Claims (14)
- Elément de grille (10) pour une grande grue mobile constituée de quatre montants d'angle (12) et de barres diagonales (14, 16) reliant ceux-ci,
caractérisé
en ce que les éléments de grille (10) sont chacun divisés en deux qu'à deux montants d'angle (12) reliés l'un à l'autre à chaque fois une partie des barres diagonales (14, 16) est articulée d'une manière rabattable avec son extrémité, tandis que son autre extrémité peut être relâchée à chaque fois des montants d'angle opposés (12). - Elément de grille selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que sont articulés d'une manière rabattable à deux montants d'angle (12) reliés l'un à l'autre additionnellement des barres zéro (18, 20). - Elément de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévues entre des éléments de grille avoisinants des liaisons rigides en flexion.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les montants d'angle (12) sont constitués de profilés qui présentent à leurs extrémités des liaisons fourche-doigt (34).
- Elément de grille selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que sont articulés à chaque montant d'angle (12) quatre barres zéro (18, 20) et quatre barres diagonales (14, 16).
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les barres diagonales (14, 16) et/ou les barres zéro (18, 20) sont télescopiques au moins partiellement.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les barres zéro (18, 20) et/ou les barres diagonales (14, 16) peuvent être fixées à chaque fois par des assemblages à boulon aux montants d'angle (12) ou entre elles par des assemblages à boulon.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé des montants d'angle (12) est constitué de deux tôles coudées en forme de caisson soudées l'une à l'autre.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être divisé et replié de façon qu'il puisse être transporté dans un conteneur.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les assemblages entre les montants d'angle (12) et les barres diagonales (14, 16) et barres zéro (18, 20) sont au moins partiellement rigides en flexion.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu additionnellement une barre diagonale spatiale.
- Elément de grille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que des dispositifs de positionnement sont prévus pour le positionnement des barres diagonales (14, 16) et/ou des barres zéro (18, 20) à l'état démonté.
- Procédé de dressage d'un élément de grille (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, constitué des étapes suivantes:- juxtaposition des deux parties de l'élément de grille;- pivotement vers l'extérieur de barres diagonales correspondantes (14, 16) et de barres zéro (18, 20) et boulonnage avec les montants d'angle (20) des parties opposées de l'élément de grille,- relevage du disque supérieur produit par l'assemblage des parties de l'élément de grille et, de ce fait, étirage de barres diagonales télescopiques (18, 20) ainsi que boulonnage des barres diagonales (18, 20) dans leur position étirée;- boulonnage des barres zéro pivotées durant le relevage dans la position finale (14, 16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les barres zéro (14, 16), pendant le dressage, roulent sur des rouleaux (52) disposés à leurs extrémités libres le long des montants d'angle.
