Fig. 1a und Fig. 1b zeigen eine schematische Darstellung eines gemäß dem Stand der Technik bekannten Ausziehführungssystems 1. Ein Laufwagen 9 mit seinen Wälzkörpern 5a, 5b, 5c ist zwischen der Korpusschiene 2 und der Ladenschiene 3 verfahrbar angeordnet. Der Laufwagen 9 sichert bei hoher Lastaufnahme einen stockungsfreien Lauf der Ladenschiene 3 in Bezug zur Korpusschiene 2. Verweilt die Schublade über einen längeren Zeitraum in der Schließstellung, so verformt sich allmählich der vorderste Wälzkörper 5a, da dieser insbesondere bei schweren Frontblenden stark belastet wird. Der Wälzkörper 5a bildet somit mit der Zeit eine unrunde Form aus, was sich jedoch negativ auf das Laufverhalten der Ausziehführung 1 auswirkt In Fig. 1b ist die unrunde ovale Form des Wälzkörpers 5a schematisch dargestellt, wobei sich bereits bei geringfügigen Verformungen des Wälzkörpers 5a eine Qualitätsminderung der Laufruhe bemerkbar macht. Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, dass im Schließzustand der Schublade der erste Wälzkörper 4 von der Ladenschiene 3 belastet und beim Öffnen von der Ladenschiene 3 entlastet wird. Mit anderen Worten wird im Schließzustand der Schublade lediglich der erste Wälzkörper 4 von der Ladenschiene 3 belastet, während die beiden anderen zweiten Wälzkörper 5a und 5b im Schließzustand der Schublade weitgehend unbelastet sind und daher auch nicht verformt werden. Der erste Wälzkörper 4 dient also bevorzugt als Abstützrolle im Schließzustand der Schublade, beim Öffnen der Schublade hingegen läuft die Ladenschiene 3 vorzugsweise ausschließlich auf den beiden zweiten Wälzkörpern 5a und 5b ab. Wenn der erste Wälzkörper 4 ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff gebildet ist, so kann es auch sein, dass sich dieser mit der Zeit deformiert, so wie es in Fig. 2b dargestellt ist. Claims (17)

  1.   2. Pull-out guide system according to claim 1, characterized in that upon opening the drawer the drawer rail (3) runs, preferably exclusively, on the at least one second rolling element (5a).
  3. Pull-out guide system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the diameter of the first rolling element (4) is less than 98%, preferably less than 97%, of the diameter of the at least one second rolling element (5a).
  4. Pull-out guide system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the diameter of the first rolling element (4) is less than 0.1 mm, preferably less than 0.2 mm, smaller than the diameter of the at least one second rolling element (5a).
  5. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that in the front end region of its running surface the drawer rail (3) has an elevation (7) facing towards the rolling elements (4, 5a, 5b).
  6. Pull-out guide system according to claim 5, characterized in that the elevation (7) is formed in one piece, preferably as an embossed area, with the drawer rail (3).
  7. Pull-out guide system according to claim 5, characterized in that the elevation (7) is attached as a separate component to the drawer rail (3).
  8. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that when the drawer is closed the elevation (7) of the drawer rail (3) rests, preferably exclusively, against the first rolling element (4).
  9. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the elevation (7) has at least one slanted ramp (8) for the rolling element(s) (4).
  10. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the first rolling element (4) and the at least one second rolling element (5a) are arranged behind one another in the displacement direction of the drawer.
  11. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the first rolling element (4) and the at least one second rolling element (5a) are arranged in a movable carriage (9).
  12. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that at least the first rolling element (4) consists entirely or partly of plastic material.
  13. Pull-out guide system according to claim 12, characterized in that the first rolling element (4) has a casing made of plastic.
  14. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that at least the first rolling element (4) is formed as a castor.
  15. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that at least the first rolling element (4) is formed as a cylindrical roller.
  16. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that at least the first rolling element (4) is formed as a disk.
  17. Pull-out guide system according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that at least the first rolling element (4) is formed as a ball.
