Claims (20)

  1. Verfahren zum Bedrucken einer Kette von Kettfäden (3), indem Druckfarbe auf die Kette der Fäden (3) gesprüht wird, um darauf ein vorbestimmtes dekoratives Motiv herzustellen, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest die folgenden Schritte:
    - Abwickeln der Kette von Kettfäden (3) von einem ersten Kettbaum (21),
    - Messen der Spannung der Kettenfäden (3) und Regulieren ihrer Spannung, um sie innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs zu halten, bevor die Kette bedruckt wird,
    - Absetzen der Kette von Kettfäden auf einem haftfähigen Band (5);
    - Führen der Kette von Kettfäden (3) zu einem Zeichengerät (4);
    - Sprühen der Druckfarbe mit dem Zeichengerät (4);
    - Wiederaufwickeln der Kette von Kettfäden (3) auf einen zweiten Kettbaum;
    - Führen des zweiten Kettbaums (23) zu einer Webmaschine, um die bedruckte Kette von Kettfäden (3) mit Schussfäden zu verweben, um ein Gewebe zu erhalten.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Aufnehmen der Druckfarbe die Fadenkette (3) getrocknet wird, und dass vor dem Sprühen der Druckfarbe die Fadenkette (3) mit einem Produkt imprägniert wird, welches eine Druckfarbeabsorption unterstützt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fadenkette (3) durch Eintauchen in einen Behälter; welcher das Produkt enthält, imprägniert wird, dass die Fadenkette (3) nach dem Eintauchen ausgewrungen wird, und dass die Fadenkette (3) nach dem Wringen getrocknet wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messen der Spannung der Kettenfäden vor ihrer Imprägnierung ausgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messen der Spannung der Kettenfäden nach dem Trocknen durchgeführt wird.
  6. Anlage zum Bedrucken einer Kette von Kettfäden (3), umfassend ein Mittel zum Zuführen der Fadenkette (3) zu einer Druckfarbeaufbringungsvorrichtung, welche Mittel zum Sprühen von Druckfarbe auf die Kette umfasst, um ein vorbestimmtes Motiv abzudrucken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - einen ersten Kettbaum (21), wo die Kette von Kettfäden (3) aufgewickelt ist, wobei der erste Kettbaum (21) auf einer durch einen ersten Motor (22) drehbaren Halterung angeordnet ist,
    - einen ersten Sensor (20, 50), welcher dem ersten Kettbaum (21) nachgelagert und der Druckfarbenaufbringungsvorrichtung vorgelagert angeordnet ist, zum Messen der Spannung der Kettenfäden (3), um ihre Spannung zu steuern, um sie innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs zu halten,
    - ein haftfähiges Band (5) zum Befördern der Kette von Kettenfäden (3) zu dem Druckfarbensprühmittel, wobei das haftfähige Band durch mindestens einen zweiten Motor (6) antreibbar ist,
    - das Druckfarbensprühmittel, welches ein Zeichengerät (4) mit einer Art eines Druckfarbenstrahls umfasst,
    - einen zweiten Kettbaum (23), wo die Kette von Kettfäden (3) wieder aufgewickelt wird.
  7. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Motor (22) und der zweite Motor (6) mit einer Anlagenbetriebssteuereinheit (7) verbunden sind.
  8. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Motor (6) mit dem Zeichengerät (4) verbunden ist, welches seinen Betrieb steuert, wobei das Zeichengerät mit einer Anlagenbetriebssteuereinheit (7) und mit einem PC zum Übertragen aller Daten bezüglich des Druckens verbunden ist.
  9. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trockenvorrichtung (9) umfasst, welche dem Zeichengerät (4) nachgelagert angeordnet ist, um die Abschnitte der Kettenfäden (3) zu trocknen, welche das Zeichengerät (4) verlassen.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie dem Zeichengerät (4) vorgelagert eine Fadenkettenimprägniervorrichtung (11) zum Imprägnieren der Fäden mit einem Produkt, welches eine Druckfarbenabsorption unterstützt, umfasst, dass sie der Imprägniervorrichtung (11) nachgelagert eine Wringvorrichtung (12) zum Entfernen eines Überschusses des Produkts von den Kettenfäden (3) umfasst, und dass die Wringvorrichtung (12) ein Paar von Walzen (13) umfasst, welche durch mindestens einen dritten Motor (14) drehbar sind, welcher mit einer Anlagebetriebssteuereinheit (7) verbunden ist, wobei die Walzen (13) gegenseitig entlang einer ihrer bildenden Linien derart angeordnet sind, dass die Kettenfäden (3) während eines Betriebs zwischen den gegenseitig angeordneten Walzen (13) gepresst werden.
  11. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zum Messen der Spannung der Kettenfäden (3) einen zweiten Sensor (17) umfasst, welcher der Imprägniervorrichtung (11) vorgelagert angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite Sensor (17) mit einer Anlagenbetriebssteuereinheit (7) verbunden ist.
  12. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trockenvorrichtung (19) umfasst, welche der Wringvorrichtung (12) nachgelagert angeordnet ist.
  13. Anlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Sensor (20) der Trockenvorrichtung (19) nachgelagert angeordnet ist.
  14. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Sensor (20) mit der Anlagenbetriebssteuereinheit (7) verbunden ist.
  15. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Kettbaum (23) auf einer Halterung angeordnet ist, welche durch einen vierten Motor (25) drehbar ist, welcher mit einem Spannungsmesssensor (26) verbunden ist.
  16. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Imprägniervorrichtung (11) eine Walze (13) umfasst, über welche die Kettenfäden (3) gleiten, wobei die Walze (13) in das Imprägnierprodukt eingetaucht wird und es bei einer Drehung mitnimmt, um die Kettenfäden (3) zu befeuchten.
  17. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Imprägniervorrichtung (11) ortsfeste oder bewegliche Sprühdüsen umfasst, welche das Imprägnierprodukt auf die Kettenfäden (3) sprühen.
  18. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Sensor (50) mit dem ersten Motor (22) verbunden ist.
  19. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Software zum Steuern der Anlage umfasst, welche Mittel zum Steuern eines Druckens mit dem Druckfarbensprühmittel und Reguliermittel zum Betreiben des ersten, des zweiten und des dritten Motors umfasst, welche die Kettenfäden (3) von dem ersten Kettbaum zu dem Druckfarbensprühmittel in Bezug auf die Druckgeschwindigkeit des Farbdrucksprühmittels führen, wobei die Anlage ferner einen zweiten Kettenfadenspannungssensor (17) umfasst, welcher der Imprägniervorrichtung (11) vorgelagert angeordnet ist, wobei die Software Mittel zum Erfassen von Werten von dem zweiten Sensor (17), welche die Spannung der Kettenfäden (3) anzeigen, und Mittel zum Regulieren der Geschwindigkeit von zumindest dem zweiten und dritten Motor darstellt, um die Spannung, welche von dem zweiten Sensor (17) gemessen wird, innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs zu halten.
  20. Anlage nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Software Mittel zum Erfassen von Werten von dem ersten Sensor (20), welche die Kettenfadenspannung anzeigen, und Mittel zum Regulieren der Geschwindigkeit von zumindest dem zweiten Motor umfasst, um die Spannung, welche von dem ersten Sensor gemessen wird, innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs zu halten.
