegeln auslösbar. Derartige Betätigungsvorrichtungen sind dem Fachmann zum Beispiel aus der KFZ-Technik bekannt. Dabei weist die Betätigungsvorrichtung ein Betätigungsmittel auf, mit der eine Tür eines Kraftfahrzeuges geöffnet oder geschlossen werden kann. Zusätzlich ist in dem Betätigungsmittel ein Detektorsystem integriert, das auf eine Annäherung der menschlichen Hand anspricht. Im Ansprechfall werden von dem Detektorsystem definierte Funktionen im Kraftfahrzeug ausgelöst, wie zum Beispiel ein Entriegeln des Türschlosses. Die für diese Funktionen notwendige Elektronik ist in einem Zusatzgehäuse integriert, welches auf die Rückseite der Betätigungsvorrichtung aufgesteckt ist. Diese separate Lagerung und Montage der Elektronik an die Betätigungsvorrichtung hat sich als kompliziert und kostenintensiv herausgestellt. Die so gewonnenen Informationen werden in einer Elektronik ausgewertet und/oder verarbeitet. Dabei umfasst der Begriff Elektronik sämtliche elektrisch betreibbaren Elemente, die für die Auswertung der Signale und Informationen des Detektorsystems Verwendung finden. Ebenfalls kann das Detektorsystem auch zur Übertragung eines Weck- und/oder Identifizierungssignals eingesetzt werden.
Der Begriff des Schließsystems umfasst nicht nur die mechanischen Komponenten, welche zur Ver- und Entriegelung von beweglichen Teilen wie der Türen benutzt werden. Vielmehr sind auch sämtliche elektromechanischen Systeme beinhaltet, die die mechanischen Komponenten ansteuern. Des Weiteren beinhaltet der Begriff Schließsysteme auch die in modernen Fahrzeugen vorhandene Zentralverriegelung. Diese ermöglicht ein vollständiges Ver- bzw. Entriegeln sämtlicher beweglicher Türen und Klappen eines Kraftfahrzeuges durch Betätigung eines Schließzylinders und/oder eines elektronischen Signalgebers. Bei solchen Schließsystemen kann es sich um so genannte Passive oder Active Keyless Entry System handeln.

In diese Nut strömt die Vergussmasse beim Vergießen und bildet somit eine kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung zum Aufnahmemittel. Auch ist es denkbar anstelle der Nut eine Ausbuchtung vorzusehen, die einen Formschluss mit der Vergussmasse bildet. Auf diese Weise wird sichergestellt, dass auch bei starken Vibrationen und Erschütterungen die Elektronik durch die Vergussmasse sicher im Aufnahmemittel gelagert bzw. gehalten ist.
Als zweckmäßig hat es sich erwiesen, wenn das Aufnahmemittel, insbesondere das Gehäuseelement, auf dem Träger aufgeschweißt ist. Zu diesem Zweck können die beiden zuvor genannten Bauteile aus Kunststoff bestehen. In einer denkbaren Ausführung der Erfindung kann das Aufnahmemittel durch Laserschweißen an der dem Innenraum zugewandten Seite des Trägers befestigt sein. Beispielsweise kann das Aufnahmemittel lasertransparent ausgeführt sein und die Oberfläche des Trägers den Laser absorbieren. Insbesondere kann die Oberfläche mit einem bestimmten Werkstoff beschichtet sein, damit der Träger zum absorbierenden Medium wird. Das Laserschweißen kann in einer möglichen Ausführungsform unter Schutzgasatmosphäre erfolgen. In einer weiteren Ausführungsvariante weist das Gehäuseelement mindestens ein Haltemittel und das Deckelelement ein Sperrmittel auf, wobei das Haltemittel und das Sperrmittel eine reversibel lösbare Verbindung bilden. Insbesondere kann es sich bei dem Haltemittel um ein Rastmittel und bei dem Sperrmittel ein Gegenrastmittel handeln und das Rastmittel in einem Kopfbereich des Aufnahmemittels angeordnet sein. So bedarf das Gegenrastmittel nur eines sehr geringen Bauraums und schränkt den Innenraum des Aufnahmemittels unwesentlich ein. Weiterhin kann die Kinematik der Rast- bzw. Gegenrastmittel umgekehrt werden und das Haltemittel das Gegenrastmittel aufweisen, in welches ein Rastmittel eingreift, das an dem Sperrmittel angeordnet ist. Optional kann ebenfalls das Deckelelement an das Gehäuseelement angeschweißt sein, wodurch es unlösbar verbunden ist. Kernpunkt des Ausführungsbeispiels ist ein Schutz des Innenraumes des Aufnahmemittels vor äußeren Einflüssen. Da im Allgemeinen die Elektronik auf einer Platine angeordnet ist, hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn das Positionierungsmittel mit der Platine derart zusammenwirkt, das letztere reversibel lösbar mit dem Positionierungsmittel verbindbar ist. So hat es sich als zweckdienlich erwiesen, wenn das Positionierungsmittel als eine Art Schnapper oder Klemme ausgebildet ist, in die die Platine eingesteckt werden kann. In einer denkbaren Ausgestaltung kann das Positionierungselement mit dem Aufnahmemittel einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich verbunden sein. Dieses ist insbesondere dann vorteilhaft, wenn das Aufnahmemittel aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist und das Positionierungsmittel durch ein Ziehen, Gießen und/oder Pressen in eine entsprechende Form gebracht wird. Um auch bei der großindustriellen Produktion der Betätigungsvorrichtung eine eindeutige Lage der Kabel garantieren zu können, kann die Elektronik und/oder die Platine wenigstens ein charakteristisches Element aufweisen. Dieses charakteristische Element wirkt mit dem Positionierungsmittel zusammen und gewährleistet eine eindeutige Anordnung der Elektronik und/oder der Platine innerhalb des Aufnahmemittels. Bei dem charakteristischen Element kann es sich um eine Ausformung, ein Rastmittel, eine Bohrung und/oder eine Struktur handeln. Als vorteilhaft haben sich für das komplementäre Positionierungsmittel eine Nase, ein Gegenrastmittel, ein Stift und/oder eine zur Struktur entgegengesetzte Gegenstruktur erwiesen. Durch das Zusammenwirken des charakteristischen Elementes und des Positionierungsmittels ist gewährleistet, dass das Einbringen der Elektronik in das Aufnahmemittel nur in einer vordefinierten Art und Weise möglich ist. Versuche, die Elektronik in einer anderen als der vorgesehenen Lage in das Aufnahmemittel einzuführen, werden verhindert. Als vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn das Positionierungsmittel aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist, dessen Härte geringer ist als jene der Platine. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, dass beim Einschieben der Platine in das Positionierungsmittel keine Schäden an der Platine auftreten können. Ebenfalls ist es denkbar, dass das zuvor erwähnte charakteristische Element der Platine mit elektrischen Kontakten versehen ist, die mit den Kontakten an dem Positionierungsmittel eine elektrische Verbindung eingehen. Somit können z. B. die elektrischen Anschlusskabel indirekt an den Kontakten des Positionierungsmittels angeordnet sein, um bei einer Montage der Platine die Elektronik elektrisch mit der übrigen Fahrzeugelektrik bzw. -elektronik zu verbinden. Folglich können auf zusätzliche Anschlusskabel an der Platine bzw. Elektronik verzichtet werden.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Betätigungsvorrichtung kann das Aufnahmemittel ein stabartiges Lagerelement aufweisen. Das Lagerelement kann im Bereich des Betätigungsmittel und/oder des Trägers angeordnet sein. Das Lagerelement dient insbesondere als Lager für das Detektorsystem oder einzelne Elemente des Detektorsystems. Wie schon beschrieben, wird häufig ein Ver- oder Entriegeln des Schließsystems durch ein Berühren des Betätigungsmittels ausgelöst. Um das Detektorsystem in die Nähe des Betätigungsmittels zu positionieren, hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, ein fingerartiges Lagerelement zu verwenden, welches senkrecht zur Trägerebene angeordnet ist und in Richtung des Betätigungsmittels ragt. In einer denkbaren Ausführung können das Lagerelement und das Gehäuseelement einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich verbunden sein. Dadurch reduzieren sich die Kosten beim Herstellen der Betätigungsvorrichtung und ein einheitlicher Verguss des Aufnahmemittels und des Lagerelementes mit Vergussmasse ist möglich. Die erfindungsgemäße Betätigungsvorrichtung verfügt über eine Antenne, welche in dem Aufnahmemittel, insbesondere auf der Platine und/oder in dem Lagerelement angeordnet ist. Zu diesem Zwecke sendet der Signalgeber - auch ID-Geber genannt - codierte Informationen. Das Kraftfahrzeug empfängt und vergleicht diese Informationen mit gespeicherten Daten. Im Falle einer positiven Auswertung der empfangen Informationen kann das Schließsystem die Türen des Kraftfahrzeuges ent- oder verriegeln. Bei modernen Kraftfahrzeugen findet häufig nicht nur ein einmaliges Sendung von Informationen statt, sondern vielmehr eine mehrschichtige bidirektionale Kommunikation zwischen dem elektronischen Signalgeber und dem Kraftfahrzeug. Zum Transport der Informationen werden im Allgemeinen elektromagnetische Wellen als Trägersystem verwendet. Um diese elektromagnetischen Wellen zu empfangen bzw. zu senden, ist in dem Kraftfahrzeug eine Sende- und Empfangseinheit integriert, die eine Antenne aufweist. Als vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn diese Antenne in dem Aufnahmemittel, insbesondere auf der Platine angeordnet ist.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung enthalten das Aufnahmemittel und/oder einzelne Elemente des Aufnahmemittels einen Kunststoff, ein Metall und/oder einen Verbundwerkstoff. In order to enable a reversibly releasable connection between the housing element 80 and the cover element 90, the latter has two blocking means 91. These locking means 91 cooperate with a holding means 81 and a receptacle 27. In the illustrated embodiment, the one locking means 91 is configured like a hook and engages in the receptacle 27 in the wall 20 a. The second locking means 91 has the functionality of a locking means and cooperates with the designed as a bore holding means 81. If a cover element 90 80 reversibly releasing from the housing element 80 is not desired, at least one of the blocking means 91 shown can be made so large that it protrudes into the potting compound 110. In Fig. 5 ist eine weitere Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Betätigungsvorrichtung 10 dargestellt. Im Gegensatz zum ersten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Träger 20 ein Rahmenelement 22 auf, welches die - in der Zeichnung nicht sichtbare - Griffschale 32 vollständig überdeckt. Zur Versteifung weist das Rahmenelement 22 rippenartige Strukturen 24 auf. Zwischen diesen Strukturen 24 ist das erfindungsgemäße Aufnahmemittel 70 gelagert. Wie auch im oben beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Aufnahmemittel 70 ein Gehäuseelement 80 und ein Deckelelement 90 auf. Zusätzlich ist an einer der Querseiten des Aufnahmemittels 70 ein stabartiges Lagerelement 120 angebracht. Dieses Lagerelement 120 ist einstückig und materialeinheitlich mit dem Aufnahmemittels 70 verbunden. Die Funktion des Lagerelementes 120 besteht darin, dass gesamte oder einzelne Elemente des Detektorsystems 60 zu lagern. Neben der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Anordnung kann das Detektorsystem 60 auch in Höhe des Schließzylinders 43 in der Betätigungsvorrichtung 10 angeordnet sein. Um eine entsprechende Positionierung zu erreichen, haben sich stabartige Lagerelemente 120 als vorteilhaft erwiesen, die vom Träger 20 in Richtung des Betätigungsmittels 30 ragen. Durch die einstückige und materialeinheitliche Kombination von Lagerelement 120 und Aufnahmemittel 70 ist ein einheitlicher Verguss mit der Vergussmasse 110 erreichbar. Somit entsteht zwischen dem das Detektorsystem 60 aufnehmenden Lagerelement 120 und dem die Elektronik 50 lagernden Aufnahmemittel 70 kein Zwischenraum, durch den Feuchtigkeit eindringen kann.In Fig. 5 a further embodiment of the actuating device 10 according to the invention is shown. Claims (15)

  1. An operating device (10) for opening and/or closing of a moving part of an automobile, in particular a door, a tailgate or the like,
    comprising a carrier (20), an operating means (30), an electronic system (50) and a detector system (60), wherein
    the operating means (30) is arranged on the carrier (20),
    the detector system (60) is arranged in the area of the operating means (30) and at least one locking or unlocking operation can be triggered directly or indirectly on the detector system (60),
    the electronic system (50) cooperates with the detector system (60) and
    the electronic system (50) controls a lock system (40) for the locking or the unlocking, wherein receptacle means (70) is integrated in the carrier (20) and/or in a handle shell (32) in an integrally-bonded manner, wherein at least one part of the electronic system (50) is permanently supported in the receptacle means (70),
    characterized in that
    the electronic system (50) is cast with a casting compound (110) in the receptacle means (70), and in that an antenna is arranged in the receptacle means (70) for regulating access to the automobile, whereby an authentication towards the automobile is made possible.
  2. The operating device (10) according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the receptacle means (70) comprises a housing element (80) and a cover element (90).
  3. The operating device (10) according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the receptacle means (70) is connected in one piece and/or in a material-uniform manner to the carrier (20) and/or to the handle shell (32), wherein the receptacle means (70) in particular is arranged on a rear side (21) of the carrier (20) and/or the handle shell (32).
  4. The operating device (10) according to one of the claims 2 to 3,
    characterized in that
    the carrier (20) and/or the handle shell (32) together with the receptacle means (70) form a space that is closed on bottom and longitudinal sides, in particular in that the carrier (20) and/or the handle shell (32) together with the housing element (80) form a space that is closed on bottom and longitudinal sides.
  5. The operating device (10) according to one of the claims 2 to 4,
    characterized in that
    the electronic system (50) can be cast with the casting compound (110) in the housing element (80), wherein the casting compound (110) in particular, is a single-component resin or a multi-component resin and/or a synthetic resin, particularly preferably a polyester-, polyurethane-, epoxy- and/or silicone- resin.
  6. The operating device (10) according to claim 5,
    characterized in that
    the receptacle means (70) comprises at least one notch or bulge (71), whereby a non-positive and/or positive connection is formed between the receptacle means (70) and the casting compound (110).
  7. The operating device (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the cover element (90) covers a head area of the housing element (80) in at least some areas, wherein in particular the cover element (90) seals the receptacle means (70) in such a way that the electronic system (50) and/or the casting compound (110) is/are protected from external influences.
  8. The operating device (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the housing element (80) comprises at least one retaining means (81) and the cover element (90) comprises at least one locking means (91) and the retaining means (81) and the locking means (91) form a reversibly releasable connection, wherein in particular the retaining means (81) is a latch means and the locking means (91) is a mating latch means and the latch means is arranged in a head area of the receptacle means (70).
  9. The operating device (10) according to claim 8,
    characterized in that
    the locking means (91) is shaped like a pin and arranged on the lower side of the cover element (90) and protrudes into the casting compound (110).
  10. The operating device (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the receptacle means (70), in particular the housing element (80), comprises at least one positioning means (100), wherein the positioning means (100) serves for retaining and/or positioning the electronic system (50) in the receptacle means (70).
  11. The operating device (10) according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the positioning means (100) is connected to the receptacle means (70) in one piece and/or in a material-uniform manner, in particular in that one part of the housing element (80) forms the positioning means (100).
  12. The operating device (10) according to one of the claims 10 or 11,
    characterized in that
    the electronic system (50) is arranged on a circuit board (51) and the circuit board (51) is reversibly releasably connectable to the positioning means (100), wherein in particular the circuit board (51) can be inserted in the positioning means (100).
  13. The operating device (10) according to one of the claims 10 to 12,
    characterized in that
    the electronic system (50) and/or the circuit board (51) comprises at least one characteristic element (52) which cooperates with the positioning means (100) and ensures a definite positioning of the electronic system (50) and/or the circuit board (51) within the receptacle means (70).
  14. The operating device (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the receptacle means (70) comprises a rod-type bearing element (120) and the rod-type bearing element (120) is arranged in the area of the operating means (30) and/or the carrier (20), wherein in particular the housing element (80) is connected to the bearing element (120) in one piece and/or in a material-uniform manner.
  15. An automobile comprising an operating device (10) according to one of the preceding claims.
