Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1) pour un moteur à combustion interne, ayant :
    a) un boîtier entraîné (4),
    b) un élément de sortie (rotor 6) qui peut être connecté fixement en termes de rotation à l'arbre à cames (2) et qui peut tourner par rapport au boîtier (4) pour ajuster le mouvement du dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1), et
    c) un élément à ressort (29) qui agit entre le boîtier entraîné (4) et l'élément de sortie (rotor 6),
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) est agencé en dehors du boîtier (4) et est agencé radialement à l'intérieur de l'élément d'entraînement ou de l'engrenage d'entraînement (roue à chaîne 3) du dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1).
  2. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un point de base du ressort (30) est supporté sur un élément de support (broche 21) qui
    a) est connecté fixement en termes de rotation à l'élément de sortie (rotor 6) qui est agencé dans le boîtier (4), et
    b) pénètre dans une découpure (25) d'une paroi du boîtier (4), en permettant un mouvement relatif entre le boîtier (4) et l'élément de support (broche 21).
  3. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (broche 21) est supporté par rapport à un élément de sortie qui est configuré sous forme de rotor (6) du dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1) dans la structure en cellules à ailettes.
  4. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support est configuré sous forme de broche (21).
  5. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la broche (21) est connectée au rotor (6) par le biais d'un ajustement à joint serré.
  6. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du boîtier (4) a une découpure (25) qui s'étend dans la direction circonférentielle et à travers laquelle passe l'élément de support (broche 21), en permettant une rotation relative.
  7. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint (19) est prévu entre le rotor (6) et le boîtier (4) dans la région entourant la découpure (25).
  8. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) est configuré avec un ressort de torsion hélicoïdal (32).
  9. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) est agencé sur le côté du dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1) qui est tourné vers une culasse de cylindre.
  10. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'entraînement (saillie 22) du dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames (1) a un alésage central (38) ou une gorge annulaire dans lequel ou laquelle l'élément à ressort (29) est reçu.
  11. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) est agencé dans la direction axiale entre le boîtier (4) et un recouvrement (couvercle 37).
  12. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) a au moins un point de base de ressort en forme de crochet (30, 31), qui est accroché dans l'élément de sortie (rotor 6), l'élément de support (broche 21) et/ou le boîtier (4), ou un composant qui est connecté fixement en termes de rotation à un composant de ce type.
  13. Dispositif de réglage d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (29) est supporté sur une butée (34) dans la direction radiale dans la région entourant un point de base du ressort (30), dans laquelle direction radiale l'accrochage du point de base du ressort (30) dans l'élément de sortie (rotor 6), l'élément de support (broche 21) ou le boîtier (4), est libéré.
