Description

Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen mit mindestens einem harten Schalenteil
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter, eine Tasche, einen Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen mit mindestens einem harten Schalenteil mit den Merk¬ malen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Ein Koffer mit Reißverschluss und mindestens einer halbharten oder harten
Kunststoffschale, wobei der Reißverschluss wenigstens teilweise umlaufend um den Koffer ausgebildet ist und das Koffermaterial aus einem wasserdichten Mate¬ rial wie Kunststoff, mit Kunststoffbeschichtetem Gewebe oder dergleichen be¬ steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Reißverschluss ein wasserdichter Reißver- Schluss ist, dass der Reißverschluss mit seinen Bändern mit den Rändern der Kof¬ ferhälften vernäht ist und dass die Naht mit einem wasserdichten Material abge¬ deckt ist, ist aus der DE 20 301 888 Ul bekannt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Behälter, eine Tasche, einen Rucksack oder Koffer der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, insbesondere sol¬ che mit harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteilen oder Schalen, die verbesserte Mög¬ lichkeiten des Zugangs zu Teilbereichen des Inneren bieten. Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des An¬ spruchs 1 gelöst. Fortbildungen und vorteilhafte Ausfuhrungen der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen umfasst.
Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Behälter, eine Tasche, ein Rucksack, Koffer oder derglei¬ chen mit mindestens einem, eine Wand bildenden harten oder biegesteifen Scha¬ lenteil, sowie einem wenigstens teilweise um an das Schalenteil angrenzende Wandteile sich erstreckenden wasserdichten Reißverschluss, wobei die Ver¬ schlussrichtung des Reißverschlusses schräg oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche des Schalenteils verläuft, dadurch ge¬ kennzeichnet, dass die ebene oder leicht gewölbte Fläche des Schalenteils wenigs¬ tens eine scharnierartige Klapplinie aufweist,und dass die Endpunkte der Klappli¬ nie an Seitenpunkten der ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche liegen, die zwei Abschnitten des umlaufenden Reißverschlusses benachbart sind, wobei bei bis zu diesen Endpunkten geöffnetem Reißverschluss der von dem offenen Reißver¬ schluss umgebene Abschnitt der Fläche um die Klapplinie aufklappbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß ist alternativ ein Behälter, eine Tasche, ein Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen mit mindestens einem, ein Teil einer Wand bildenden harten Schalenteil, sowie einem wenigstens teilweise um an das Schalenteil angrenzende Wandteile sich erstreckenden Reißverschluss, wobei die Verschlussrichtung des Reißverschlusses schräg oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche des Schalenteils verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene oder leicht gewölbte Fläche des Schalenteils mit wenigstens einer schar- nierartigen Klapplinie abschließt, und dass die Endpunkte der Klapplinie an Sei¬ tenpunkten der ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche liegen, die zwei Abschnitten des umlaufenden Reißverschlusses benachbart sind, wobei der Behälter, die Ta¬ sche, der Rucksack oder Koffer im Anschluss an die Klapplinie einen flexiblen Abschnitt aufweist und wobei bei bis zu den Endpunkten geöffnetem Reißver- Schluss der von dem offenen Reißverschluss umgebene flexible Abschnitt der Flä¬ che um die Klapplinie aufklappbar ist. Nach einer Ausführung der Erfindung erstreckt sich das Schalenteil und/oder der flexible Abschnitt wenigstens über Bereiche der angrenzenden Wandteile erstreckt und bildet. Der Behälter, die Rasche, de Rucksack oder Koffer kann auch voll¬ ständig aus harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteilen bestehen.
Die Bänder des Reißverschlusses sind beispielsweise aufgeklebt oder aufge¬ schweißt. Nach einer anderen Ausführung der Erfindung sind die Bänder des Reißverschlusses aufgenäht, wobei die Nähte außen durch aufgeklebtes oder auf¬ geschweißtes wasserdichtes Kunststoffband (Tape) abgedeckt sind. Das Kunst- stoffband (Tape) kann vorher oder beim Aufbringen einem thermischen Formge- bungsprozess unterworfen sein. Die abgedeckte Naht ist nach einer besonderen Ausführung der Erfindung mit weiteren Teilen wie Innenfächern, Gurtbändern, Reißverschlüssen oder dergleichen verbunden.
Es sind wenigstens zwei Reißverschlussschieber vorhanden, die in der geschlos¬ senen Position dichtend aneinander liegen. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung sind wenigstens zwei Öffnungsstellen vorhanden, die jeweils an den Seiten der Klapplinien angeordnet sind.
Vorteilhafterweise ist bei dem Behälter, der Tasche, dem Rucksack oder Koffer eine gepolsterte Inneneinteilung vorhanden.
Der Reißverschluss weist vorteilhafterweise Dichtstücke für die Schieber auf, wo¬ bei mehrere Schieber und/oder Dichtstücke vorhanden sein können, wodurch auf das Innere des Behälters, der Tasche, des Rucksacks oder Koffers an verschiede¬ nen Stellen eine Zugriffsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.
Nach einer Ausführung der Erfindung ist der Reißverschluss umlaufend ausgebil¬ det. Beispielsweise ist die Tasche ein Motorradtankrucksack, wobei das Schalenteil wenigstens teilweise transparent sein kann.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen rein beispielhaft näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Rucksack 1 aus einem wasserdichten Material mit einem Vor¬ derteil 2, das aus einem harten oder halbharten Schalenteil besteht, mit Seiten- wänden 2', 3, die ebenfalls aus harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteilen bestehen, sowie aus einem Rückenteil (nicht gezeigt), das hart oder weich und gepolstert ausgeführt sein kann und in bekannter Weise mit Rucksackträgern verbunden ist. Der Rucksack 1 wird von einem wasserdichten Reißverschluss 4, der um die Sei¬ tenwände 3, 2' verläuft geteilt. Die Seitenwände 2' und 3 können einstückig mit dem jeweils zugehörigen Vorderteil und Rückenteil ausgebildet sein. Der Rei߬ verschluss 4 ist mit seinen Reißverschlussbändern auf den Rucksack aufgenäht, wobei die Nähte durch aufgeschweißte Kunststofftapes 5 wasserdicht abgedeckt sind. Bei die hier gezeigten, ganz umlaufenden Reißverschluss 3 sind zwei Par Schieber 6, 8 und 6', 8' vorhanden, die jeweils in bekannter Weise mit Pullern 7, T versehen sind. Der Reißverschluss 3 und damit der Rucksack 1 können somit an zwei Stellen geöffnet werden. Um einen bequemen Zugriff durch die so ge¬ schaffenen Öffnungen zu ermöglichen, besitzt das Vorderteil 2 eine horizontale Klapplinie 9, die durch eine Materialverminderung, ein Filmscharnier oder ein eingesetztes anderes flexibles Teil, wie Gewebe, gebildet wird. Um ein Ausklap¬ pen des durch den Reißverschluss geöffneten Abschnitts des Rucksacks zu ermög¬ lichen, ist es nötig, dass die Klapplinie 9 bis nahe an den Reißverschluss 4 geführt wird, da sonst Teile der harten oder biegesteifen Schale aufgebogen werden müss- ten. Im dargestellten Fall ist dies so gelöst, dass der Reißverschluss 4, der sonst etwa in der Mitte der Seitenwände 2', 3 des Rucksacks 1 verläuft, eine Biegung zum Vorderteil 2 macht, so dass er im Bereich der Klapplinie 9 nahe an deren Enden liegt. Dies ermöglicht ein bequemes Aufklappen des entsprechenden Ab¬ schnitts des Vorderteils 2. Alternativ könnte die Klapplinie auch über einen Ab- schnitt der Seitenwand 2' bis zum Reißverschluss geführt werden. Fig. 2 zeigt den Rucksack von Fig. 1 in einem Zustand, in dem die obere Hälfte des Vorderteils 2 aufgeklappt ist. Weiter ist eine zweite Klapplinie 10 gezeigt, die als Sehne den Bogen des Reißverschlusses 4 überspannt, so dass hier das Seitenteil 3 ein Stück aufgeklappt werden kann.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer alternativen Ausführung, bei der ein unterer Abschnitt eines Rucksacks um eine Klapplinie 9 aufgeklappt ist. Hier ist darge¬ stellt, wie der Zugriff auf einen Fächereinsatz 12 des Rucksacks möglich ist, ohne diesen ganz öffnen zu müssen. Der Reißverschluss besitzt korrespondierende Dichtstücke 11, 11 ', in denen die Schieber 6 im geschlossenen Zustand dichtend anliegen, wobei die Schieber selbst mit Dichtungselementen versehen sein kön¬ nen, mittels denen sie in geschlossener Stellung dichtend aneinander liegen. Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführung, bei der die Klapplinie 9' einen oberen Rand eines harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteils 2" bildet, an den sich ein Abschnitt 13 aus einem weichen, bzw. flexiblen Material, wie z.B. Gewebe anschließt.
Fig. 5 zeigt schließlich einen Rucksack mit Seitenwänden 2' und 3 der Art von Fig. 1 und 2, der bei ganz geöffnetem Reißverschluss 4 vollständig aufgeklappt ist, wobei hier Dichtstellen 11, 11' an der Oberseite des Rucksacks dargestellt sind.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack (1), Koffer oder dergleichen mit mindestens einem, eine Wand (2) bildenden harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteil, sowie einem we¬ nigstens teilweise um an das Schalenteil angrenzende Wandteile (2', 3) sich erstreckenden wasserdichten Reißverschluss (4) , wobei die Verschlussrichtung des Reißverschlusses schräg oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche des Schalenteils verläuft, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass die ebene oder leicht gewölbte Fläche (2) des Schalenteils wenigstens eine scharnierartige Klapplinie (9) aufweist, und dass die Endpunkte der Klapplinie (9) an Seitenpunkten der ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche liegen, die zwei Abschnitten des umlaufenden Reißver¬ schlusses (4) benachbart sind, wobei bei bis zu diesen Endpunkten geöffnetem Reißverschluss der von dem offe- nen Reißverschluss (4) umgebene Abschnitt der Fläche um die Klapplinie (9) auf¬ klappbar ist.
2. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack (1), Koffer oder dergleichen mit mindestens einem, ein Teil einer Wand (2") bildenden harten Schalenteil, sowie einem wenigstens teilweise um an das Schalenteil angrenzende Wandteile sich erstreckenden Rei߬ verschluss (4), wobei die Verschlussrichtung des Reißverschlusses schräg oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche des Scha¬ lenteils verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene oder leicht gewölbte Fläche (2") des Schalenteils mit wenigstens einer scharnierartigen Klapplinie (9') abschließt, und dass die Endpunkte der Klapplinie (9') an Seitenpunkten der ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Fläche liegen, die zwei Abschnitten des umlaufenden Reißver¬ schlusses benachbart sind, wobei der Behälter, die Tasche, der Rucksack oder Koffer im Anschluss an die
Klapplinie einen flexiblen Abschnitt (13) aufweist, und wobei bei bis zu den Endpunkten geöffnetem Reißverschluss der von dem offenen Reißverschluss umgebene flexible Abschnitt (13) der Fläche um die
Klapplinie (9') aufklappbar ist.
3. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Schalenteil und/oder der flexible Abschnitt wenigstens über Berei¬ che der angrenzenden Wandteile (2') erstreckt und diese bildet.
4. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er/sie vollständig aus harten oder biegesteifen Schalenteilen besteht.
5. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorherge¬ henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bänder des Reißverschlusses aufgeklebt oder aufgeschweißt sind.
6. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der Ansprüche
1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bänder des Reißverschlusses aufgenäht sind, und dass die Nähte außen durch aufgeklebtes oder aufgeschweißtes wasserdichtes
Kunststoffband (Tape) (5) abgedeckt sind.
7. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kunststoffband (Tape) vorher oder beim Aufbringen einem thermischen Formgebungsprozess unterworfen ist.
8. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgedeckte Naht mit weiteren Teilen wie Innenfächern, Gurtbändern, Reißverschlüssen oder dergleichen verbunden ist.
9. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorherge¬ henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Schieber (6, 8) vorhanden sind, die in der geschlossenen Position dichtend aneinander liegen.
10. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher¬ gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Öffnungsstellen vorhanden sind.
11. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsstellen jeweils an den Seiten der Klapplinien (9, 10) angeordnet sind.
12. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gepolsterte Inneneinteilung (12) vorhanden ist.
13. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher¬ gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reißverschluss Dichtstücke (11, 11 ') für die Schieber aufweist.

Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher¬ gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reißverschluss mehrere Schieber und/oder Dichtstücke aufweist, wobei auf das Innere des Behälters, der Tasche, des Rucksacks oder Koffers an verschie¬ denen Stellen eine Zugriffsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.
15. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reißverschluss umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
16. Behälter, Tasche, Rucksack, Koffer oder dergleichen nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadu ch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche ein Motorradtankrucksack ist, wobei das Schalenteil wenigstens teilweise transparent ist.
