Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Türhalter mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
- Mit Türhalter ist eine Einrichtung gemeint, die eine Tür lösbar in einer Stellung, insbesondere einer offenen Stellung, hält. Der Begriff "Tür" wird hier im Sinne eines Türblattes verwendet. Es sind beispielsweise Türhalter mit einem heruntertretbaren, an der Tür angebrachten Stempel oder Brandschutztürhalter mit einem an einem Boden angebrachten Riegel bekannt.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen im Boden versenkbaren Türhalter vorzuschlagen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der erfindungsgemäße Türhalter weist einen magnetisierbaren oder magnetischen Riegel und einen mit dem Riegel zusammenwirkenden Magneten auf. Mit "magnetisierbar oder magnetisch" ist gemeint, dass der Riegel durch eine Magnetkraft des Magneten bewegbar ist. Ist der Riegel magnetisch, kann auch eine magnetische Abstoßung den Riegel bewegen. Es ist entweder der Riegel oder der Magnet an der Tür und das jeweils andere Teil, also entweder der Magnet oder der Riegel, ortsfest, beispielsweise auf einem Boden, angeordnet. Gelangt der Riegel durch Schwenken der Tür in einen Wirkungsbereich des Magneten, bewegt der Magnet den Riegel in eine Verriegelungsstellung, in der der Riegel die Tür in ihrer Stellung hält. Die Stellung, in der der Riegel die Tür hält, ist vorzugsweise eine offene Stellung der Tür. Der Riegel kann versenkt im Boden angeordnet sein und wird in die Verriegelungsstellung angehoben, wenn er durch Öffnen oder allgemein Schwenken der Tür in den Wirkungsbereich des Magneten gelangt. Eine "Stolperfalle" durch ein vom Boden nach oben stehendes Teil des Türhalters lässt sich mit der Erfindung vermeiden. Auch ist eine Bodenreinigung vereinfacht, wenn der ortsfeste Teil des Türhalters, also der Riegel oder der Magnet, im Boden versenkt angeordnet ist. Die Optik wird nicht durch ein nach oben stehendes Teil auf dem Boden gestört.
- In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Türhalter als Türstopper ausgebildet, d.h. er bildet einen Anschlag, der einen Öffnungsweg der Tür begrenzt. Dadurch lässt sich ein Schlagen der Tür gegen beispielsweise ein Möbelstück oder mit der Türklinke gegen eine Wand verhindern.
- Eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Türhalter als Schnapper ausgebildet ist. Das bedeutet, dass der Riegel in der Verriegelungsstellung die Tür in ihrer Stellung hält und durch Überwinden einer Halte- oder Schnappkraft in Schließrichtung der Tür die Verriegelung lösbar ist.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

- Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte, erfindungsgemäße Türhalter weist einen Magneten 1 und einen Riegel 2 auf. Der Magnet 1 ist mit einem Winkel 3 an einem unteren Rand einer Tür 4, vorzugsweise nahe einer Schlossseite der Tür 4, angebracht. Der Magnet 1 befindet sich einige Millimeter über einem Boden 5. Statt mit dem Winkel 3 kann der Magnet auch in der Unterseite der Tür 4 eingelassen und somit bei Gebrauch nicht sichtbar sein.
- Der Riegel 2 weist die Form eines Bolzens auf, er ist vertikal angeordnet und axial - d.h. vertikal verschieblich - in einem Hohlschaft eines Dübels 6 aufgenommen. Der Dübel 6 ist in einem Bohrloch 7 im Boden 5 versenkt angeordnet. In der in Figur 1 dargestellten entriegelten Stellung ist der Riegel 2 ebenfalls im Boden 5 versenkt. Der Riegel 2 weist ein magnetisierbares Material auf, beispielsweise besteht er aus Stahl.
- Wird die Tür 4 geöffnet, gelangt der Magnet 1 wie in Figur 2 dargestellt über den Riegel 2, d.h. der Riegel 2 gelangt in einen Wirkungsbereich des Magneten 1 und wird vom Magneten 1 angezogen, d.h. angehoben. Dabei gelangt der Riegel 2 in ein Loch 9 im Winkel 3 unter dem Magneten 1. Der Riegel 2 befindet sich in einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der er die Tür 4 hält. Auf einer türfernen Seite bildet ein Rand des Lochs 9 eine niedrige Stufe 10, die sich in Höhe einer balligen Stirnfläche des Riegels 2 befindet. Von der Stufe 10 aus erstreckt sich eine Schräge 11 von der Tür 4 weg, die auch als Abweiser oder Abdrückfläche bezeichnet werden kann. Zum Schließen wird die Tür 4 in Schließrichtung, d.h. in Figur 2 nach links bewegt. Wird dabei eine Schnapp- oder Haltekraft des Türhalters überwunden, drückt die niedrige Stufe 10 und anschließend die Schräge 11 den Riegel 2 vom Magneten 1 ab nach unten, der Türhalter ist entriegelt, die Tür 4 ist frei schwenkbar und der Riegel 2 fällt zurück nach unten in die im Boden 5 versenkte, in Figur 1 dargestellte entriegelte Stellung. Der Türhalter ist durch die niedrige Stufe 10 am Rand des Lochs 9 und die anschließende Schräge 11, die beide mit der balligen Stirnfläche des Riegels 2 zusammenwirken, als Schnapper ausgebildet, der durch Überwinden einer Schnapp- oder Haltekraft in Schließrichtung der Tür 4 entriegelbar ist.
- Auf der türzugewandten Seite hat der Rand des Lochs an der mit 12 bezeichneten Stelle die Dicke des Haltewinkels 3 als Höhe. Der türzugewandte Rand 12 des Lochs 9 wirkt mit einer Umfangsfläche des Riegels 2 zusammen. Bewegt sich die Tür in die in Figur 2 dargestellte, offene Stellung, hebt, wie bereits beschrieben, der Magnet 1 den Riegel 2 an, so dass der türzugewandte Lochrand 12 seitlich gegen den Riegel 2 stößt. Die Öffnungsbewegung der Tür 4 wird dadurch zuverlässig vom erfindungsgemäßen Türhalter gestoppt, auch wenn die Tür 4 schnell geöffnet wird. Der Türhalter ist als Türstopper ausgebildet, der ein Schwenken der Tür 4 in Öffnungsrichtung über den Riegel 2 hinweg verhindert.
Claims (4)
- Türhalter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türhalter einen magnetisierbaren oder magnetischen Riegel (2), der an der Tür (4) oder ortsfest angeordnet ist, und einen Magneten (1), der ortsfest oder an der Tür (4) angeordnet ist, aufweist, dass der Magnet (1) den Riegel (2) in eine Verriegelungsstellung bewegt, wenn der Riegel (2) durch Schwenken der Tür (4) in einen Wirkungsbereich des Magneten (1) gelangt, und dass der Riegel (2) in der Verriegelungsstellung die Tür (4) in ihrer Stellung hält.
- Türhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (2) oder der Magnet (1) in einem Boden (5) versenkt angeordnet ist.
- Türhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türhalter als Türstopper ausgebildet ist.
- Türhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türhalter als Türschnapper ausgebildet ist.
