Definitions
- the invention relates to a concrete carriageway for rail vehicles with embedded in a carriageway plate single or multi-block sleepers.
- Concrete tracks are mostly used on railroad tracks that are designed for high and very high speeds. Instead of the conventional ballast bed a concrete slab is provided in concrete carriageways, in which the single or multi-block sleepers are embedded.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem to provide an improved concrete carriageway, in which the occurrence of wild cracks is avoided.
- the carriageway plate arranged transversely to the direction of cross-sectional weakening to generate cracks and each having at least one region of the weakened cross-section on both sides cross-body transmitting body.
- the cross-sectional weakenings may be formed as grooves or joints or notches provided in the carriageway plate. These areas of weakened cross-section can be produced for example by cutting or milling by the grooves and the like are subsequently introduced into the deck slab.
- the cross-sectional weakenings can be or are sealed against environmental influences, in particular against penetrating moisture. In this way, damage caused by water penetration is effectively prevented.
- the concrete roadway according to the invention can be designed so that the crack formation can be triggered by temperature fluctuations or temperature gradients in different areas of the concrete carriageway or by the shrinkage of the concrete. With such a designed concrete carriageway, the cracks are generated automatically by physical influences, accordingly eliminating the subsequent manual or mechanical generation of cracks.
- the cross-sectional weakenings are formed as embedded in the carriageway plate body.
- These bodies can be embedded in concrete during the production of the roadway slab.
- the embedded body or bodies have the property of interrupting the transmission of force between the sections of the roadway panel adjoining the body and serve as predetermined breaking points which cause cracking, for example due to a temperature difference or by another trigger.
- a body embedded in the roadway panel can be removed after the generation of the cross-sectional weakening. This variant is useful if the embedded body is located on the surface of the roadway slab.
- the embedded body may be rod-shaped and have a rectangular or wedge-shaped or sword-shaped profile.
- the embedded body may be formed flat, preferably as a film or sheet or plate or textile.
- the embedded body or bodies are expediently embedded transversely to the roadway and to the direction of travel and interrupt the concrete carriageway in whole or in part in the transverse direction.
- the following materials for producing the embedded body are used with particular advantage: steel, concrete, wood, plastic.
- the transverse forces transmitting body of the concrete pavement according to the invention are rod-shaped or rod-shaped or formed as a horizontal dowel.
- a particularly good transverse force transmission results when the transverse forces transmitting body are aligned in the direction of travel, ie in the longitudinal direction of the concrete carriageway.
- transverse forces transmitting and spaced pre-assembled body can be used.
- the transverse forces transmitting body can be used before the production of the carriageway plate in an existing example of wire holding device or spaced from each other to fix their position.
- a particularly favorable fastening possibility for the transverse forces transmitting body arises when the body enforce the grid reinforcement of the thresholds or laterally and / or down to protruding portions of the grid reinforcement of the thresholds or other suitable portion of the thresholds are fastened.
- the length of a transverse forces transmitting body can be 400 to 600 mm, preferably 500 mm.
- the diameter of a transverse force transmitting body may be 20 to 35 mm, preferably 25 mm.
- the distance between two built-in lateral forces transmitting bodies may be 200 to 500 mm, preferably 250 to 300 mm.
- a transverse forces transmitting body may consist of steel or plastic or concrete or a combination of these materials, preferably, the body may be made of reinforced concrete or plastic fibers. It is also possible that a transverse forces transmitting body has a coating, in particular a corrosion protection layer or a plastic sheath.
- Another advantage of the concrete carriageway according to the invention is the fact that the carriageway plate has no or at least no continuous longitudinal reinforcement.
- the substructure of the roadway slab of the concrete carriageway according to the invention may comprise a bonded or an unbonded support layer, for example a hydraulically bound support layer, a gravel support layer, an antifreeze layer, a film or a geotextile.
- a hydraulically bound support layer may have on its upper side protruding, serving as a carrier for the transverse forces transmitting body anchoring elements.
- the concrete carriageway can also be superimposed on a plain surface. Furthermore, separating, sliding, elastomer or drainage layers can be placed between the concrete carriageway and the substructure.
- the base course of the concrete carriageway in particular a hydraulically bonded base course, may have cross-sectional weakenings, in particular grooves or joints or notches, arranged transversely to the direction of travel.
- the concrete carriageway and the substructure can be connected or connected to one another via friction, cams, elements transmitting transverse force, in particular dowels, or via a connection reinforcement.
- Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a trained as a solid lane 1 concrete carriageway.
- the fixed carriageway 1 comprises a carriageway plate 2, which in the illustrated embodiment has a height of about 350 mm.
- the carriageway panel 2 are cut at regular intervals as cross-sectional weakening transverse to the direction of grooves 5 with a defined depth and width.
- these grooves Upon the occurrence of temperature variations, temperature gradients and / or due to the shrinkage of the concrete, these grooves cause a controlled cracking, so that the grooves 5 introduced on the surface of the roadway slab 2 completely break through. In this way, the formation of free cracks on the carriageway panel 2 is avoided.
- Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a trained as a solid lane 1 concrete carriageway.
- the fixed carriageway 1 comprises a carriageway plate 2, which in the illustrated embodiment has a height of about 350 mm.
- In the carriageway panel 2 are cut at regular intervals as cross-sectional weakening transverse to the direction of grooves
- horizontal dowel 6 as transverse forces transmitting body embedded in the carriageway panel 2.
- the horizontal dowels 6 are arranged approximately symmetrically with respect to the respective groove 5, so that approximately half the length of a horizontal dowel 6 is located in one section of the carriageway slab 2 and the other half in the adjacent section of the slab track 2.
- the horizontal dowels 6 ensure the transmission of the transverse forces between the individual, separated by the torn groove 5 sections of the carriageway panel second
- a horizontal dowel has a length of 500 mm, the diameter is 25 mm, the dowels 6 are installed at a distance of 250 mm. As corrosion protection, each horizontal dowel 6 has a plastic coating. From these sizes, however, can be deviated depending on the requirements.
- the horizontal dowels 6 are each inserted into the lattice structure 7 of a bi-block sleeper 3. Because of the existing grating structures 7 can on an additional reinforcement of the fixed Lane 1 are omitted in the transverse direction. Furthermore, due to the existing horizontal dowels 6 can be dispensed with an additional or separate longitudinal reinforcement of the fixed track 1 or it can be considerably reduced. However, it may be useful in special applications, in addition to the horizontal dowels 6 at least partially provide a longitudinal reinforcement in the fixed lane 1. By using the horizontal dowels 6, there is the further advantage that it is possible to dispense with a grounding of the horizontal dowels 6 serving as a longitudinal reinforcement, or that these can be greatly simplified.
- the carriageway plate 2 is constructed on a Schottertrag für 8.
- the deck slab may also be constructed on an antifreeze layer, a foil, a geotextile, a hydraulically bonded support layer on a concrete slab or other bonded support layer.
- Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the fixed track according to the invention, wherein the same components as in Fig. 1 are provided with the same reference numerals.
- Fig. 1 are embedded in the carriageway plate 2 two-block sleepers 3, which serve to support rails 4.
- the carriageway plate 2 has transverse grooves 5, which are filled with a potting compound.
- dowels 6 are arranged in the direction of travel, which connect the separated by the grooves 5 sections of the carriageway panel 2.

Description
- Fig. 1
- ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Betonfahrbahn; und
- Fig. 2
- ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Betonfahrbahn.
-
