Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Regenschutzeinrichtung für ein Golfbag gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Aus dem Prospekt "BULLET GOLF ,THERE IS NOTHING BETTER - INNOVATIVE GOLF EQUIPMENT" sind Golfbags in verschiedenen Ausführungsformen bekannt. Unter der Bezeichnung "EXECUTIVE 9,5''" ist ein Golfbag mit einer kleinvolumig zusammenlegbaren Regenschutzhülle in einem Aufbewahrungsabteil bekannt, wobei das Aufbewahrungsabteil ein integrales Bestandteil des Golfbags ist. Das bedeutet, daß bekanntermaßen zum jeweiligen Golfbag eine Regenschutzeinrichtung zugehörig ist. Solche Golfbags mit integrierter Regenschutzhülle sind in ihrer Anschaffung relativ teuer. Wünscht ein Golfspieler ein neues Golfbag, so muß er entweder wieder ein entsprechend teueres Golfbag mit integrierter Regenschutzhülle oder ein Golfbag ohne eine solche Regenschutzeinrichtung kaufen. Im zuletzt genannten Falle besitzt der Golfspieler also dann ein Golfbag ohne Regenschutzeinrichtung, was ebenfalls als nachteilig anzusehen ist.
Eine Regenschutzeinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art für ein Golfbag ist aus der US-A-5 718 333 bekannt. Dort ist die Regenschutzhülle - wie bei den oben erwähnten Golfbags - mit dem Golfbag permanent fest verbunden, d.h. die Anschaffung des Golfbags mit integrierter Regenschutzhülle ist relativ teuer.
Aus der US-A-5 176 253 ist ein Golfbag mit diversen Aufbewahrungsabteilen für Golfzubehör bekannt. Mindestens eines dieser Aufbewahrungsabteile ist als Tasche ausgebildet, die mittels einer Befestigungseinrichtung am Golfbag temporär festlegbar ist. Diese Befestigungseinrichtung ist als Reißverschluss mit zwei zusammenpassenden Reißverschlussorganen ausgebildet. Das eine Reißverschlussorgan ist fest an der Tasche und das zweite Reißverschlussorgan ist fest am Golfbag angebracht. Das bedeutet, dass die jeweilige Tasche und der jeweilige Golfbag aneinander abmessungsmäßig genau angepasst sein müssen, weil der Verlauf des einen Reißverschlussorganes und der Verlauf des zweiten Reißverschlußorganes sich genau entsprechen müssen. Es ist also nicht möglich, eine Tasche mit jedem beliebigen Golfbag wunschgemäß zu kombinieren. Um die Tasche nicht nur an einem genau passend zugehörigen Golfbag temporär befestigen zu können, sondern die Tasche im Bedarfsfall auch am Körper eines Golfspielers tragen zu können, sind an der Tasche außerdem Befestigungsgurte angebracht, mit welchen die Tasche um den Rumpf eines Golfspielers festlegbar ist. Die Tasche dient zur Lagerung von Golfbällen, Handschuhen oder dergleichen. Zur Unterbringung einer Regenschutzhülle ist diese bekannte Tasche nicht vorgesehen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Regenschutzeinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die mit jedem beliebigen Golfbag einfach und problemlos kombinierbar ist, um das jeweilige Goflbag gegen Witterungseinflüsse wie Regen o.dgl. zu schützen.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Regenschutzeinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Kennzeichenteiles des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Regenschutzeinrichtung weist den Vorteil auf, daß die die Regenschutzhülle enthaltende Tasche mit Hilfe ihrer Befestigungseinrichtung einfach und zeitsparend an jedem beliebigen Golfbag befestigbar und im Bedarfsfall auch vom entsprechenden Golfbag wieder entfembar ist, um die Tasche wunschgemäß an einem anderen Golfbag, d.h. an dessen bodenseitigem Endabschnitt, temporär befestigen zu können.
Der Befestigungsabschnitt, entlang welchem die Regenschutzhülle mit der Tasche fest verbunden ist, befindet sich im Tascheninneren, so daß es einfach möglich ist, die Regenschutzhülle kleinvolumig zusammengelegt in der Tasche unterzubringen, und die Tasche zu verschließen.
Soll das jeweilige Golfbag gegen Witterungseinflüsse wie Regen o.dgl. geschützt werden, so braucht die am Golfbag temporär festgelegte Tasche nur geöffnet zu werden, um anschließend die kleinvolumig zusammengelegte Regenschutzhülle aus der Tasche herauszuziehen und von unten nach oben über das Golfbag zu stülpen.
Die Befestigungseinrichtung, mittels welcher die die Regenschutzhülle enthaltende Tasche am jeweiligen Golfbag temporär festlegbar ist, kann beispielsweise als Gürtel, als Befestigungsgurt o.dgl. ausgebildet sein, um die die Regenschutzhülle enthaltende Tasche am jeweiligen Golfbag festlegen zu können. Zweckmäßig ist es hierbei, wenn die besagte Tasche am bodenseitigen Endabschnitt des Golfbags temporär festgelegt wird, úm quasi einen allseitigen Schutz des Golfbags gegen Witterungseinflüsse zu ermöglichen.
Die Tasche der erfindungsgemäßen Regenschutzeinrichtung kann ein Taschengrundteit und ein Verschlußteil zum Verschließen des Taschengrundteils mittels einer Verschlußeinrichtung aufweisen. Das Taschengrundteil und das Verschlußteil können durch Verbindungsnähte, durch Schweißnähte oder mit Hilfe anderer an sich bekannter Technologien hergestellt sein. Die jeweils zur Anwendung gelangende Technologie hängt vom Material des Taschengrundteiles und des Verschlußteiles ab.
Die Tasche, d.h. das Taschengrundteil und das Verschlußteil bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus einem nässeundurchlässigen Material.
Die zum Verschließen des Taschengrundteiles mit dem Verschlußteil vorgesehene Verschlußeinrichtung kann von einem Reißverschluß oder von einem Klettverschluß gebildet sein. Desgleichen ist es möglich, das Verschlußteil als Verschlußkappe auszubilden, die das Taschengrundteil im Schließzustand überlappt, um ein Eindringen beispielsweise von Regenwasser in das Tascheninnere zu vermeiden. Diese Überlappung kann beispielsweise durch wenigstens einen Druckknopf, einen Schnallenverschluß, einen Reißverschluß oder einen Klettverschtuß temporär fixierbar sein.
Die Regenschutzhülle besteht zweckmäßigerweise aus einem knitterarmen oder knitterfreien nässeundurchlässigen Material. Durch geeignete Materialauswahl ist es dabei möglich, im aktiven Regenschutzzustand unansehnliche Knitterfalten in der Regenschutzhülle zu vermeiden. Durch besondere Farbgebung des Materials sind dekorative Wirkungen erzielbar.
Zweckmäßig ist es, wenn die Regenschutzhülle der erfindungsgemäßen Regenschutzeinrichtung mit einer Verschlußlasche versehen ist, die mittels einer Verschlußeinrichtung mit der Regenschutzhülle abdichtend verbindbar ist. Auf diese Weise ist es zuverlässig möglich, das Golfbag bzw. die im Golfbag befindlichen Golfausrüstungsgegenstände wie Golfschläger abdichtend zu bedecken Bei der Verschlußeinrichtung handelt es sich z.B. um einen Reißverschluß.
Demselben Zweck, d.h. dem Schutze des Golfbags bzw. der im Golfbag befindlichen Golfausrüstungsgegenstände gegen Witterungseinflüsse wie Regen ist es dienlich, wenn die Regenschutzhülle entlang zweier Längsränder verschließbar ist. Durch eine solche Ausbildung der zuletzt genannten Art ergibt sich ein zuverlässiger Schutz insbesondere des Golfbags auch an seiner Regen abgewandten Rückseite.
Zum Verschließen der Regenschutzhülle kann an den beiden Längsrändern ein Reißverschluß oder ein Klettverschluß vorgesehen sein. Eine andere Möglichkeit besteht darin, daß an den beiden Längsrändern Druckknöpfe oder Schnallenverschlüsse vorgesehen sind.
Unabhängig von der jeweils speziellen Ausbildung ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß die erfindungsgemäße Regenschutzeinrichtung an jedem beliebigen Golfbag anbringbar, d .h. mit jedem beliebigen Golfbag kombinierbar ist, um dieses gegen Witterungseinflüsse wie Regen zuverlässig zu schützen. Das gilt nicht nur für das jeweilige Golfbag sondern in gleicher Weise für die im jeweiligen Golfbag befindlichen Golfausrüstungsgegenstände.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles der erfindungsgemäßen Regenschutzeinrichtung bzw. eines Golfbags mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Regenschutzeinrichtung. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von schräg vome ein Golfbag 10 mit Taschen 12, 14 und 16 für diverse Golfutensilien. Das Golfbag 10 weist einen oberseitigen umlaufenden Kragenabschnitt 18 auf, durch welchen eine Öffnung 20 des Golfbags 10 festgelegt ist. Durch diese Öffnung 20 können in das Golfbag 10 Golfausrüstungsgegenstände wie Golfschläger eingestellt werden.
Am unterseitigen formstabilen Endabschnitt 22 des Golfbags 10 ist eine Tasche 24 mittels einer Befestigungseinrichtung 26 temporär festgelegt. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 26 ist beispielsweise von einem Befestigungsgürtel gebildet, der mit der Tasche 24 verbunden ist und von ihr wegsteht und der beispielsweise eine Gürteischnalle 28 (sh. Figur 3) aufweist, um die Tasche 24 am besagten unterseitigen Endabschnitt 22 des Golfbags 10 loslösbar befestigen zu können.
Die Tasche 24 bildet ein Aufbewahrungsabteil für eine kleinvolumig zusammenlegbare Regenschutzhülle 30, die in Figur 2 in ihrem das Golfbag 10 bedeckenden aktiven Gebrauchszustand dargestellt ist. Im inaktiven Nichtgebrauchszustand wird die Regenschutzhülle 30 in der Tasche 24 kleinvolumig zusammengelegt untergebracht.
Die Tasche 24 weist ein Taschengrundteil 32 und ein Verschlußteil 34 auf. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 26 steht vom Taschengrundteil 32 weg. Zwischen dem Taschengrundteil 32 und dem Verschlußteil 34 ist eine Verschlußeinrichtung 36 vorgesehen, die beispielsweise von einem Reißverschluß oder von einem Klettverschluß gebildet ist.
Die aus einem knitterarmen oder knitterfreien nässeundurchlässigen Material bestehende Regenschutzhülle 30 ist im Inneren der Tasche 24 entlang eines Befestigungsabschnittes 38 mit der Tasche 24 bzw. deren Taschengrundteil 32 verbunden (sh. Figur 2).
Wie aus Figur 2 und insbesondere aus Figur 3 ersichtlich ist, ist die Regenschutzhülle 30 entlang ihrer beiden an den Befestigungsabschnitt 38 angrenzenden Längsränder 40 verschließbar. Zu diesem Zwecke können an den besagten Längsrändem 40 Druckknopfe oder Schnallenverschlüsse 42 vorgesehen sein. Desgleichen ist es möglich, an den Längsrändem 40 einen Reißverschluß oder einen Klettverschluß vorzusehen, um die Längsränder 40 miteinander derartig zu verbinden, daß im Bereich der oberseitigen Öffnung 20 des Golfbags 10 quasi eine Kapuzenöffnung 44 verbleibt. Entlang des Randes dieser Kapuzenöffnung 44 ist die Regenschutzhülle 30 mit einem elastischen Element 46 versehen, das beispielsweise als Gummizug ausgebildet ist.
Durch die Kapuzenöffnung 44 ist es auch im aktiven Gebrauchszustand der Regenschutzhülle 30 möglich, in das Golfbag 10 Golfausrüstungsgegenstände wie Golfschläger einzustellen oder aus dem Golfbag 10 zu entnehmen. Gleichzeitig wird durch die Regenschutzhülle 30 ein ausgezeichneter Schutz des Golfbags 10 bzw. der im Golfbag 10 befindlichen Golfausrüstungsgegenstände wie Golfschläger 30 erzielt.

Claims (8)

  1. Regenschutzeinrichtung für ein Golfbag (10), die eine kleinvolumig zusammenlegbare Regenschutzhülle (30) in einem Aufbewahrungsabteil aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbewahrungsabteil als Tasche (24) ausgebildet ist, die mittels einer als Gürtel ausgebildeten Befestigungseinrichtung (26) am Golfbag (10) temporär festlegbar ist, wobei die Regenschutzhülle (30) entlang eines im Inneren der Tasche (24) vorgesehenen Befestigungsabschnittes (38) mit der Tasche (24) fest verbunden ist, die Regenschutzhülle (30) in ihrem inaktiven Nichtgebrauchszustand in der Tasche (24) kleinvolumig zusammengelegt unterbringbar ist und in ihrem aktiven Gebrauchszustand den Golfbag (10) als allseitiger Schutz bedeckend anordenbar ist und dabei entlang zweier Längsränder (40) verschließbar ist, derart, dass im Bereich der oberseitigen
    Öffnung des Golfbags (10) eine Kapuzenöffnung verbleibt.
  2. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche (24) ein Taschengrundteil (32) und ein Verschlussteil (34) zum Verschließen des Taschengrundteiles (32) mittels einer Verschlusseinrichtung (36) aufweist.
  3. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlusseinrichtung (36) von einem Reißverschluss oder von einem Klettverschluss gebildet ist.
  4. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche (24) aus einem nässeundurchlässigen Material besteht.
  5. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regenschutzhülle (30) aus einem knitterarmen oder knitterfreien nässeundurchlässigen Material besteht.
  6. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regenschutzhülle (30) mit einer Verschlusslasche (47) versehen ist, die mittels einer Verschlusseinrichtung (46) mit der Regenschutzhülle (30) abdichtend verbindbar ist.
  7. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Längsrändern (40) ein Reißverschluss oder ein Klettverschluss vorgesehen ist.
  8. Regenschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Längsrändern (40) Druckknöpfe oder Schnallenverschlüsse (42) vorgesehen sind.
