Claims (10)

  1. Closing system, particularly for vehicles, consisting at the vehicle side of a handle (10) comprising two cover sections (11, 12) and a lock on at least one door (22) flap or similar, and also an electronic controller,
    with it being possible to switch the lock between two states, i.e. a first state that prevents the opening of the door and a second state that enables the door or flap or similar to be opened,
    and whereby at least on switching element (18) is arranged in a holder (16) of the handle (10), by means of which the electronic controller can be activated, enabling the lock to be switched from its first state to a second state enabling the opening of doors, flaps or similar,
    and with the handle (10) having a window cutout (14) in the area of the holder (16) in its outer wall (19, 20), in which a sensing surface (15) for actuation of the switching element (18) is arranged,
    characterized in that
    the switching element (18) is arranged in a watertight, enclosed inner space (21, 21', 21") of a container (13, 13', 13'', 13'''),
    this container (13, 13', 13", 13''') is located without a clearance in the holder (16) so that a sensing surface (15) located on a cover part (32, 32') of the container (13, 13', 13'', 13''') connects to the window cutout (14) forming a positive connection and a watertight connection between the switching element (18) and the electronic controller is guaranteed, with electrical control lines (43) connected to the switching element (18) being led out of the container (13, 13', 13'', 13''') via a media-tight enclosed cable bushing (45) and being connected to a connector part (42) that is connected to the electronic controller in the vehicle arranged in the handle (10).
  2. Closing system in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that guides (17) are provided in the handle (10) in the area of the holder (16) to ensure that the container (13) is located without play and is secured against impact.
  3. Closing system in accordance with claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the container (13, 13', 13'', 13''') has grooves (34) in which the edges (35, 36) of the basic section (11) and the cover part engage to form a positive connection.
  4. Closing system in accordance with claim 1 or 3, characterized in that an additional switching element (25) is fitted to secure the closing system in the handle (10) that can be actuated by means of a sensing surface (26).
  5. Closing system in accordance with claim 4, characterized in that the additional switching element (25) for securing the closing system is integrated into the container (13).
  6. Closing system in accordance with one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the switching elements (18, 25) are microswitches.
  7. Closing system in accordance with one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the switching elements (18, 25) are pressure sensors.
  8. Closing system in accordance with one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the switching elements (18, 25) are switching membranes.
  9. Closing system in accordance with one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the switching element (25) for securing the closing system is arranged in a window cutout (27) in a side (24) of the handle (10) facing away from the door (52).
  10. Closing system in accordance with one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that markings (22) that can be recognized and/or identified by touch are provided on the sensing surface (15).
