Claims (7)
- Procédé de stabilisation de fioul domestique et de gazole, obtenus par distillation fractionnée, ou d'huile de pyrolyse, issue de la pyrolyse de caoutchouc ou de matières organiques, lequel consiste à autoriser voire favoriser d'abord un assombrissement dudit gazole ou fioul domestique ou de ladite huile de pyrolyse en soumettant le gazole, le fioul domestique ou l'huile de pyrolyse à un traitement d'oxydation, pour ensuite soumettre le gazole, le fioul domestique ou l'huile de pyrolyse, lequel est désormais de couleur sombre, à une étape de distillation faisant en sorte que sa coloration sombre disparaisse, ladite distillation étant à cet effet mise en oeuvre dans un évaporateur à couche mince, en introduisant le gazole, le fioul domestique ou l'huile de pyrolyse, lequel présente une coloration altérée, dans un évaporateur à couche mince mis sous pression négative où il/elle passe, sous forme d'une couche mince, à travers une surface d'évaporation dont la température est comprise entre 180 et 240 °C, pour ainsi obtenir un constituant en phase vapeur lequel est ensuite récupéré, par condensation, sous forme de gazole ou de fioul domestique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fioul domestique ou le gazole, lesquels doivent être stabilisés, ont été obtenus par distillation fractionnée de la phase vapeur issue d'un processus visant à dépolymériser des résidus contenant des hydrocarbures.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pendant une phase d'entreposage laquelle précède la distillation du fioul domestique ou du gazole visant à faire disparaître sa coloration sombre, l'assombrissement est ralenti ou arrêté par mise à l'abri de la lumière ou de l'air ou par stockage sous atmosphère protectrice.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit traitement d'oxydation est réalisé sous atmosphère oxydante, notamment au moyen d'oxygène, de préférence au moyen d'air.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 bis 4, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la phase d'assombrissement, le gazole ou le fioul domestique est soumis à un processus de mélange intensif, de préférence à un barbotage, au moyen d'au moins un fluide à action oxydante.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le gazole ou le fioul domestique, lequel présente une coloration altérée, est introduit dans un évaporateur à couche mince mis sous pression négative où il passe, sous forme d'une couche mince, à travers une surface d'évaporation dont la température est comprise entre 200 et 230 °C, pour ainsi obtenir un constituant en phase vapeur lequel est ensuite récupéré, par condensation, sous forme de gazole ou de fioul domestique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'évaporation en couche mince est réalisée à une pression absolue d'environ 1 à 500 mbar, de préférence comprise entre 2 et 100 mbar.
