Abstract

Claims (4)

  1. Instrument d'écriture, comportant un manche (1, 2) portant une pointe pour écrire (4), et un capuchon (10, 12), propre à être vissé sur le manche (1, 2) depuis une position d'engagement initiale jusque dans une position finale en vue de masquer la pointe pour écrire (4), sachant qu'au moment du vissage du capuchon (10, 12) depuis une position intermédiaire, située entre la position d'engagement initiale et la position finale, jusque dans la position finale, une résistance au vissage est exercée sur le capuchon (10, 12), laquelle résistance est supérieure à la résistance pendant le vissage depuis la position d'engagement initiale jusque dans la position intermédiaire, la résistance supérieure étant générée par un dispositif de ressort (6, 7), qui agit sur le capuchon (10, 12) et qui comporte un ressort (7), qui agit dans la direction axiale du manche (1, 2), et une bague de support (6), qui peut être déplacée axialement à l'encontre de la force du ressort, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de ressort devient actif uniquement lorsque la position intermédiaire est atteinte, et en ce que le capuchon (10, 12), dans la position intermédiaire, entre en prise avec la bague d'appui, de telle sorte que lorsqu'on continue à visser ledit capuchon, ladite bague d'appui est déplacée par ce dernier à l'encontre de la force du ressort (7) pour s'écarter d'un épaulement d'appui (8") du manche (1, 2).
  2. Instrument d'écriture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort a la forme d'une rondelle élastique ondulée (7).
  3. Instrument d'écriture selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la position finale est formée par l'appui d'une surface de butée (13) du capuchon (10, 12) contre un épaulement (9) du manche (1, 2).
  4. Instrument d'écriture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée est la face frontale (13) entourant l'ouverture du capuchon.
