Description

  • The present invention relates to a motor vehicle door locking system according to the preamble of claim 1, a door handle for a motor vehicle door according to claim 23 and a motor vehicle door according to claim 25.
  • In motor vehicle door locking systems, usually a door inside handle has been mechanically connected to an associated motor vehicle door lock. When pulling the inside handle of the door - so when it is actuated - unintentional opening of the associated motor vehicle door is unlikely due to the inertia and / or stiffness of the mechanism. The use of an electric lock as a motor vehicle door lock with a button for electrical control and unlock or open has already been proposed. In this case, however, compared to the mechanical control, there is a significantly increased risk that an unintentional actuation of the pushbutton or another actuating device leads to an unintentional opening of the associated motor vehicle door.
  • The present invention has for its object to provide, as an accidental opening of a motor vehicle door when using an electrically controlled motor vehicle door lock, so a so-called electric lock, can be avoided.
  • The above object is first achieved by a motor vehicle door locking system according to claim 1. Advantageous developments are subject matter of claims 2 to 22. The above object is also achieved by a door handle for a motor vehicle door according to claim 23. In that regard, claim 24 summarizes advantageous developments together. Finally, the object indicated above is also achieved by a motor vehicle door as a whole, which has a corresponding motor vehicle door locking system and a corresponding inside door handle, all described in claim 25.
  • An essential idea of the present invention is to provide a second actuator beyond a first actuator for electrical control and unlocking and / or opening the associated motor vehicle door lock only with simultaneous actuation of both actuators and / or prior release of the first actuator by pressing the allow second actuator. This avoids that an unintentional actuation of the first actuating device can lead to unintentional unlocking and / or opening of the motor vehicle door lock and thus of the associated motor vehicle door.
  • According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the two actuators are arranged on a door inside handle on different, in particular opposite sides, so that different hand areas and / or fingers must be used to operate the two actuators. Consequently, an unintentional actuation of one of the two, for example, to the vehicle interior facing controls - for example, by an arm or leg of a vehicle occupant -not to an unwanted unlocking and / or opening the associated motor vehicle door lock, as a previous or simultaneous operation of the other actuator not is done.
  • According to a very particularly preferred embodiment, the actuating devices are designed and / or arranged such that a gripping around a door inner handle for their operation and thus for unlocking or opening an associated motor vehicle door lock is required. This ensures that an operator when unlocking or opening the motor vehicle door holds the door inside handle in his hand and is therefore prepared for a possible opening motor vehicle door.
  • Depending on the configuration, the additionally provided second actuating device can also act in such a way that the first actuating device is unlocked only by its actuation, wherein this can be done mechanically and / or electrically.
  • The term "actuation" is in the present invention, in a more strict sense than mechanical action of an operator or a vehicle occupant, in particular with a hand or a finger on a button, switch or the like. Or a deformation of a handle portion by the operator understand. In a broader sense, however, this is also an approach - for example, to a sensor or a door handle - and / or touching a door handle portion or the like. Understand, the approach or touch can be detected and evaluated as an operation.
  • It should be noted that the proposed solution can also be used with an outside door handle or other handling elements. This applies in particular to the teaching according to claim 23, which has independent significance and according to which a door handle is claimed as such. This door handle can be configured accordingly as an inside door handle, as an outside door handle or as another handling element.
  • The use of the proposed solution results in a motor vehicle door locking system with a passive entry function for unlocking the motor vehicle door lock from the outside to very special advantages. The unlocking of the motor vehicle door lock begins in such a system with a start-up interval to activate the system upon approach of the operator. An authorization check interval follows to check the operator for his authorization. For this purpose, the operator carries, for example, a remote control module with it, with the appropriate signals can be exchanged. Finally, the action interval follows, in which the actual unlocking is carried out in the motor vehicle door lock. After completion of the action interval, the motor vehicle door lock can be opened.
  • According to a particularly preferred embodiment, one of the actuators is now used to start the start-up interval described above. For this purpose, this actuator is preferably designed as a proximity switch. The subsequent operation of the other actuator then preferably leads to the motor vehicle door lock is opened, provided that the action interval, ie the unlocking is completed. Again, it is basically so that the opening of the motor vehicle door lock is only possible with simultaneous or successive operation of both controls. Operation with two actuators makes it possible to avoid waiting times for the operator during the start-up interval, the authorization check interval and the action interval.   • Preferably, each motor vehicle door lock 3 is motor, in particular electric motor, unlocked and lockable and / or openable, as in the schematic representation of the proposed door closing system 2 according to Fig. 2 shown.
  • The motor vehicle door lock 3, in the illustrated example, an actuator or drive 5, which acts on a conventional locking mechanism, here a pawl 6, which serves to secure an associated rotary latch 7 of the motor vehicle door lock 3. It goes without saying that other types of locking mechanisms can be used here.
  • The actuator 5 in particular has an electric motor. Instead of the preferred embodiment as an electric lock, the actuator 5, however, for example, also act pneumatically or hydraulically or be actuated. In any case, the motor vehicle door lock 3 is preferably electrically controlled or controlled.
  • The motor vehicle door lock 3 has a control unit 8 for controlling or activating the actuator 5 and / or for detecting, possibly also evaluating, actuation signals.
  • The motor vehicle door lock 3 or its control unit 8 is connected via a plug connection 9 to a preferably central control device 10 of the motor vehicle 1 or of the motor vehicle door closing system 2.
  • The motor vehicle door lock 3 are associated with a first actuating device 11 and a second actuating device 12, which are in the illustrated example - as indicated by the dotted lines 13 - electrically connected directly to the motor vehicle door lock 3 and its control unit 8. However, the actuators 11, 12 can optionally also be connected to the control device 10. In any case, serve the actuators 11, 12 of an electrical control of the associated motor vehicle door lock. 3
  • In the illustrated example, the actuators 11, 12 are associated with a door inner handle 14, in particular arranged on and / or integrated in this, as in Fig. 2 indicated.   • The inside door handle 14 is arranged on the inside of the door 15 on the associated motor vehicle door 4, which in Fig. 3 is shown schematically and only partially.

  • The first actuating device 11 is preferably formed in the illustrated example as a button 19 which is actuated, for example by means of the thumb 20 of the hand 16, as in Fig. 3 indicated.
  • The second actuator 12 has in the illustrated embodiment, a sensor 21 which can detect an approach and / or touch of the hand 16 and the fingers 17, in particular an engagement of the fingers 17 in the interior 18 and / or embracing the door inner handle 14. In particular, the sensor 21 operates capacitively. However, the sensor 21 may, for example, also operate inductively, piezoelectrically or optically.
  • Preferably, the sensor 21 is designed as a switch or evaluable switching, so that an operation can be detected. An actuation is present in particular when the hand 16 or the fingers 17 at least partially and / or partially surround the door inner handle 14, touch and / or engage in the inner space 18.
  • A corresponding evaluation of the detected signals is possible within the second actuating device 12, in the sensor 21, in the inside door handle 14, in the control unit 8 and / or in the control device 10. The same applies to the first actuating device 11.
  • If necessary, the sensor 21 is designed as a proximity switch and / or touch switch. Instead of the sensor 21, however, it is also possible to use a push-button 19 or another suitable switching device or the like for the second actuating device 12.
  • Instead of the pushbutton 19, a sensor 21 or another suitable switching device or the like can also be used as needed for the first actuating device 11.
  • According to the proposal it is provided that only when a simultaneous operation - ie temporally overlapping operation - the two actuators 11, 12 takes place or is detected, the associated motor vehicle door lock 3 unlocks or opens. This can be done by appropriate interconnection of the actuators 11, 12 and / or corresponding evaluation of output from the actuators 11, 12 actuation signals - for example, in the control unit 8 and / or the control device 10. If necessary, this evaluation can also be integrated into the inside door handle 14 be; in this case it is a "smart" inside door handle 14.
  • In addition to the requirement of simultaneous or temporally overlapping actuation of the two actuators 11, 12 may be provided - in particular in the illustration - that first actuation of the second actuator 12 - ie in particular an intervention in the door inner handle 14 and its interior 18 -. must take place and only then with subsequent actuation of the first actuating device 11 - in the illustrated example of the push button 19 with the thumb 20 - unlocking or opening of the associated motor vehicle door lock 3 takes place or is possible.
  • Of course, this can be overridden by a child safety device or the like. If necessary, upon actuation of both actuators 11, 12 in itself unlocking or opening the motor vehicle door lock 3, so that then no unlocking or opening of the motor vehicle door lock 3 takes place.
  • An opening of the motor vehicle door lock 3 or the motor vehicle door 4 by unintentional operation of an opening button 19 or the like. Provisionally thus prevented that two actuators 11, 12 are provided and used or designed or evaluated that the motor vehicle door lock 3 unlocks or opens only when both actuators 11, 12 are operated simultaneously.   • If necessary, both actuators 11, 12 each have a button 19 and / or a sensor 21 and / or a suitable switch or the like. Preferably, the side facing the vehicle interior side or top of the door inner handle 14 or integrated into this first actuating device 11 is formed such that a mechanical actuation - in the representation of the probe 19 - or deformation - so a relatively strong mechanical action - the operator is required for operation.
  • The second actuator 12 is preferably, however, arranged on an opposite or to the interior of the door inner handle 14 at least partially limited 18 side or bottom of the door inner handle 14 or integrated therein and designed such that an approximation or contact - so at most low mechanical impact of a Operator-as actuation is sufficient.   • The proposed solution is basically also used in an outside door handle or other handling elements.
  • In addition or as an alternative to the described electrical or electronic combination or evaluation of the actuating signals from both actuating devices 11 and 12, the second actuating device 12 can also act mechanically on the first actuating device 11 -for example as a mechanical lock.
  • According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the motor vehicle door locking system 2 is equipped with a passive entry function for unlocking the motor vehicle door lock 3. This has already been explained in the general part of the description. When unlocking by means of the passive entry function, a start-up interval, an authorization check interval and an action interval are consecutively run through. The start-up interval is now preferably started by the actuation of at least one of the two actuating devices 11, 12.
