Abstract

La charge du tiroir est transmise par un premier (4) et au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a), le premier corps de roulement (4) ayant un diamètre plus petit que celui dudit deuxième corps de roulement (5a). Le rail de tiroir (3) est configuré de telle sorte que lorsque le tiroir est fermé, le premier corps de roulement (4) est sollicité par le rail de tiroir (3) et que lorsque le tiroir est ouvert, il est délesté du rail de tiroir (3).

Claims (17)

  1. Système de guidage d'extraction pour tiroirs comportant un rail de corps, un rail de tiroir et éventuellement un rail central disposé entre ces deux rails, sachant que la charge du tiroir est transmise par un premier, et au moins un deuxième corps de roulement, caractérisé en ce que le premier corps de roulement (4) présente un diamètre inférieur à celui de l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a), et en ce que le rail de tiroir (3) est réalisé de telle manière que lorsque le tiroir est fermé, le premier corps de roulement (4) est chargé par le rail de tiroir (3) et lorsque le tiroir est ouvert, est délesté par le rail de tiroir (3).
  2. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail de tiroir (3) avance sur l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a) de préférence exclusivement, lors de l'ouverture du tiroir.
  3. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du premier corps de roulement (4) est inférieur à 98 %, de préférence inférieur à 97 % du diamètre de l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a).
  4. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du premier corps de roulement (4) est inférieur de 0,1 mm, de préférence inférieur de 0,2 mm, au diamètre de l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a).
  5. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rail de tiroir (3) présente dans la zone extrême avant de sa surface de roulement, une bosse (7) orientée vers les corps de roulement (4, 5a, 5b).
  6. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bosse (7) est réalisée d'un seul tenant, de préférence comme un estampage, au niveau du rail de tiroir (3).
  7. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la bosse (7) est disposée comme un élément séparé sur le rail de tiroir (3).
  8. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 7, caractérisé en ce que la bosse (7) du rail de tiroir (3) s'appuie sur le premier corps de roulement (4), de préférence exclusivement, lorsque le tiroir est fermé.
  9. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la bosse (7) présente au moins un chanfrein de contact (8) pour le/les corps de roulement (4).
  10. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le premier corps de roulement (4) et l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a) sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction de coulissement du tiroir.
  11. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier corps de roulement (4) et l'au moins un deuxième corps de roulement (5a) sont disposés sur un chariot (9) pouvant être déplacé.
  12. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier corps de roulement (4) se compose totalement ou partiellement d'une matière synthétique.
  13. Système de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le premier corps de roulement (4) présente une enveloppe en matière synthétique.
  14. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier corps de roulement (4) est réalisé comme un galet de roulement.
  15. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier corps de roulement (4) est réalisé comme un rouleau cylindrique.
  16. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier corps de roulement (4) est réalisé comme un disque.
  17. Système de guidage d'extraction selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier corps de roulement (4) est réalisé comme une boule.
