Claims (9)

  1. Train de chargement de rails pour le transport de rails soudés en longueur (5), comprenant des wagons de chargement (4) déplaçables sur une voie ferrée (3) et un dispositif (12) disposé côté extrémité sur le train de chargement de rails (1) pour l'ancrage des rails (5), dans lequel
    a) le dispositif (12) pour l'ancrage des rails (5) se compose d'un certain nombre de dispositifs d'insertion (13) prévus chacun pour l'ancrage d'un rail individuel (5) et présentant une ouverture d'introduction (20) et une butée de rail (22),
    b) chaque dispositif d'insertion (13) présente deux mâchoires de serrage (14) qui sont écartées l'une de l'autre pour former l'ouverture d'introduction (20) dans une direction s'étendant perpendiculairement à une âme (21) du rail (5) à bloquer,
    c) au moins une mâchoire de serrage (14) est équipée d'un moyen de serrage (23) pour un contact de l'âme du rail (21) avec celui-ci,
    d) les deux mâchoires de serrage (14) sont réalisées de manière à pouvoir être écartées l'une de l'autre pour une décomposition de la connexion entraînée par adhérence avec l'âme du rail (21),
    caractérisé en ce que le moyen de serrage (23) permet une connexion automatique, entraînée par adhérence agissant à l'encontre d'une direction d'introduction (24) et que chaque dispositif d'insertion (13) est relié à un entraînement coulissant (37) pour un coulissement dans une direction de coulissement (38) s'étendant dans un plan de symétrie (17) du rail (5).
  2. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen de serrage (23) est réalisé de manière coulissante par l'influence d'un milieu sous pression (25) d'une première extrémité (27) d'un évidement (29), se trouvant plus près de la butée de rail (22), en direction d'une seconde extrémité (28) plus écartée de la butée de rail (22), une surface de contact (30) reliant ensemble les deux extrémités (27, 28) de l'évidement (29) étant disposée de manière inclinée en formant un angle (α) pour le guidage et l'appui du moyen de serrage (23) par rapport au plan de symétrie (17) du rail (5).
  3. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux mâchoires de serrage (14) sont reliées ensemble chacune à une extrémité (19) davantage éloignée des moyens de serrage (23) par une articulation (16) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (18) s'étendant parallèlement au plan de symétrie (17) du rail (5).
  4. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux moyens de serrage (23) sont réalisés chacun en tant que rouleaux de serrage (31) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (32) et l'axe de pivotement (18) est positionné parallèlement aux axes de rotation (32).
  5. Train de chargement de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un milieu sous pression (33) déplaçant les deux mâchoires de serrage (14) à l'écart l'une de l'autre est prévu.
  6. Train de chargement de rails selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que deux mâchoires de serrage (14) sont logées dans une cage de centrage (35) présentant une ouverture en forme de V (36), l'ouverture (36) étant réalisée de manière rétrécie en direction de l'entraînement coulissant (37).
  7. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (14) sont réalisées de manière coulissante par la sollicitation de l'entraînement coulissant (37) d'une position de serrage dans une position d'ouverture, par rapport à la cage de centrage (35), position dans laquelle les deux mâchoires de serrage (14) sont déplacées automatiquement à l'écart l'une de l'autre sous l'effet du milieu sous pression (33).
  8. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (12) pour l'ancrage des rails (5) peut être déplacé par un entraînement pivotant (39) d'une position de travail pour le blocage des rails (5) dans une position située au-dessus ou en dessous des rails pour une mise hors service.
  9. Train de chargement de rails selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (12) pour l'ancrage des rails (5), réglable en hauteur par rapport au train, équipé à chaque fois d'un entraînement pivotant (39), est prévu à chaque extrémité (40) du train de chargement de rails (1).
