Abstract
Claims (9)
- Module frontal pour sèche-linge (1), en particulier pour sèche-linge à condensation, avec un tambour actionnable électriquement (2) rotatif autour d'un axe pour le moins approximativement horizontal (19) pour la réception du linge à sécher, avec un flasque (6) pour le logement frontal du tambour (2), avec un module de base (7) côté sol pour la réception d'un moteur d'actionnement (10) et de pièces fonctionnelles (8, 11, 12) pour le transport et le pilotage d'écoulements d'air, et avec une paroi frontale de machine (4) avec ouverture d'alimentation (14) pour charger et décharger le linge à sécher dans et hors du tambour (2), caractérisé en ce que le flasque (6) est adapté côté frontal quant à la taille et à la forme de la surface intérieure de la paroi frontale (4) et en ce que le flasque (6) et la paroi frontale (4) sont reliés de manière fixe l'un à l'autre de sorte qu'ils constituent un corps composite semblable à la construction en sandwich.
- Module frontal selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flasque (6) et la paroi frontale (4) sont vissés ensemble et en ce que les points de vissage sont répartis sur l'ensemble des zones périphériques intérieures et extérieures.
- Module frontal selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flasque (6) est une pièce en plastique.
- Module frontal selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps composite composé de la paroi frontale (4) et du flasque (6) présente au moins une surface de jonction verticale vers le module de base (7), laquelle s'étend de préférence sur l'ensemble de la largeur du sèche-linge (1).
- Module frontal selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps composite composé de la paroi frontale (4) et du flasque (6) est relié au module de base (7) de sorte que les deux pièces constituent un corps en L stable.
- Module frontal selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps composite (4, 6) s'enclenche avec le module de base (7).
- Module frontal selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps composite (4, 6) est vissé avec le module de base (7).
- Module frontal selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le vissage (18) est de préférence exécuté à l'horizontale et en ce que la paroi frontale (4) est reliée au module de base (7) via le flasque (6).
- Module frontal selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de jonction du module de base (7) orientée vers le corps composite (4, 6) se compose de plastique et en ce que le corps composite (4, 6) est soudé au module de base (7).
